Bel appartement, mais le manque de climatisation pèse lourd.

Chambre simple mais au centre à deux pas du château. La dame était très serviable et même à ma demande d'un petit-déjeuner sans produits laitiers, elle s'est mise en quatre pour me laisser tout trouver.

Positive: Posizione ottima per esplorare Melfi e dintorni con parcheggio (a pagamento) nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazione offerta nel bar adiacente alla struttura..

Positive: La proprietaria ci ha accolti con garbo, ma soprattutto con la mascherina, il termometro e il gel igienizzante. Solo dopo aver ottemperato agli obbigli di legge ci ha consegnato le chiavi della stanza. Pulizia camera e cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Cucina attrezzata e frigorifero a disposizione dei clienti. Posizione eccellente. B&b situato in una traversina di Piazza Umberto I (dove con un pò di fortuna è anche possibile parcheggiare) . Strisce blu, ma attualmente (causa Covid-19) è gratuito.. Negazione: La camera assegnataci è stata ricavata da un seminterrato quindi freschissima e piacevolissima in estate rispetto ai 35° dell'esterno ma terribilmente umida nonostante la presenza del deumidificatore. Colazione in convenzione con uno dei bar vicino alla struttura, quindi solo una brioches e una bevanda..

Positive: Pulito, accogliente, spazioso.. Negazione: La vicinanza a un piccolo campanile che, senza alcuna logica, batte ore, mezzore, quarti d’ora e qualsiasi frazione di tempo vi possa venire in mente, disturbando il riposo degli ospiti. Si sa però che, in Italia, nulla si può dire contro queste cose... ma io le dico lo stesso..

Positive: Molto bello e curato. Negazione: Nonostante fossi l’unico ospite della struttura si sentivano rumori dalle abitazioni adiacenti...bagno in Comune ma super !.

Positive: Property in the old town. Kitchen was a nice surprise.. Negative: We have to say that - the plastic toilet seat was cracked and every time I sat upon it the skin on my thigh was pinched. It took me some time to figure out what was going on!! The apartment was a little gloomy with no view but well furnished. A long way from the station but there is a city bus....

Positive: Location and size of the room.. Negative: The shower wasn’t cleaned and the trash can in the bathroom was still full with trash off the previous owners..

Negativ: Praktisch kein Frühstück. Frühstücksraum ohne Tagealicht..

HAUTEMENT RECOMMANDÉ. Endroit merveilleux, proche du centre. Endroit merveilleux, propre, accueillant, authentique et très confortable, il a favorisé toute la famille avec des lits très confortables, un environnement parfumé et propre, une salle de bain spacieuse avec tous les services, internet, télévision et une armoire, bien meublée, avec tout endroit confortable, calme, tranquille et paisible, à 50 m du centre. Propriétaires très gentils et sympathiques.

Positive: Beautiful palazzo-like premises. Pleasant atmosphere. Inside very modern. Everything perfect. The lady who owns the place was very helpful and brought me in contact with the people of the local tourist info (resulting in wonderful private visits the next day to two medieval grotto churches with great frescoes). She further advised me where to go for good restaurants..

Positive: I liked the House and the neighbourhood.. Negative: I was extreemely disappointed to find that the included breakfast concisted of a cup of coffee and a croixsant at the counter in a nearby cafe. B and B normally means bed and breakfast at the same place, breakfast served in the House, where you stay. If NOT it should at least be stated in the information material, which it wasn’t..

Super endroit ... propre ... servi car au centre ...

Lits confortables, emplacement central, personnel sympathique. Il n'y a pas de parking privé. Petit déjeuner au bar. pas de frigo pour garder une bouteille d'eau. ou un coin pour prendre le petit déjeuner dans votre chambre.

HAUTEMENT RECOMMANDÉ. La structure est ancienne, savamment meublée et bien entretenue, elle a une position stratégique car elle est en plein centre. Nous le recommandons vivement, le petit-déjeuner est servi au bar voisin, sans contrainte d'horaire et par le sympathique Antonio. Chambres propres et accueillantes, ameublement raffiné. On reviendra certainement .

Le propriétaire était gentil, son emplacement stratégique et sa propreté impeccable, mais peut-être 70 euros, c’est trop pour une chambre un peu mouillée, sous le niveau de la rue, et un petit-déjeuner au bar voisin, debout faute de tables.

Excellente solution dans le centre historique

Sur la Piazza Umberto I à Melfi, chaque avant-dernier dimanche d'octobre (à partir du samedi immédiatement précédent) les excellentes châtaignes de Vulture sont grillées, à l'occasion de la Fête de la Châtaigne Varola, qui cette année (2016) verra sa 57e édition . En réalité, tout le centre historique abrite l'événement auquel assistent des milliers de personnes qui, en plus de déguster l'excellente châtaigne arrosée du tout aussi excellent vin local "Aglianico del Vulture", peuvent également déguster divers produits locaux, tous acclamé par de bons musiciens situés dans les différents endroits du Borgo Antico.
