  Logement très agréable au centre de la vieille ville. Andrea m'a toujours aidé en toutes occasions. Si je reviens à Lucca, je reviendrai à la Guest House Santa Giustina.

  Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Ich hatte mich aufgrund von Stau verspätet und schaffte es nocht bis zur angegebenen check-in Zeit, man hat anstandslos auf meine Ankunft gewartet.. Negativ: Laut Booking war Parkplatz angegeben, musste jedoch 10 min Fußweg weit parkieren und dies zu horrenden Preisen. Ich reiste mit einem kleinen Hund an, was ich im Voraus per Nachricht angab. Vor Ort hiess es dann, dass ich für den Hund extra drauf zahlen muss. Dies obwohl noch nicht einmal irgendwas für den Hund gestellt wurde. Sehr ärgerlich! Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr heruntergekommen, es riecht muffig, sehr dunkel und vor dem Fenster befindet sich direkt ein Altglas-Container was verdammt laut ist, teils schon vor 6:00 Uhr in der früh..

  Positive: La posizione ottimale per poter visitare la città e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse a piedi.. Negazione: Assenza di igiene e spiacevole disservizio nei servizi igienici, bagno sporco e muffe evidenti nel box doccia, polvere di vecchia data incrostata nel cordone phon ed nell'estrattore d'aria a muro, il bagno sprovvisto di ganci necessari per appendere asciugamani per ospiti in coppia (2 viti nella porta), complessivamente fatiscente. Inoltre disinformazione nei confronti degli ospiti su accesso in auto nella Ztl e colazione indocata su booking ma non fornita (in seguito rimborsata su nostra richiesta dopo aver precisato).

  Positif: Très bon accueil, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins ! L'établissement a beaucoup de cachet, avec une belle chambre haut de plafond avec des moulures et des peintures au plafond. Franchement c'est parfait pour le dépaysement. La salle d'eau est certes en dehors de la chambre mais elle n'était utilisée que par moi. L'autre chambre du couloir disposait d'une autre salle de bain commune.. Négatif: Un sèche-cheveux qui ne marchait pas, mais c'est anecdotique. J'ai fait remonté au personnel. La moquette qui n'est plus de toute première jeunesse, mais ce n'est pas choquant..

  Positive: A causa emergenza covid non si poteva accedere alla sala colazione, ma il titolare Giuseppe e È stato comunque gentile da offrirmi il caffè e mi ha pure prestato l'ombrello, perché purtroppo nei miei due giorni di permanenza a Lucca, ha piovuto spesso. Belle camere stile rinascimentale, pulite e con la TV. Il servizio Wifi, non so che dire, il mio cellulare ha funzionato. Credo che prendano un po' tutte le linee. Almeno la mia e' tim. Negazione: Tutto apposto, ci ritornerò.

  Positive: Ottima posizione. Abbastanza pulito. Camere ampie. Negazione: nella prenotazione è ben specificato pernotto con prima colazione, mentre in struttura mi hanno detto che da tempo non la servono. Perché non è stato comunicato a Booking?.

  Positif: le gestionnaire très aimable.. Négatif: la sdb ne correspondant pas directement avec la chambre, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. Les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnant pas, et la lampe principale ne pouvant être éteinte du lit....

  Positiv: Man ist direkt in der Altstadt von Lucca.. Negativ: Es ist sehr umständlich, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Die Unterkunft konnte uns nicht wirklich gut helfen, wie wir sie am Besten erreichen konnten. Nach dem Check-In haben wir niemanden mehr gesehen, d.h. es ist nicht wirklich wie im Hotel, wo die Zimmer und das Bad täglich gemacht werden..

  La structure est située très près du centre, également adaptée à ceux qui veulent voir un concert pendant le Lucca Summer Festival puisque la Piazza Napoleone est à seulement 5 minutes. Le personnel est très amical et serviable; les filles connaissent très bien les endroits où manger et vous aident à trouver votre chemin dans la ville. La chambre est spacieuse, bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas dans la structure mais dans une zone voisine qui offre un choix de quoi manger.

  Endroit magnifique, propre et calme, j'ai passé 4 nuits reposantes. Tout près du Duomo, des rues pleines de boutiques, et des endroits vraiment "jolis" comme on dit ici

  Positiv: gute Lage/ täglicher Handtuchwechsel/ nett eingerichtet/ Preis OK. Negativ: Sehr feucht - aus dem Nebenraum ist Wasser in den Gang geflossen. Dusche leider sehr verschimmelt. Frühstück im Wert von 2,50 euro in einem externen Kaffee - besser selber einkehren und nicht über die Unterkunft buchen. Externer Parkplatz außerhalb der Stadt musste noch dazugezahlt werden. (frei von 20:00 bis 8:00) ca. 6 min Gehzeit. Info diesbezüglich hat uns leider erst nach der Ankunft in Italien erreicht..

  Positief: Mooie locatie.. Negatief: Wat absoluut niet oke is, is het ontbijt. Het ontbijt is uitbesteed. In de praktijk betekent dit 1 croissant en 1 cappuccino. Dit is voor ons onvoldoende. Ik zoek op accommodaties met ontbijt. Op deze manier is de verhouding met accommodaties die wel een degelijk ontbijt verzorgen scheef getrokken..

  Положительный: Большие комната и ванна, чек-ин позже заявленного времени, каждый день меняли полотенца. Расположено в центре, но в тихой улице. Дружелюбный персонал. Потрясающая комната с высокими старинными потолками. Негативный: Ванная комнате собственная, но отдельная (в коридоре), нужно все время открывать-закрывать двери ключом..

  Positive: Apart from the issue on arrival, this was a great room, very comfy, quiet, well-located and with a nice breakfast at a local cafe - juices were amazing! We loved the area as well but they should definitely have someone able to open the door to newcomers.. Negative: It is a shame that our arrival was so chaotic... Check in time on the website is from 2pm to 8pm, so we advised the property before we'll arrive early in the afternoon. We were actually early - 11am - so we phoned to know if we could leave our luggage at least if not able to get the room. The person who replied had a very bad English and was not helpful at all. She told us no one would be there to give us the room before 4.30pm!!! With no explanation...and no apologies. We were only spending one night in Lucca and had to carry our luggage around most of the afternoon. This is very disappointing as had I known the check in time was so late, I would have chosen another property. I was completely misled by both booking.com and the property. The customer service from Booking we called wasn't able to help either... Apart from this, it was a very good guest house but I wouldn't recommend it if you only spend one day in Lucca as check in and check out time would not allow you to enjoy the city freely..

  Positiv: Gemeinschaftsbad u. -toilette, die man sich mit den anderen Gästen teilt. Das geht leider aus der Beschreibung nicht so hervor, war aber kein Problem. Ansonsten sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal und tolle Lage. Parkmöglichkeit lediglich außerhalb der Altstadtmauer, Fußmarsch mit Gepäck zur Unterkunft ca. 15 Min. Das (italienische, sprich: Hörnchen u. Cappuccino; aber gut :-) ) Frühstück wird außerhalb der Unterkunft in einer nahe gelegenen Bar eingenommen..

  Je commence par les deux hôtes jeunes et entreprenants. Alice et Alessia sont splendides dans leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leurs renseignements... Le relais est situé dans un bâtiment Renaissance récemment rénové. Chambre confortable, moins la salle de bain extérieure, petit déjeuner à l'extérieur mais avec la possibilité d'être à l'intérieur dans un espace petit mais charmant. La prochaine fois à Lucca, ce sera certainement avec eux😄💞

  Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Excellente réception. Point stratégique pour ceux qui veulent visiter le centre historique. Excellents endroits recommandés pour manger.
