  10 étoiles ne suffiraient pas pour le Bed and Breakfast Punta Vivara. Chaque fois que nous venons à Capri, nous restons ici pour la vue magnifique sur Marina Grande, pour la beauté du B&B et sa superbe terrasse, pour l'emplacement très central à proximité de tous les moyens de transport mais surtout pour l'accueil de Chiara et Antonello qui chaque fois qu'ils nous font nous sentir chez nous. Merci les gars! À bientôt. Absolument à essayer pour ceux qui veulent vivre une expérience de rêve ! Sara et Gennaro

  Positive: Posizione e panorama fantastici. La camera piccola ma pulita e dotata di tutto quanto possa servire. Antonello molto gentile e disponibile ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per ristorante e noleggio motorino.. Negazione: I rumori provenienti dalla cucina al mattino presto. Le valigie le abbiamo trovate al sole (anche lo zaino con il pc). La ragazza è stata molto molto scortese. Le abbiamo comunicato di aver preso una multa per divieto di sosta del motorino sulla strada del B&B solo per avvisarla visto che Antonello ci aveva detto che non le facevano in quella posizione e ci ha risposto in modo brusco che la struttura non ne aveva responsabilità e che lei lo parcheggiava dove andava parcheggiato. Lungi da noi attribuire la cosa alla struttura e poi non essendo del posto ci fidiamo di cosa ci viene detto, tant’è che il noleggiatore del motorino ci ha confermato quanto detto da Antonello e si è accollato la multa..

  Positive: Punto di forza sicuramente la loro disponibilità e cortesia. Ambiente pulito e accogliente. Colazione ottima, con torte e marmellate fatte in casa. Posizione ottima per prendere bus e funicolare: a piedi sono pochi minuti. Consigliamo vivamente.

  Positif: L'amabilité et la gentillesse de nos hôtes, Chiara et Antonello. La résidence est à 15 min à pied de Marina Grande et elle a été assez facile à trouver. Dès que nous sommes arrivés nous avons été tout de suite très bien reçu alors que nous sommes arrivés assez tard. Nos hôtes ont toujours été disponibles et leurs conseils très avisés aussi bien pour le choix des restaurants, les locations de scooter et les endroits à visiter. La chambre était très calme avec climatisation et une vue superbe sur la baie de Naples.. Négatif: Lorsque nous avons essayé de trouver un restaurant sans passer par l'avis de nos hôtes, l'addition a été très salée. Il est dommage que le funiculaire s'arrête à 21:20 car cela limitait nos soirées à Capri..

  5 étoiles c'est peu ! Excellent emplacement très proche du port, une vue spectaculaire ... des chambres impeccables, une jolie structure et un excellent petit déjeuner tous produits faits à la main ! Les propriétaires d'une disponibilité et d'un accueil unique, ils nous ont conseillé quoi faire et où aller ainsi que nous avoir réservé une mobylette et le restaurant pour le dîner ☺️ Super recommandé !!!!

  Positive: Clean, spacious, very nice owner/ caretaker, close to the Marina.. Negative: A bit difficult to get to being it uphill and you need to negotiate some small alleyways, but be discouraged by this as the views on this location is just picturesque..

  Positif: Un emplacement Idéal avec une vue splendide sur le golfe de Naples et une partie de l’île. Une propreté au top une proximité avec le port d'embarquement intéressante.. Négatif: L'accueil assez froid, nous avions l'impression de déranger. Le déjeuner était juste pour le prix de la chambre à 150 euros la nuit (meme si nous sommes à Capri) et prélevé 10 jours avant notre arrivée..

  Положительный: Фантастическое расположение! С балкона номера можно не уходить, сплошной Релакс. Очень приятная семья владеет этими апартаментами B&B, всего два номера и у каждого выход на балкон. А кроме этого, открытые террасы зонированы таким образом, что где то можно посидеть на барном стульчике с бокалом вина, где то полежать в шезлонге, где то поиграть в игры или почитать. Рядом в шаговой доступности находится известный на всём острове и за его пределами ресторанчик Paolino, где еда необыкновенной вкусноты! Хозяин ресторана - отец хозяйки апартаментов. Все супер!. Негативный: Все отлично!.

  Positive: The view was fantastic and our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Negative: It was not accessible by car from the road and was about 700 metres uphill from the port, so not easy with luggage. Not suitable for older people with mobility problems..

  Positif: Tout était parfait, de l'accueil au départ. Des hôtes aux petits soins pour vous. Une vue extraordinaire qu'on apprécie, surtout lors du petit déjeuner. L'emplacement est top pas trop loin du port. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés..

  Positif: Une vue à couper le souffle. Vraiment ... vraiment exceptionnelle. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos hôtes. Très jolie demeure familiale au calme, charmant petit jardin et belles terrasses. La chambre et la salle de bain spacieuses et bien équipées. Petite plage publique en contre-bas. Très bon petit-déjeuner varié. Hummm... gâteaux et confitures faits maison.. Négatif: Rien, tout était parfait. Juste Capri au mois d'août.... il faut fuir la foule..

  S'il y avait 6 étoiles, vous les méritez toutes. Nous avons séjourné dans une carte postale, chambre avec vue sur la mer. Très gentil et sympathique, excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits maison. Pour ceux qui veulent visiter Capri sans dépenser 1000 euros par nuit dans un endroit enviable situé dans un endroit stratégique avec la mer à distance de marche, c'est le bon endroit. Merci

  Положительный: Семейный отель максимально удобно расположенный для знакомства с Капри. От причала идти в небольшую горку около 10 минут. Великолепный вид на Марину!!!! Рядом автобусы по всем направлениям и пляж.

  Positiv: Die Unterkunft war nicht leicht zu finden, jedoch sendet die Besitzerin vorweg eine Wegbeschreibung auf Englisch. Das Zimmer und das Bad war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist vom Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichbar, es geht aber gut bergauf in einer engen Straße. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und der Terrasse auf das Meer und den Hafen sind grandios. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot mit vielen selber erstellten Marmeladen, Pfannkuchen und Früchtebechern fanden wir sehr gut. Im Zimmer war auch ein Kühlschrank, in dem die Besitzer kostenpflichtige Getränke angeboten haben.. Negativ: — Nichts!.

  Положительный: Это волшебное место!!! Расположение просто идеально, в самом сердце Marina Grande, но в тоже время нет шума машин и толп туристов, во дворе мини сад с лимонами, апельсинами и уютные террасы. Завтракали на балкончике с панорамным видом на море и остров. Завтрак был очень вкусным!!! Огромное спасибо хозяйке Кьяре, которая любезно подсказала информацию об острове, дала карту и угостила вкусным кофе! Еще обязательно сюда вернемся!!! . This is a magical place !!! The location is just perfect, in the heart of Marina Grande, but at the same time there is no noise from cars and crowds of tourists, there is a mini garden with lemons, oranges and cozy terraces in the courtyard. We had breakfast on the balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and the island. The breakfast was very tasty!!! Many thanks to the hostess Chiara, who kindly suggested information about the island, gave a map and treated us with tasty coffee! We will definitely come back here again!!!.
