Positive: Struttura veramente deliziosa, mi è piaciuto molto il metodo di rilascio chiavi che garantiva un po’ più di privacy. Ho adorato trovare confezioni intere di detergenti e non le classiche monodose. Si vede che i proprietari ci tengono già dal fatto che era presente un bel impianto audio e delle belle luci sul soppalco che cambiavano colore a piacimento. Infine cosa che ho amato era l’assenza di tv vicino al letto, perché quella casa con quelle fantastiche volte sarebbe veramente un peccato non godersela a pieno ed essere distratti da una tv. Negazione: Unica pecca, mi duole dirlo ma era uno dei motivi per il quale avevo affittato il monolocale invece di andare nei soliti hotel o b&b da una camera, purtroppo il frigo era rotto e all’interno sporco ed emanava un terribile odore. Mi spiace veramente perché la mia intenzione era quella di cucinare qualcosa per cena, invece ho dovuto lasciare i prodotti fuori dal frigo. Tolto questo problema la casa era perfetta per me e sicuramente ritornerò..

Negazione: poiche'in fase di selezione strutture utilizziamo il filtro cani ammessi,sarebbe opportuno definire preventivamente la taglia del cane e relativa quota.Immagino che presentarsi con un san bernardo o con un maltese non sia la stessa cosa..

Positive: Appartamento sito nel centro storico di Lecce a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale, molto accogliente e strutturato al meglio. Molto gradita la riservatezza del proprietario.. Negazione: Consiglio detergenti monouso..

Positive: La posizione è ottima per chi vuole facilmente girare il centro storico di Lecce a piedi. L'appartamento è ben arredato e dispone di tutte le comodità. Fabio, il proprietario, si è mostrato disponibilissimo fin da prima del nostro arrivo.. Negazione: L'unica pecca è stata la pulizia non eccellente. In questo periodo caratterizzato dalla pandemia covid, si poteva fare un po' più di attenzione a igienizzare tutte le superfici garantendo maggiore tranquillità agli ospiti..

Positiv: Sehr nette Wohnung, super eingerichtet, sehr zentral, unkomplizierte Kommunikation Gerne wieder. Negativ: -.

Situé juste à l'intérieur du Ztl, très facile d'accès depuis Porta Napoli (3 minutes à pied) dans lequel il y a suffisamment de parkings à proximité. Mini appartement récemment rénové, propre et assez bien entretenu. Propriétaire serviable et gentil. J'y retournerais, c'est sûr.

Positive: The flat was clean and very comfortable. We booked last minute at 10 pm and the owner of the property who manages it was very much available in accommodating us at midnight! Will come back for sure! ... location just great!.

Positive: Great location. The apartment was nice, but dirty.. Negative: From the beginning I had an impression that the owner didn't expect us. He sent us the wrong address, he was half an hour late when we arrived, the apartment wasn't ready for guests. The shower drain was full of hair and the kitchen utensils were dirty. Poor breakfast with dry packet toasts and bad coffee. Free bike hire was not possible as tyres were flat. First night when we were back after dinner we found huge cockroaches running all over the place. Obviously, we didn't have a quiet night. Next morning the owner came with cockroach poison and wanted us to go out while he would disinfest the apartment. We couldn't imagine that we would spend next nights in a small apartment after disinfestation without the possibility of airing - the apartment has no windows and, according to the owner, the door couldn't be left open because cockroaches come in, so we left. Fabio said it was not his fault but the city's, and that there is such a problem everywhere. Fortunately, the same day we were lucky to find another b&b, very clean and with fresh breakfast with fruits and local sweets, even at a better price. As we later learned from the residents of Lecce, each property owner carries out disinfestation of their property in addition to the one done by the city. We didn't see a single cockroach later in Lecce. We haven't received any refund from the owner for 10 days we paid. He only gave us back the destination fee per peson/night we paid when checked-in, but lately I realised this amount was included in the final price I paid when I booked the apartment. So he also charged twice the destination fee..

Positive: The apartment is clean and cozy, intimate and romantic. the bedroom, lamps and furniture are very nice. Fabio is very punctual and available. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a romantic weekend in Lecce.

Positiva: La ubicación. No pudimos llamar al dueño 1 hora antes de nuestra llegada, pero el nos facilito una forma para recoger la llave y vino después al apartamento. También nos ofrecio información sobre los parkings cercanos y precios. Negativa: El apartamento es muy bonito, pero no esta bien cuidado.Las tazas , vasos y utensilios de cocina no estaban limpios, el suelo de la planta superior estaba lleno de pelusas. La manguera de la ducha estaba oxidada.En conjunto el apartamento no es lo que esperabamos.

... bel endroit bel appartement équipé et très central ... l'aubergiste est gentil mais le petit déjeuner doit être amélioré, propreté et odeur étouffante ... dans une ville comme Lecce, nous devons nous améliorer ...

Merci pour l'avis, à partir d'une vérification rapide, cependant, il ne semble pas avoir été notre invité, peut-être placé dans d'autres structures liées à nous où nous vous avons accueilli pour répondre à la demande d'un groupe. Nos appartements n'ont même pas la moindre odeur de fermé... l'été alors il y a une rotation continue.... Il n'a pas séjourné dans nos appartements.

Positief: Ligging was goed, badkamer was proper en de slaapkamer boven was ook goed,. Negatief: Het ontbijt was zeer slecht, het bestond alleen uit beschuit en gelei, 1 doosje melk en 1 doos fruitsap. Er was wel gemalen koffie, maar de bialetti’s waren heel vuil van binnen..

Environnement gracieux avec mezzanine pour le coin nuit ; souci du détail.. dommage pour le petit déjeuner à base de biscuits secs et de biscottes sans confiture et la puanteur du bouché...

Bel endroit uniquement sur papier. Seul le prix des studios est vrai. L'appartement était sale à notre arrivée et le propriétaire a tenté de se justifier avec embarras en s'en prenant à la femme de ménage qui n'avait pas bien nettoyé. Ancienne salle de bain, bien qu'il s'agisse d'un appartement de 44m². Il ne convient pas pour 4 personnes car il est mal organisé à l'intérieur. Frigo ne fonctionnant pas, le propriétaire a menacé qu'en cas de consommation d'électricité excessive (4 jours) il aurait facturé le surplus après avoir payé près de 150 € par nuit. Petit-déjeuner du tiers monde généreusement payé. Il n'y avait pas de beurre, de sucre, de confitures périmées. Bref, restez à l'écart.

Honnêtement, je ne sais pas qui elle est, je n'ai jamais été notre invitée et la critique dénote la petitesse et l'approximation.
