Il Castello B&B

Le B&B a été récemment rénové avec goût, chambres confortables, propres et accueillantes (la nôtre avec kitchenette). Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le propriétaire est toujours très serviable. Super recommandé.

Grande chambre neuve et très bien meublée également avec kitchenette, très propre, grande salle de bain, petit déjeuner frais et abondant, service très professionnel. A quelques minutes du quai hydroglisseur.

Ok il est bien situé dans le centre-ville et la chambre est grande, le rooftop permet de prendre le petit déjeuner sur le toit. Mais la chambre Vulcano au -1 est sombre, donne sur une ruelle et est humide. Le petit déjeuner est 100% industriel, couplé au tarif demandé ce n’est pas une très bonne affaire.

Ce B&B est très bien placé. Entre le port des ferries et aliscafi et le petit port de la marina pour les excursions. Au calme près du château à deux pas de l'agitation. Nous en étions ravis. Le personnel est accueillant et nous sert le déjeuner sur un plateau en chambre, que nous avons pris sur notre terrasse. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Je recommande !

Excellente chambre et service impeccable, Silvana très compétente et agréable. Fortement recommandé et j'y retournerais sans aucun doute.

Positiv: Neue moderne saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage 5 Laufminuten zum Hafen und 2 Laufminuten zu den Restaurants und der Fussgängerzone. Parkplatz vor der Tür (für längere Aufenthalte). Kontakten Sie die Vermieterin in Vorraus für Tipps und Rat über Booking, da man dadurch besser planen kann.. Negativ: Parkplatz-Problem auf Lipari- Stadt.

Emplacement et vue super centraux, tout est d'une propreté éclatante et entièrement nouvellement construit (2019), moderne, de bon goût et de haute qualité, avec de bons lits (matelas et literie). Très bon rapport qualité-prix correct. Bilan : Parfait !!!

Positive: A pochi passi dal porto.. Negazione: Mancano adeguati punti di appoggio in bagno, ho dovuto usare una sedia per appoggiare i vestiti..

Emplacement pratique dans le centre de Lipari, chambres propres et bien entretenues

Positive: Accoglienza ottima, puntualità nella colazione servita in camera.. Negazione: Stanza non troppo grande e bagno senza finestre. Ma per un soggiorno breve va benissimo..

Positive: La stanza denominata Panarea, quella dove abbiamo dormito, insieme al bagno, era molto bella e arredata con grande gusto. Vorrei a casa mia una stanza da letto moderna come quella..

Positive: We stayed at this accommodation for 7 nights. Our room was beautiful and clean. We were offered room cleaning services everyday apart from our second day. Breakfast was basic but good - we were served chocolate croissants, jam, cheese, bread, orange juice and tea (our host asked us for our breakfast preferences upon arrival, i.e. if we wanted ham, black/white tea, etc). The location is superb. You have to walk uphill for a bit to get to the accommodation from the main center where the shops and restaurants are but this wasn't an issue for us. It's just a 5 to 10 min walk from the shops/restaurants/bus stop/port. Staff were mostly friendly (there was just an occasion where they seemed quite offended when we kindly asked whether they were going to clean our room - because they hadn't cleaned it the day before). Otherwise they were nice and gave us some recommendations on what to do/where to go.. Negative: The only downside of our stay was that when we returned to the accommodation one day - after 7 hours of kayaking in Vulcano island - we found that all of the water in the accommodation had completely cut out. There was no water anywhere (i.e. no shower, toilet didn't flush, no sink water, etc). Nobody had notified us of it ahead of time. We called the host and were told that they had only realized it then themselves and didn't know how long it'd take to fix. They knocked on our door an hour later and advised that they were working on it and that it would be fixed within two to three hours. We stayed up until late so that we could wait for it to be fixed and could shower after such a long day of exercising in the heat but ended up having to go to sleep as we realized it hadn't been fixed that night. It was fixed the following morning by about 9am. The staff reassured us that this was due to the island not having its own supply of water and that the whole area of the accommodation was affected that day by this. The shower was also cold on most days (we were only able to have a warm shower once during our 7 night stay)..

Positive: punto panoramico e silenzioso , e nonostante tutto vicinissimo al centro e al porto. Posizione perfetta!.

Positiv: Die Gastgeber waren super hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Leckeres Frühstück, tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer. Wirklich schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. We had a lovely night. Wonderful breakfast, great hosts and an amazing location. Thanks, Grazie, Danke 😊.

Positiv: Eine ganz hervorragende Unterkunft in Lipari! Fußläufig vom Hafen zu erreichen! Die Gastgeberin spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Alles ist nagelneu und blitzsauber! Die Zimmer zum Meer hin haben einen wunderschönen Ausblick und alles liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es ist also super ruhig. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!!.

Positive: We loved our stay at B&B il castello! Our room was super large (the size of a small apartment!), brand new and decorated with style. The hosts have been exceptionally kind, supporting and always available. Loved the breakfast, updated with homemade tarts, juices, yogurt and local pastries every day. The location is perfect, 5' from the port right next to the castle, far from the hustle of the main street, but, strangely, next to it. Would definitely recommend "Il Castello" for any visit to Lipari! Thank you for everything, we look forward to coming back again!.

Positiva: Trato personal y directo, muy atento. Excelente ubicación, junto al castillo. Tan sólo hay que subir una pequeña cuesta. Buen desayuno..
