  Positive: Splendido appartamento, spazioso e luminosissimo grazie alle grandi vetrate, situato di fronte ad uno dei pub più frequentati di Nicolosi e punto di incontro scelto dalle guide turistiche per le escursioni sull'Etna (versante Sud). Appartamento comodissimo, curato, pulito, ben organizzato su 2 livelli: ad ogni livello una camera matrimoniale ed un bagno. Ho apprezzato anche le scelte stilistiche e l'arredamento minimalista ma funzionale. Dotato di piscina e giardino ben tenuto. Tutto pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.. Negazione: Essendo di fronte ad uno dei locali più frequentati di Nicolosi la sera c'è molto chiasso, udibile anche dalla camera da letto al livello superiore..

  Positief: Prachtig appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken, wasmachine, vaatwasser, en diverse keukenmaterialen. Fijn zwembad met fijne ligstoelen Ligging prima voor bezoek aan Etna, Taormina en Catania.. Negatief: Het ligt wel in een levendige buurt met aan de overkant iedere avond vrije harde muziek zeker tot 3.00 Snachts en veel blaffende honden..

  Positiv: Die schönste Wohnung während unseres Sozilienaufenthaltes, hier stimmte einfach alles.. Negativ: Die Besitzer hatten uns schon vorgewarnt, gegenüber des wunderschönen Hauses ist eine Gartenwirtschaft in einem Park angesiedelt worden, die Abends sehr laut werden kann, das ist sehr schade. Aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts..

  Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern, komfortabel und geräumig.. Alles war picobello sauber. Zur Begrüßung standender ein paar Süßigkeiten, Saft und einige Kaffepads sowie eine Flasche Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank bereit. Der Vermieter kam auf einen Plausch vorbei und bot seine Hilfe an, falls es irgendwelche Fragen gibt. Die Kinder haben sich über das WLAN gefreut..

  Positive: Great flat! Just like the pictures! The pool was amazing and we had it all to our selves which was great! Francesca, was beyond helpful with all my questions about the area and went above and beyond recommending restaurants/ places to see!. Negative: The location requires a car, transfers are very expensive. Can walk into the little town in the evening though for tea!.

  Positief: Zeer mooi, zeer ruim appartement. Mooie verzorgde tuin en schitterend zwembad. Afgesloten parkeerplaats is ook een pluspunt.. Negatief: Het appartement ligt in een levendige buurt, wat soms wat geluidsoverlast bezorgde. Maar al bij al viel dat nog zeer goed mee. Zeker niet zo erg als in sommige recensies ..

  Pozytywna: Czystość w obiekcie, Basen do dyspozycji gości, miejsca parkingowe na ogrodzonej posesji, wyposażenie apartamentu. Bardzo doby kontakt z właścicielem.. Negatywna: Odgłosy dochodzące z knajpy na przeciw obiektu, sypialnia na piętrze w zasadzie bez światła dziennego, tylko niewielkie, w zasadzie mikroskopijne okno dachowe.

  Positief: Mooi appartement in Nicolosi. Zeker aan te bevelen. Mooi schoon zwembad erbij. We hebben hier met een gezin gezeten met 4 kinderen. Er waren 2 slaapkamers en een kamer met slaapbank. Deze waren prima. 2 badkamers en toiletten, ideaal voor ons.. Negatief: Het appartement ligt kort bij een weg, hierdoor 's avonds soms wat geluidoverlast van langsrijdende auto's. En er wonen een aantal hondenbezitters in de buurt, waardoor 's avonds regelmatig geblaf, maar meestal was dat maar even..

  Positief: Het is een prachtig huis, met een ruimte tuin met zwembad. Van hieruit ben je zo de Etna op of wandel je het stadje in. Het huis heeft in de keuken alle faciliteiten en twee badkamers was ook echt luxe.. Negatief: Het was echt supertof!.

  Positiv: Schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Terrasse ist überdacht und Swimmingpool mit Liegen vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, elektrischer Backofen) und ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck für 4 Personen. In Gehnähe Santa Rita Panificio et Pasticcheria mit sehr gutem Brot und Dolci (ab 7 Uhr geöffnet). Das Gepäck muss über eine Außentreppe in die Wohnung getragen werden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um den Ätna. Parkplatz an der Wohnung vorhanden..

  Positif: This was just PRRFECT. The house is beautiful, recent, spacious, perfectly well equipped with all comfort and perfectly clean. Garden and pool are well maintained. The house is located just on the road to Etna and ideally between Taormina and Syracuse for city trip days. The owner is welcoming, super helpful and full of information. A definite recommendation!!. Négatif: Nothing.

  Merveilleux. Une maison pleine de lumière, équipée de tout confort. J'ai informé la très cordiale Francesca que j'avais un petit enfant et elle m'a laissé trouver la chaise haute pour la nourriture de bébé. Les propriétaires ont les caractéristiques que toutes les personnes impliquées dans l'accueil devraient avoir : disponibilité, cordialité .... à quelques minutes de l'Etna et à quelques pas du centre de Nicolosi, une petite ville très organisée

  Positiv: Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr großzügig, gemütlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist modern und sehr sauber. Es gab 2 große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und 2 voll ausgestattete Bäder. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Der Garten ist riesig und richtig schön angelegt. Der Pool lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Leider war das Wetter zu kalt, so dass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten. Alles in allem ist es eine Traumwohnung in einem schönen kleinen Ort am Fuße des Etna, in dem man alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs bekommen kann..

  חיובי: מארחים אדיבים דירה מודרנית ונקייה. שלילי: אין רשתות נגד יתושים המזגנים לא פעלו מדרגות ענקיות ומסוכנות קשה מאוד להרים את המזוודות לכן למבוגרים זה לא יתאים בעלים מעט קמצנים (ניירות וציוד אחר).

  Positiva: El apartamento es genial, amplio, luminoso, super confortable, la cama, el baño, la cocina bien equipada, hay lavadora, una terraza... jardín precioso con una piscina fantástica. En fin, muy bien!. Negativa: Hay un bar al aire libre justo delante mismo q en verano ponen música y fiesta hasta las 2-3 de la madrugada... aunque las ventanas estan super bien es que se oye muchísimo. Ibamos con la niña de 2 años y era un horror para dormir ella y nosotros. También está a pie de la calle q sube al Etna y a les 7 de la mañana, sino antes, empiezan a subir coches, motos, autobuses...el ruido hace insoportable unas instalaciones, un entorno y un personal encantador..
