  Walter at the front desk is a credit to Indigo. Kiro at the bar/restaurant provided us with friendly excellent service throughout our stay. All of the staff were polite and friendly and added to the ambiance of the hotel.

  We stayed at Indigo Milan during our summer vacation. Location & design of hotel is just amazing. It has very cool interior design and I enjoyed the every corner of the hotel. Team is very welcoming and they accommodated us with the early check in. Location is superb - walking distance to Duomo We are looking forward to coming back to Indigo Milan!

  Très bien situé et personnel très sympathique. Le reste - bien. Notre première chambre était complètement sale, la fenêtre fuyait directement sur la rue. Le sommeil était hors de question (chambre 205). Puis nouvelle chambre (503) - ventilation/chauffage secouait tout le temps et la nuit et faisait des bruits étranges. Le personnel (merci Walter !) a pris grand soin des problèmes, mais ne peut pas compenser la médiocrité de l'infrastructure. Nous ne venons plus.

  I have stayed at many IHG properties for work and personal trips and the service that Walter and Vida provided was excellent, even better than some of the InterContinentals that I have stayed in. The rooms were super clean and the housekeeping team made sure to do a great job every day and never missed replenishing our water or providing turndown service. The staff was very accommodating and always greeted us with a courteous smile. Walter would always provide great recommendations on places to eat and visit. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone. Would definitely stay again!

  The location is absolutely close to everything including the center and the shopping. The hotel is beautifully remodeled with high ceiling and Italian interior design. Modernized bathroom and air conditioning. The parking is almost right next to it. The staffs are just too kind. The bed was so comfortable. I mean this is the best value you can find in this area. I strongly recommend it.

  I really liked this hotel - staff and decor were excellent. Only one comment - sound proofing was not good between our bedroom and adjacent bathroom and/or on floor above. Every bathroom sound was clearly audible! and enough to wake me up

  Nice design, good breakfast, fresh bathroom, large and good shower, good bed (a little hard). Could have benefited from a few more hangers in the wardrobe. Quiet location with a short walking distance to the Dome. All in all a good experience and certainly a hotel I would recommend.

  Au centre de Milan, à quelques pas et vous êtes au centre de tout. Accueil et réceptionniste toujours prêts, maximum de courtoisie. Chambres spacieuses, propreté impeccable, mobilier soigné, cabine de douche très spacieuse. Petit déjeuner varié excellents produits offerts, service ponctuel et jamais intrusif. Merci au prochain.

  The location was absolutely the best and close to everything including the center of Milan. The parking is very close. The staffs were extremely kind and caring. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained. The room has high ceiling with air conditioner and the interior design was truly marvelous. It was absolutely best value among all hotels we stayed in this trip. I am a Platinum member of other hotel chain, but I will seriously consider the hotels in IHG group because I was so impressed with this Indigo hotel in Milan.

  Stayed for my wife's birthday and got upgraded to a suite !! The room was nicely designed and the amenities are top notch !! Staffs are very helpful and responsive. We got a cake, flowers and sparkling wine sent by our friend in Indonesia, but the staff accidentally threw away the cake box after sending the cake to our room. When we asked for the cake box, the staffs helped us quickly to get box from the same cake shop for us to take away the unfinished cake. I would recommend to keep the cake box at least until the guest checked out in case we will need to take home the cake gift. Thank you for quickly getting us the cake box , please understand that we feel bad to throw away a cake gift from our dear friend who prepared and arranged those gifts from thousand miles away.

  The room is extremely small and the view is facing parking lot where a bunch of men gather every morning to talk. Absolutely no privacy and no soundproof. You can literally hear someone walking upstairs at 2 am. Avoid-

  The Indigo hotel is in a very good location near to the centre of Milan and within easy reach of public transport. The hotel decor and service was excellent. However the room rate charged was so excessive i would not recommend staying here.

  We stayed only one night in Milan. The hotel is well located and easy to find. The guest room was of a nice size with a beautiful bathroom. The staff is pleasant and helpful and eager to please. Breakfast was efficient and there was plenty to choose from. Our only reservation was that our room was not ready when we arrived and we could not freshen up before exploring Milan.

