  The hotel is average for people who have come to delhi for business. The rooms are very small. At the time of arrival the guy at reception was having a very rude behaviour.

  Je n'ai jamais vu autant de problème dans une chambre d'hôtel. D'habitude je tolère quelque problème surtout a l'étranger mais la tout est un enchaînement de problème. La douche ciel de pluie qui coule sur les murs et en met partout L'évacuation de la douche boucher obligé de mettre de l'eau partout une fois qu'on ouvre la porte de la douche en mode inondation. Le fils dénudé du sèche cheveux La cuvette des toilettes a changer Le papier toilette en quantité insuffisante (1/2 rouleau) La porte du coffre fort qui ne tiens pas debout La bouilloire avec des traces de moisissures noir Le minibar sale avec un système d'ouverture de porte pensez a l'envers La poussière et le nettoyage derrière la télé Les files derrière la télé La poussière sur le décodeur qui n'a jamais était faite La propreté des vitres intérieur qui même en pleine nuit montre clairement que sa n jamais était fait trace de doigts des précèdent clients et autres traces Le dessous de lit n'est pas changé ou renouvelées Je n'ai pas terminé mon séjour qui est de deux nuit. Je m'attendais pas a grand chose mais quand la sécurité n'est même pas garanti ont le droit quand même de se poser des questions.

  Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable yet very small and service is ok, however the major disappointment was no access to hot water during the day. Very inconvenient for travellers, especially when paying such a premium rate. Will not be staying here again nor would i recommend this place to anyone else as for the price we paid ( for 3 nights) the expectations were not met.Very inconvenient as hot water is only accessible before 10 am, something that was not informed to us prior. They kindly provided a bucket of hot water and a mug, however when paying one does not expect to have a bucket shower. Also its important to let guests know what amenities arent available so one can make other arrangements.

  The hotel overall was fine. I faced major issues with the room’s ventilation. There was only an AC provided in the room which was on heater mode(managed centrally, although there’s a remote provided which technically has no use) nBecause of the heat mode,it was really difficult to stay in the room as it felt like an oven. There is no fan/an option to open the windows. We were then provided with a floor fan as there was nothing much they could do about the AC/heater situation. I ended up not being able to sleep well on my first day of stay and a headache. nFood is slightly highly priced. On one occasion we ordered 2 teas and 4 slices of bread toast for breakfast ,the bill of which was 450Rs ! nLocation wise , you are about 1.5kms to the Connaught circle which is good.

  !! Do not book ever !! Book this hotel if you do not want an AC or if you hate being served well. We were checked in after a long wait of almost 15-20 minutes, only one all rounder staff doing everything. No AC or cooling at the Reception area, room a/c wasnt working we tried 4 different rooms. Very cramped up rooms, the rooms were clean, the location is nice. But there is literall no on there to take calls at front desk or housekeeping. We ended up checking out within 1 hour of checking in and trying 4 different rooms in so much heat and humidity. It was my wife's birthday which got ruined..

  Rien d'extraordinaire, le sol n'était pas très propre, la douche pleine de calcaire, le câblage électrique fini en ruban isolant partout, même dans la douche, j'ai failli mourir de peur en prenant une douche (eau et câbles dénudés avec du ruban adhésif ensemble) en plus je voyage avec 3 petits enfants... Les serviettes étaient très vieilles et usées. Le matin j'ai demandé un extra, nous sommes 5 dans la même chambre et ils ne mettent jamais plus de serviettes même s'ils mettent un lit d'appoint, mais cela m'arrive dans tous les hôtels.... et ils ne l'ont jamais apporté. Je lui donne 2⭐️et pas 1 simplement parce que le personnel était vraiment attentionné avec mes enfants ! Ils les ont reçus avec du jus de pastèque et des muffins au chocolat chauds, les enfants étaient super ravis.   This is an amazing hotel, we arrived at late night and requested them to provide food. They supplied us delicious Chinese preparation at 1.30 A.M. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are clean. Very close to Supre Court of India. Thanks... keep it up.

  A good experience. Cozy rooms, good food, excelente service. well groomed staff. entrance can be improved upon. however at prime location. can't get better at such rates and location. little more discounts expected.

  Highly overpriced. The room is too small for the price. The night I checked in, the occupants along with their friends/colleagues in the room next to mine, kept partying in the room till 2 am. Lot of noise of loud talking, shouting and laughing. Complaining to reception did not help. The next day morning, the taps didn't have hot water. They literally arranged 2 buckets of hot water. Felt like I was taking bath in a roadside hotel. Because there was no hot water in the tap and they had to arrange hot water in buckets, it was taking longer for me to get ready. I requested the reception to extend breakfast time for me however got a rude reply that cannot extend time for one person, you are the only customer complaining about hot water. Totally disappointed. Disgraced treatment.

  Best location for stay for family ,but premium room small for 3 person.without call toilet kit not given on daily basis. Food quality good but expensive. Hotel will charge service tax with gst is not acceptable. it is advised that room booked with breakfast otherwise breakfast charge of Rs.850 per person

  Nice hotel just next to Lalit. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good staff. Bathroom design is different but not logical. In my room, while taking bath, water goes almost entire bathroom floor. Breakfast could have better variety. Overall good stay in CP.

