Accueil très doux, chambre au centre de Milan et au-dessus du métro Porta Venezia (à deux pas du Jardin Indro Montanelli). Lit très confortable, salle de bain petite mais habitable. Seul gros défaut : il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. C'était un peu un exploit. A part ça, j'y retournerais tout de suite.

Positif L'emplacement est bon. Négatif Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. Pas de réception. Situation bizarre pour récupérer la clé dans un bar au hasard non loin de la chambre. Chaque matin, je me réveillais avec des piqûres d'insectes. Douche sur tout ce qui est trop dur. Le chaud et le froid n'étaient pas non plus fermes. Conclusion Ce n'est certainement pas recommandé. Je n'irais plus jamais là-bas.

Positive: The staff are hands off and leave you to your own devices but when called upon they assist you with every need. Location was fantastic and the room was great with tonnes of useful facilities..

Aucune sorte d'hospitalité, dès notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes avant leur ouverture ... de plus, comme il n'y a pas de réception, vous devez aller chercher les clés de la chambre dans un bar pas trop loin. Très petite pièce ne ressemble en rien à celle montrée sur Internet et la salle de bain est située à l'extérieur de ce couloir qui, en principe, ne devrait être privé que pour vous ... mais dans la pratique en ce qui concerne notre expérience personnelle après une longue journée de marche Une fois de retour dans la chambre, nous avons remarqué que la salle de bain était caractérisée par une odeur désagréable émanant de quelqu'un d'autre qui avait probablement la mauvaise salle de bain. La seule chose positive = la position de la structure proche de l'endroit avec lequel vous pouvez vous déplacer en toute sécurité

Positive: Milano is like a museum.. Nice city. Negative: The personal verry bad.. And for 85 euros you have a room in one flat.. Is not hotel.. Or hostel.. Is just a room in one apartment.. You share with another people. The good part is the locación.. Is nice and you are near of the midddlle of Milano. Book another one this is to arrogant and quality - price is not good. Price is high and the room is not nice. 68.

Olumsuz: Karsılayan olmadı. Beklemek durumunda kaldık. Görsellerde görüldüğü gibi bir kalite yok. Banyo oda dışında. Beklentimizin çok çok altındaydı. Hatta giriş yaptıktan sonra başka bir otelde konakladık..

Positive: La posizione centrale, vicinissma alla metro. Negazione: Lo spazio a disposizione è pochissimo e questo non si capisce dalle foto.

Positive: You have to know that this is not a normal hotel there is no reception or room service. The staff were polite and welcoming, the place got all your needs like any other hotel, it was sparkling clean and they give you a breakfast coupons from the same bar you checked in The location was great and good value for the money. Negative: The bathroom was not ensuite. a little bit noisy.

Negazione: Non saprei da dove iniziare. Accoglienza inesistente, check-in da fare in un bar vicino alla struttura che chiamarlo bar è un complimento. Arrivati in camera, dopo aver camminato su un ballatoio sporco e vecchio, siamo stati accolti da un odore sgradevolissimo. Dopo una doccia veloce ( anche perché ti dovevi sbrigare altrimenti si allagava tutto) siamo usciti. Ora viene il bello. Al rientro intorno a mezzanotte circa non riuscivamo ad aprire la porta di sicurezza perché qualcuno aveva lasciato le chiavi dietro. Mezz'ora di attesa prima di poter finalmente entrare. Una volta in camera finalmente comodi sul letto. Magari! Il letto era da un lato duro come il marmo con reti in ferro che sentivi direttamente nella schiena e dall'altro completamente rotto nel senso che una volta sdraiato sprofondavi quasi sul pavimento. Non ho trovato niente di positivo purtroppo, tranne il fatto che è durato solo per una notte. Ultima cosa per finire in bellezza la colazione degnia dei peggior bar visti in vita mia. Sconsiglio vivamente..

Positive: La posizione è ottima!. Negazione: Abbiamo pensato di affittare un appartamento e invece era solo una stanza con tre letti. Le foto non sono veritiere, la stanza è brutta, l’arredo povero e non vale sicuramente quel prezzo. Se potessi mi farei restituire pure i soldi! Non tornerò sicuramente in questo posto..

Positiv: wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Lage, alles war sehr gut.. Negativ: Das Einchecken könnte verbessert werden. Wir haben nur durch Glück einchecken können..

