  Positive: This place is very centrally located in the country side of Tuscany, which makes it easy to reach everything around (with some driving ofc). The space of the house surrounding by greens and the pool makes it very attarctive to also just stay there and be lazy. The host is very friendly and easy to reach and takes good care of his guests.. Negative: We were unlucky enough to book the middle apartment on the ground floor, which had no window in the bathroom. Also there is not a lot of noise isolation between rooms/top and bottom floor - so careful if you are sensitive to noise. We also were unlucky in the regards to huge amounts of mosquitos and horse flies (minized the joy in/around the pool)..

  Positive: Abbiamo trascorso una settimana incantevole! Luogo davvero magnifico e accogliente, l'ospitalità e la professionalità di Riccardo e della sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa. Una vacanza a cui penseremo ancora a lungo!!! Grazie di cuore.

  Positive: Great welcome by Ricardo. Beautiful appartment and pool area. Ricardo organized superb pizza party one evening - super social and enjoyable. Very relaxing location. Internet connection was no problem ( I noticed previous complaints ) Ricardo responded quickly whenever we had questions, he knows the area very well. Negative: It was great, just make sure you get the Appartment you want. Some are facing pool and one have entrance on other side, no problem but different.

  Positief: Mooi ruim luxe appartement, prachtige locatie!. Negatief: Keuken kan wat vernieuwing gebruiken, verder niks op aan te merken..

  Pozitív: Tágas helyiségek, úszómedence, pezsgőfürdő. A tulaj, "Rikkárdó", (így két k-val!) nagyon barátságos, vidám figura, beszél angolul és minden kérdésünkre készségesen válaszolt. Kellemes meglepetésként egy üveg helyi bor várt bennünket. Csodálatos a kilátás, a távolban felsejlik Volterra városa. A felszereltséghez tartozott egy légycsapó.... Negatív: A légycsapót használni is kellett. A hálószoba ablakán ugyan volt szúnyogháló, az ajtón azonban nem. A konyha-nappalit viszont csak az ajtón át lehetett szellőztetni. A zuhanykabin eresztette a vizet, ami estétől reggelig nem tudott felszáradni. A megadott címet a GPS nem ismerte fel, így felmentünk a faluba. A megadott telefon számon hívtuk Rikkárdót, aki utánunk jött és lehozott bennünket. :-).

  Positief: Plek, terras, appartement met goede keuken en prachtig uitzicht. Ook lekker zwembad en jacuzzi.. Negatief: Helaas waren er buiten veel steekvliegen. Volgens de eigenaar zijn die er om de 3 tot 4 jaar. Dat was jammer daar had je last van bij het zwembad..