  The hotel is situated at the heart of city. And that is the only advantage of staying in this hotel as various tourist attractions including India Gate, Rashtrapathi Bhavan, Red fort, Jama Masjid etc are not more than 6 kms. There are many shopping places, restaurants and bars located near the hotel. The size of the deluxe room is very small when compared to the money we paid. The hotel is located behind a railway station and you can hear the sound of the passing trains 24 hrs. There is no proper restaurant and all they have is 4 tables with 4 chairs each near the reception desk to accommodate the hungry guests. Breakfast is provided here but limited options. No bar. Staff was courteous and the service was pretty fast. Not at all value for the money paid. Overall an average stay.

  we stayed there for one night. location is very prime , cloxe proximity to all the places in delhias it is centrally located in connaught place. rooms are very neat and tidy.I dint get chznce to have food here but I am sure the food will be also awesome as the pace is...., thanks will visit again

  Hotel rooms are very small, not well lit either. Blinds were too small and dysfunctional in my room. However , the food was good and so was the location. Very close to the Cannaught place market. Service quality is alright.

  Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay, though we only stayed for a night (late check-in and early checkout) we found the place nice and comfortable. The location of the place is a blessing amidst the mad traffic of the city, the staff at the reception warmly welcomed us and were efficient in their work and didn't waste too much time unlike most places. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it tasted well. Clean washroom and very clean room was even more comforting and will be a major reason to take us back to the place more often. We only found the room service not as prompt and had to timely make repeat calls, hoping the place would keep up with their services in future as well.

  Hi , This is Rohit, I stayed in this hotel last week only. i visited Delhi related to work purpose. It was a good deal and place i got it from GoIbibio. The hotel is small but best for work trips. the location is great. just opposite Lalit Hotel. walking to Connaught Place and Pragati Maidan is just 2km away from the hotel. I will say, it was a nice staying experience. Hospitality was great. breakfast was also good.

  This hotel is best for business travellers who would also like to indulge in some shopping and entertainment after their meeting as connaught place is at 5 minute distance from this hotel. The staff is courteous as well. I had ordered food at 10.30pm and at that time i was informed a particular item will not be available but when the food came i saw that particular item was made available. That particular thing that they did to make the guest feel comfortable was something i appreciated.

  The worst service i have ever experienced. Firstly there is no parking space, you have to park your car on the road which can be towed at any time. Staff is not cooperative at all. The booking when done wasnt checked or verified by the hotel and when we checked in at the hotel after a long tiring flight that my husband had the staff made us wait at the reception for 45 mins. Thereafter, they charged us an extra amount of rs. 2000 in name of an extra person. Then there was this another nonsense of not accepting my id even when i told them i m married and have shifted to another town from delhi. I also told them to show my marriage photography and certificate but all in vein. Had it been not so late we would have definitely shifted to another hotel. The whole experience of this hotel was really bad.. The room is so small that u can barely find space to keep your stuff and the washroom is so small that only one person can stand in it at a time. So, I would say it the worst experience i ever had..

  Had a pleasant stay situated in the heart of lutyens Delhi, Staff was polite and helpful, overall experience was good but certain improvements can enhance overall customer experience, viz illumination of dressing mirror needs to be looked into, positioning of LED TV may be aligned to double bed. Overall four out of five star for proactive service by staff and location of the property.

  Nice place to stay in Delhi. The greatest advantage is the location which is near to Bharakhamba road metro station and near Bengali Market. The hotel is modern, neat and clean. Breakfast was great and dining options are good, but slightly expensive. The staff was very helpful and professional. The stay was very peaceful, quiet and comfortable.

  I travel Delhi every month and have covered many hotels , this time I tried Cannaught Royal which turned out nightmare for me. I checked in early morning but I got the room very in time but when I saw the room it was below average , selling on wall , no curtains in bathroomroom (everything was visible from outside the bathroomroom, no privacy concern) , TV setup box was hanging on TV as there were no arrangement for it. mini bar was totally empty not even a single water bottle was there. I asked them to change the room, that took time and front desk behavior was very rude and the reason they gave us was very inappropriate, a guy said the owner live outside the country so it was inspired from there ,as no hotels in Abroad have curtains in bathroom, contrary their own statement this other room has curtains in bathroom. Front desk is very much ill-mannered as they don't know how to respond to their customers , specially front desk staff Miss/Mrs. Raveena, who stopped my friend in morning asking the room number and again asking her why she was out early morning (I guess it's none of her business to ask where the guest is going). after all this happened in a single day stay, miss/Mrs. raveena called before check-out timing to know the timings but when telling her the timings she dined us for the same and gave very cold response and asked her to check out as soon as possible as they need to give room to someone else, As I stayed many hotels they always change for extra hours but never force to check-out. please train your staff accordingly. and again miss/Mrs raveena asked a staff to check the room while we were checking out , as mini bar was empty as I mentioned before , I have no clue what she asked them to check. that was very inappropriate though funny too. And last but not least no bill handed as customer copy to us which even asked for but she denied. Breakfast and dinner was below the average. you don't have choice for breakfast as u must eat what they serve. In breakfast donuts were a day old they were smelling bad. overall very below the average hotel.