  From our arrival to departure the Indigo Hotel service is highly recommended. The staff are professional and cheerful, the interior design is fun, our room had good linens, and was quiet and comfortable? The neighborhood was clean with plenty of attractions close by, but what was most enjoyable was the hotel staff - consumate professionals, elegant and cheerful doing their jobs well, Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

  Великолепно расположен всего в 10 минутах ходьбы от Дуомо. Совсем рядом с центром, но улица не шумная Очень удобная кровать, чистейшее постельное белье. В номере прекрасно пахло, было все необходимое включая гладильную доску и утюг. Номер каждый вечер готовили ко сну. Номер был чистый, но косметику (гель для душа, шампунь) видимо, осталась от предыдущих постояльцев - не сменили. Очень вежливый и доброжелательный персонал. За завтраком в первый день несли кофе минут 20, но потом такого не случалось. Привет официантке Наталье, она прелесть :) В душе постоянно разливалась вода на всю ванную, слишком маленький скат и плохо стекала вода.

  Our stay was really pleasing, everything went so smooth. The location is a pro. Everything we wanted to do in Milan was walking distance. Room was really spacious and clean, we did not have any problems whatsoever with the room. Shout-out to the staff for being so patient and great with us. Being foreigns is hard to understand how the city works and the staff was kind enough to explain everything to us. They really made everything better!

  This is a clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location in Milan. The hotel reception and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant meal was excellent as was the breakfast. The one problem I had was the very poor lighting in the room and the fact that if you are there on business the facilities in the room are not ideal.

  The hotel is only a short walk to the central area and the sights. The room was really lovely, staff were very helpful. I didn't have breakfast as they were not able to make a Mocha, which seems petty, but I was on a schedule! The only negative was the shower flooded the bathroom floor! I notified staff on my way out for dinner at around eight but never heard back.

  From the second we stepped into that hotel we were treated like millionaires in a 5 star resort. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They walked us to the courtyard when we got there and had a wonderful drink to celebrate arriving in Milan. It was a beautiful hotel with a beautiful bedroom. Food fantastic--best cappacinos in italy! The staff was amazing--helped us find a COVID test for return flight, held our bags in storage so we could explore longer, and then called us a shuttle to the airport. If you are staying in Milan--it would be foolish NOT TO STAY here. It was amazing.

  I will echo a number of other reviews that highly rate this property. Lucky for me it was corporate approved for my business trip to Milan. Front desk staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff, are all friendly and helpful. Very clean and spacious bathroom, nice décor. Location is very good to shopping areas, good restaurants and historical sites (if tourism is part of your visit). Metro station is 3 minutes away on direct line to connect to Malpensa Express. Room size is also good, especially for European hotels situated in older buildings. No comment on breakfast, as we did not have it in the hotel (Cova patisserie is a 5 minutes walk for so inclined :-), or even a cafe across the street). I also agree with the other reviewers that the pricing seem to jump up and down quite a bit, and overall an about average value considering location.

  Overall, I had a great stay at Indigo Milan. The location is great, within walking distance to the Duomo and the shopping centers at Sant' Andrea. It is also in a very safe neighborhood within Zone C of Milan. The staff is great and accommodative, special thanks for Walter and Matteo at the front desk for their great hospitalities. Room is very clean and bathroom has great water temperature and pressure. The room size is relatively spacious for European standard in a fully renovated old building. Again, I enjoy the hotel and will definitely stay there again the next time I am at Milan. If there is anything to say for constructive feedback is perhaps the quality of the breakfast. The meat and the pastry is just not as good compared to the breakfast at other high end hotels (it is chargeable 19 Euros despite being a Spire member). Again, thank you.

  Ottima la posizione per raggiungere il centro. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera accogliete e pulita con illuminazione appropriata e temperatura ideale per dormire. Buona l'insonorizzazione. Materasso e cuscini molto comodi. Bagno spazioso con acqua calda subito pronta all'uso. Ambiente curato negli arredi. In ogni modo sarebbe opportuno dotare il bagno di punti di appoggio, rendere l'areazione più efficiente e un asciugacapelli che sia in linea con l'offerta, mettere a disposizione delle pantofole monouso visto che la doccia è a pavimento e l'acqua non sempre è ben contenuta. Consiglierei una piccola manutenzione al bagno e sbloccare la finestra della camera.

