  Positive: Very nice, well-appointed room. The biggest advantage of the room is an exceptionally large and comfortable bathroom. There was no problem with parking.. Negative: 3rd floor, no elevator..

  Positive: Abbiamo preso la souite con il terrazzo, a dire che è stupenda è poco! Pulizia ottima, posizione centrale, quindi buona per potersi spostare a piedi.. la proprietaria Rita persona gentilissima, ci tornerò sicuramente..

  Positif: La salle de bain était grande et spacieuse. L’endroit était très propre et la terrasse agréable. Négatif: Le manque de service et la lumière blanche de la chambre trop agressive.

  Positive: The location is very central. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.. Negative: The room itself (van Gogh suite) was small but the shower was even smaller. The room lacked amenities for making coffee/tea and guest have to empty the bins before leaving the appartment or risk a fine. Altigether not the luxury we were expecting..

  Positiv: Lager sehr gut, Sauberkeit top, Personal habe ich nicht gesehen. Unsere Ausweiße über whattsupp gesendet und Schlüssel war im in einem Box, das wir mit dem pin code aufmachen durften. Das Zimmer war im 3. Stock, ohne Aufzug (Treppe besteht aus 27*3 Stufen)und es war ziemlich klein, ohne Balkon. Rezeption war keine. Die Zimmer befinden sich im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses..

  Positive: Location was very good and the lady I interacted with via text was very friendly and helpful. If this was a third of the price, I would have been positive but it is so overpriced it feels like a rip off.. Negative: Check-in process extremely complicated as this is not a hotel and there is no reception. My flight was delayed and so I missed my scheduled "check in" Massively overpriced Aircon did not work TV did not work. I flagged that there was no remote and was told that it was there somewhere - I looked everywhere but never found it a 4th floor walk-up (not ideal with suitcases) the lights in the stairwell are on a timer, so go off as you are walking up/ down so you end up walking in pitch black. Not ideal as a solo female traveller.

  Positiv: Die Lage ist optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem und alles ist sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar.. Negativ: Das Zimmer ist im 3.OG und leider ohne Fahrstuhl. Die Junior Suite ist von der Größe nicht optimal für zwei Gäste..

  Positive: Camere curatissime, moderne e pulite. Ottima posizione all'inizio del corso centrale. Un piccolo stendino sarebbe utile per chi fa mare, anche se capisco che nella camera senza balconi risulta scomodo..

  Positiv: Die Unterkunft hat brandneue Zimmer mit Geschmack und Raffinesse eingerichtet. Mitten in der Innenstadt, sehr zentral gelegen, man kann zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreichen. Es gibt auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt dort vor Ort. Exzellenter Service und stylischer, saubere Zimmer mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat mir das moderne helle Badezimmer und der Terrassenbalkon. Alles liebevoll dekoriert und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Der Eigentümer und das Personal waren sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit verfügbar für meine Wünsche. Wie im 5 Sterne Hotel, kann daher sagen, dass ich die Unterkunft mit voller Begeisterung empfehlen kann. Eine verlässliche gute Adresse in olbia. :-). Negativ: War alles prima.

  Positiu: L'habitació era nova i decorada al detall. Estava prop del centre i de l'estació, i en un lloc molt tranquil.. Negatiu: Tres pisos (alts) sense ascensor. Horari de recepció molt limitat. Vam dir que arribariem entre les 20 i 21h (marge de 1 hora que permet booking), finalment vam arribar a les 20:15, i el propietari no es va presentar fins a les 21h, tot i haver-lo trucat en arribar. Entenc que no estiguin les 24h a disposar, però tampoc que et deixin allà esperant. Tampoc és pràctic haver de fer una transferència bancària quan fas la reserva, en comptes de que et facin un càrrec a la targeta..

  Positive: Struttura bellissima arredata con estremo gusto e curata nei minimi dettagli.... consigliatissima per vacanze e anche per viaggi di lavoro.... in posizione centralissima permette di raggiungere ogni destinazione in pochissimo tempo......

  Positiv: Zimmer sehr modern und stimmig möbliert. Zudem sehr sauber. Obwohl mitten im Zentrum durch Schallschutz sehr ruhig bei geschlossener Balkontür. In 5 Minuten mitten im geschehen. Außerdem wurde für uns ein Flughafenschuttel zur Abreise organisiert und ein früheres Einchecken war auch möglich. Danke.

  Положительный: Очень удобное расположение - в самом центре, в шаговой доступности магазины, рестораны, бары, и при всем этом достаточно тихо. Номер новый, очень комфортный. Спасибо большое персоналу ))) подсказали, рассказали )) Приятно было быть вашим гостем! В следующий раз останусь у вас на подольше..
