    Hôtel très central. C'est son point fort. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Mais il faisait face à une ruelle et il y avait un bruit constant des fans qui se trouvaient dans ladite ruelle. Aucune lumière naturelle n'entrait. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'une réforme

    Cet hôtel **** a été réservé via Booking en tant qu'hôtel familial, malheureusement une déception totale. Chambre (Suite Junior) très sale, elle n'a été nettoyée que sur demande. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre, malheureusement, le personnel désagréable n'était pas très serviable non plus et on ne nous a pas proposé une autre chambre ni aucune compensation. L'hôtel ne propose pas non plus de service de chambre. En tout cas, cet hôtel ne mérite pas **** !

    Positive: It was exceptionally clean and the location is awesome Negative: I would say tacking 15 dollars on the fee and giving you credit to use for waters is not very sensible that if you don't use you lose it

    Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre réservée,pas la terasse promis,pas reçu la bouteille de vin promis lors de la réservation.Chambre mal propre et mal entretenue, certaine chose sont arraché du mur dans la salle de bain.trappe d'air complètement remplis de poussière collée depuis des semaines.

    Positive: Room alone Negative: When I booked the room it was shown as $--- per day and when i booked it cost me around $--- which i can understand .Apart from that during checkout they charged me additional $160 charge which is insane.I dont recommend this hotel at all..

    Positive: Very nice hotel near the UN and also a short walk from Radio City. Room was a good size for NYC. Restaurants and shopping near by. Not a bad walk to Broadway.

    Positive: Location was fine Negative: This hotel is extremely dated and had markings on shower curtain, walls etc. the halls are not attractive and has the general feel off a 2 star hotel. There¿s a silly ¿resort fee¿ for nothing .

    Positive: Quiet, great location. Nice staff. Upgraded me to large room with kitchen. Negative: Heat did not work at all. They didn¿t communicate with me about fixing it. I was out all day and still didn¿t work when I returned at night. They brought me blankets & small heater. Decor is a bit dated. Couldn¿t find easy great coffee places n

    Positive: The location, really close to the subway and also not too many stops from the places I wanted to be. Negative: I didn¿t like the service. It was pretty expensive and the hotel was very below average. They nickel and dime you on everything and the front desk workers tone isn¿t very welcoming

    Petit hôtel classé, calme et propre. Chambres confortables et bien configurées, équipement satisfaisant, personnel avanant. En plus, il est très bien situé, et jouxte une station de métro. Rapport qualité/prix, vous y gagnerez au change. Sauf pendant la période de l'Assemblée générale des Nations Unies, où comme dans tous les hôtels et points d'hébergement de New-York, les prix quadruplent.
