Positive: Non c’ colazione. Negazione: Per quello che mi aspettavo niente.

Positive: B&B centralissimo, carino, riscaldato. I proprietari cortesissimi.

Positiv: die Lage, die Vermieter waren sehr nett, die Küche und es gab auch ein zusätzliches Bad. Negativ: ein Herd in der Küche wäre noch gut, die Dusche im Zimmer war eine Herausforderung. zu wenig Wasserdruck und es ging schlecht die Temperatur zu regeln.

Positiva: La atención de Martina y Paolo excelente. La ubicación de iRicci excelente en el centro zona segura. Sugiero debiera haber horarios para realizar comidas. No todos los huéspedes saben respetar al resto. Cocinar comidas con mucho olor a las 22.30 hs hasta 00.hs mientras otros duermen o descansan no es bueno.. Negativa: Los huéspedes que no respetan los horarios de descanso ni los espacios comunes. Por eso sugiero una reglamentación de convivencia. El baño privado de mi habitación muy pequeño. Yo soy una mujer small.....

Positive: Good location and 10 minutes drive close to the airport and 3 minutes walk to bus station. Couple of restaurants in the area. Paolo and Martina were very helpful. We had an early flight and we have to had to leave the key inside the place before we left, Accidentally we left a hand luggage behind us in the room and we were locked out. We called Paolo very early in the morning 6am and he got us the luggage to the airport in 20 minutes. Thank you Paolo for saving the day.. Negative: Very small bathroom - the toilet is almost in the shower..

Positive: Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Negazione: Il bagno è veramente troppo piccolo, inoltre il lavandino oltre ad essere scomodo era pure completamente otturato.

Confort propre intimité tout parfait... propriétaires serviables et très gentils... nous reviendrons souvent

Positive: La tranquillità e la posizione anche se si sentono forte le campane del duomo.. Negazione: Il bagno veramente troppo piccolo con il water dentro la doccia!.

Positive: Stanza semplice ma pulita e ordinata all interno di un grande appartamento con cucina in condivisione Il bagno era un po' piccolino, ma va più che bene se si viaggia in coppia e per viaggi brevi..

Positiv: Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung mit komplett eingerichteter Küche und einem kleinen Balkon mit Liege. Es steht ein kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt..

Positive: Many good restaurants nearby. Cold prosecco, good food.. Negative: Very multicultural region. We have got not problems, but I felt myself not like in Italia. (I love every kind of people, but I prefer them see there, where they are in natural way. I don't want to be in African or Indian region where most of citizens are from Europe.).

Pozitivno: Cosy, nice, clean & private - really exclusive! 20 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of Sistiana or Grado- it was a real pleasure staying there😁. Negativno: Everything was great!.

Negative: The bath is little, but enough..

Pozitív: Minden rendben volt. Negatív: Nem volt olyan.

Positiv: Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.. Negativ: Ist im Ausländerviertel. Nachts / Abends kann man nimmer auf die Strasse gehen. Das Bad und die Küche muss geteilt werden mit den anderen Mietern. Das Apartment ist erreichbar über einen Aufzug in den 5. Stock. Der Aufzug ist sehr eng und sehr alt. Die Haustür ist immer abgeschlossen zu halten...selbst zum Verlassen des Hauses braucht man einen Schlüssel. Kein Balkon, als Raucher oder bei schönem Wetter ist man gefangen....

Positief: Perfecte locatie vlakbij het station van Monfalcone. Knus appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren zijn enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk.. Negatief: Wij waren er eind juni en het bleef ook s nachts behoorlijk warm in de kamer..

Positiva: LA UBICACIÓN.

Positive: We had a great Time here. Our room was very comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom also nice and equipped. The location is very well too..

好意的: オーナーの女性がとても親切。アパートの一室なので、現地での連絡手段（sms, WhatApp など）がないとチェックインは難しいと思われます。お部屋はキレイでひとりで泊まるには十分。トリエステのホテルが高騰しているときは、こちらでもいいかと思います（トリエステまで電車で一駅です）。連絡さえとれれば、最寄り駅まで迎えに来てくれますし、重い荷物を持った観光客にはありがたかったです。. 否定的: お湯がタンク式なので、二人以上で泊まるには（日本人的には）ちょっと注意が必要。.