Positive: Location is great ( just a few meters from Corso Buenos Aires ) Lots of dinning options Near a metro station Elevator for those coming with lots of suitcases Tea and coffee making facilities in the room Confortable beds Nice toileteries. Negative: While the beds were confortable, there was something in the bed sheets which kept giving us some sort of skin allergy. I do not think it was bed bugs because we have no marks left. It could have been the detergent used to clean the sheets. My friend and I slept in separate bed and we both had the same reactions. The bathroom were outside of the room which was not a huge deal breaker but caused us to leave the room each time we wanted to use them There is no front desk at the apartment so, when booking it, you need to call the owner at a phone published on Booking.com. However, The phone number advertised on Booking.com is not updated so, when we got there, there was nobody I could reach out to. We were lucky that two people were leaving the apartment while we were waiting and they happened to be staying at the same property so they shared the phone number of the owner with us. Otherwise, we would have stayed out in the dark all night. We informed the owner for her to correct the number on Booking.com. She apologized and explained that, as we booked last minute, she did not have the time to contact us to give us directions on how to contact her. All in all, while the owner was nice and apologetic, I do not believe this was good value for money..

Positiva: lo mejor la ubicación y buen desayuno.. Negativa: No funcionaba el tpv.el baño aunque era privado de la habitación estaba fuera y sin posibilidad de cerrarlo cundo salías del establecimiento con lo cual no vale la pena está opción. a.

Positiv: Nichts, müsste aus den Angebot genommen werden!. Negativ: Zimmer eine Frechheit für den Preis, kein Tageslicht, Bad am Gang....ohne Worte. Kein Parkplatz in der Nähe! Lage zentral, aber eher schlechtes Viertel! Frühstück in der Bar?? Leider um 9 Uhr noch immer geschlossen, Mitarbeiter bei Ankunft in der Bar völlig unqualifiziert. Echt schade, 2 Nächte gebucht und bezahlt, nach 1 Nacht ausgecheckt.

Positif: Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix déjà très bas.

Positif: La chambre était propre et bien équipée Super bien placée pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Un peu compliqué quand on le parle pas anglais car il faut récupérer la clé chez un commerçant derrière la rue. Hormis ce bémol, parfait !.

Positiva: La Ubicación. Negativa: Un poco de claustrofobia, pues el lugar es oscuro, el computador de mi habitación no funcionaba , muy impersonal la atención aunque estuvimos siempre en contacto por whatsapp...no me dieron recibo de nada de lo que pagué..

Положительный: Не смотря на местоположение( как ни как центр Милана) небыло шумно.. Негативный: Помещение было слегка прохладным и кровать не была удобной.

Positiv: Das Frühstück war super Aber Als wir am Nachmittag was kleines essen wollten mussten wir 5€ für Besteck pro Person bezahlen und das als Gäste von Hotel Das war richtig frech und das hat unsere Reise ziemlich beeinflusst Negativ. Negativ: Die Schlüssel Abholung hat 1,1/5 Stunden gedauert das war echt blöd.

Positiv: Das Frühstück war klein aber sehr gut, das Personal im Café sehr nett. Negativ: Das "private" Bad war nur über den mit anderen Gästen geteilten Flur zu erreichen. Es war auch für die anderen Gäste zugänglich, was sie auch getan haben (Klobrille war in der Nacht hochgeklappt worden und die Tür stand offen... das legt nahe, daß die angetrunkenen, lauten Gäste im Nebenzimmer das Bad einfach mitbenutzt haben- fand ich nicht so gut...) Der Kühlschrank war laut, ohne dabei zu kühlen, das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig, die Matratze sehr weich bzw. unbequem.

Excellent emplacement pour ce b&b, à 20 mètres de la station de métro Porta Venezia. Après trois arrêts, vous êtes sur la Piazza Duomo. Chambres impeccables et confortables. Nous avons pris un triple et un double. Le triple a sa propre salle de bain privée, qui n'est pas à l'intérieur de la chambre, tandis que la chambre double a une salle de bain interne. L'enregistrement s'effectue au bar Qubo, où le petit-déjeuner est également servi, juste à côté. Étant donné que les gars du bar sont également occupés à servir les clients, faites-leur savoir si vous êtes pressé, ils sont très gentils et vous laisseront entrer tout de suite. Je vais certainement revenir!!