  Loved this hotel. The fashion themed rooms and decor were terrific. The hotel is centrally located, clean and the staff was great and responsive even when we had an issue with our air-conditioning in the middle of the night. The courtyard restaurant provided a nice place for breakfast, a snack or cocktail.

  I stayed at the property for 3 nights over my birthday - the hotel team kindly wished me a happy birthday on check-in and thoughtfully sent a cake to my room on arrival; a lovely start to my trip! The hotel and room was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. Breakfast selection was fantastic and fresh - they were even able to supply lactose free and vegan yoghurts and milks. Courtyard setting for breakfast was perfect and service was very attentive with no waiting even as the "buffet" option was served under the current health protections. Location is excellent - close to metro, shopping and main tourist attractions; 10min walk to Duomo and Galleria. Would certainly stay at this property again when visiting Milan. Perfect for couples and leisure travellers.

  A 15 minutes du centre historique, proche du quadrilatère de la mode, cet hotel est idéalement placé. L'accueil est très professionnel et le confort de notre chambre ne laissait rien à redire. Nous avions notre chien qui a été accueilli comme un roi ! Nous reviendrons.

  My girlfriend and I stayed over a weekend in the Hotel for a quick trip to Milan. It a perfect Trip, which was also driven by the hotel, as it was just the perfect fit between relaxing and a busy city trip. We really enjoyed the hotels location, as it is very close for shopping trips and for all beautifull old city buildings. The very modern and stilish hotel was just perfect and the biggest delight feature must have been the bathtub in the middle of the room in the junior suite. Overall, I can only recommend the hotel, as it was one of the best ones I have ever stayed in.

  Quando ho la necessità di fermarmi a Milano questo hotel è sempre la prima scelta. La posizione è davvero invidiabile , siamo a due passi da Piazza San Babila , ed è comodo e facile da raggiungere in auto, anche se fate attenzione che siamo in Area C quindi occorre ricordarsi di pagare il ticket. Detto questo le camere sono arredate con cura e fantasia e rispecchiano lo stile Indigo che ho trovate in altre strutture da utilizzate. Le camere sono pulite cosi come lo sono i bagni, mancano alcune dotazioni che invece trovo in alberghi della stessa catena quali ciabattine di cortesia ed altre amenities in bagno , ce vanno richieste alla reception mentre secondo me dovrebbero essere già presenti. Questa volta vi è stato un piccolo inconveniente , una maglietta lasciata sul letto è stata erroneamente prelevata durante il rifacimento della camera ed ho dovuto farlo presente per riaverla. Il bagno tende ad allagarsi ma meno di quanto riscontrato durante la precedente visita. Colazione molto buona e varia. Personale molto educato e disponibile. In conclusione è una struttura che mi sento di consigliare.

  Phenomenal location and easy access made it easy to like the hotel. Delightful and attentive staff made it easy to love. The hotel entry, lobby, restaurant, hallways and rooms are all aesthetically pleasing. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was welcoming and efficient and overall the room was clean, comfortable and a visual feast. We look forward to another, and hopefully longer, stay!   È la terza volta in un anno che soggiorniamo all’Hotel Indigo di Milano, questa volta per un soggiorno di 5 notti. L’hotel si trova nel centro in posizione strategica. Le strutture dell’hotel sono moderne, inserite in un vecchio palazzo ristrutturato da qualche anno. Il personale é efficiente e disponibile. Il cibo servito a colazione e cena é di qualità. La camera standard é ben arredata, il letto é comodo. Il bagno, sufficientemente spazioso, attrezzato con ampia doccia, ha un unico neo, la dimensione mignon dei sanitari, che ritengo possa essere migliorata per renderne agevole l’uso.

  L hôtel est bien situé, propre et le personnel serviable Toutefois le petit déjeuner est très cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé. On s attend à plus pour 19€ et d autres propositions Le problème des chambres est qu il y fait toujours très froid et qu il faut toujours voir cela avec le personnel pour régler le problème de température

  Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce très charmant hôtel. Nous avons été enchantés par la qualité de l'accueil, la beauté des lieux, la literie très confortable, la propreté de la chambre, le petit déjeuner très complet. Bref, si nous devons revenir à Milan, nous séjournerons à nouveau dans ces lieux!

  Personnel très agréable Kevin parle bien le français et vous dirige vers plusieurs endroits superbes mais tous le personnel est très sympa je reviendrai sûrement
