  Positive: Great location and neighborhood. We were twenty steps away from the ocean! Quiet place and clean! Room was spacious and had decent storage space. It tends to get colder in the evenings so be prepared. Gianluca is kind and thoughtful :-) We enjoyed our stay here.. Negative: Guests need to share the bathroom - so please be mindful of this fact. Also, building is not well-lit, it would help to have a torch handy..

  Positive: Niente. Negazione: Venduta come stanza "king size deluxe", la camera era una stanza da studenti in una palazzina modestissima. A 250 euro a notte abbiamo trovato stanze con confort e bagno in camera.

  Positive: Nice host. Close to the sea. Quite clean.. Negative: We expected a guesthouse but it was actually just an Airbnb Room. The extra TAX was suddenly much higher than booking.com told us but we found a compromise. Even booking.com said that we would have a garden and a TERRACE, in reality it was only for the owner and we were not allowed to go there. The Aircon which is written on booking.com is only in the floor, the room has ONLY A FAN. The first night was really really hot. For €60/night I expect much more comfort. There was only 1 bedside lamp and one bedside table at the big bed. for a couple really bad because one has always to get up in the dark if you need to go to the toilet at night. A table would be really nice and also a shelf to put your stuff on. There were only some chairs and an oversized wardrobe. Also no paperbasket in the room. It felt like living in a very improvised transition accommodation. No holder for the showerhead in the shower. Very uncomfortable especially if you have long hair. No water kettle in the kitchen like told on booking but that was the littlest problem. We also found some smoked cigarette under the bed which was quite funny because it should be a non smoking room. For half of the price I wouldn't say anything but this was a really negative price-performance ratio..

  Positive: The host, Gianluca, was extremely nice and accommodating which made our stay great! The place is very cozy, clean and the location is perfect, right by the beach. Would definitely choose this place again if we’re ever back at Lido..
