  excellent point de départ pour visiter Palerme, Top position. Giuseppe le propriétaire serviable et très gentil, structure simple et particulière, la seule note négative est qu'étant au centre, et Palerme étant une ville très animée si vous avez des problèmes de sommeil, avec les fenêtres ouvertes vous avez du mal à dormir

  Un B&B confortable dans le centre historique et surtout vous êtes dans le centre historique de la belle Palerme d'antan Je recommande de goûter les anciennes recettes des douceurs siciliennes typiques des Sœurs de Santa Caterina du monastère homonyme situé à deux pas du B&B

  Nous avons séjourné dans la belle Palerme dans ce B&B du centre ... à proximité des clubs, des restaurants et à deux pas de toutes les attractions historiques et culturelles. Inutile de dire que Giuseppe nous a accueillis immédiatement avec un grand professionnalisme et a été d'une aide précieuse pendant notre séjour ! HAUTEMENT RECOMMANDÉ, TRÈS CENTRAL, TRÈS PROPRE ... excellent choix, nous reviendrons bientôt!

  Chambre propre, un peu petite, trop chaude mais équipée du climat ! Quartier stratégique, proche de la vucciria mais inconfortable puisque situé dans la ZTL.

  Emplacement stratégique et pratique. À 1 km de la gare ferroviaire et routière, à 300 mètres de l'arrêt de bus de l'aéroport. Chambre double spacieuse et propre, avec terrasse donnant sur la rue principale du centre qui mène à la cathédrale. Nous reviendrons😊

  Pozytywna: Czysty, zadbany, świetny właściciel bardzo pomocny. Obiekt znajduje się w najlepszej możliwej lokalizacji, w którym kierunku by się nie poszło wszędzie jest blisko. Autobus z lotniska wysadza Cie na Via Roma z którego jest około 50 metrów. Wifi również dobre. Na koniec największy plus, poprosiłem wcześniej o przygotowanie pokoju z okazji rocznicy na nasz przyjazd, właściciel sie wykazał, byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.. Negatywna: :).

  Positive: We had a great time at the property which is located in the middle of the downtown. Our host Giuseppe was extremely friendly, he was very flexible and helpful about our check in/out and he did everything to make our stay spelndido :). The apartment was well equipped and its interior was very nicely designed and furnished architecturally wise. We were happy to spend NYE and the first day of the new year here. Thank you :).

  Positiva: La ubicación es única, es súper céntrico de todo: de la estación central de Palermo, la costa, y el centro histórico. Está a 3 minutos de atractivos turísticos importantes de la ciudad. La vista está cool.. Negativa: No hay recepción 24 hrs. Tienes que coordinarte antes (pero la respuesta es rápida y súper amable)..

  Positif: Bâtiment atypique Chambre simple mais propre Petit déjeuner compris à prendre dans le restaurant juste en dessous de l’immeuble (vous avez droit à un croissant à tomber et une boisson ) si vous voulez plus c’est à payer en supplément.

  Positive: The location. Negative: Dirty linen with hair from the previous guests on! Terrible room with no window. Also, it is interconnected with another room, there is no privacy at all. The only good (just good) is the bathroom. It’s not a b&b but a hostel in a bad condition..

  Positive: One bed was firm and one softer, so there was a choice. Manager was friendly and helpful about parking when he realized where we parked.Great location Kitchen available and WiFi. Plenty of hot water.. Negative: Bathroom had used soap bar and had to ask for more toilet paper, as well as the remote for the AC. Arrived in the dark and pouring rain so did not see the sign for the pedestrian area. Misunderstanding about registering the car for parking so we got a parking ticket. Should tell people not to park where there is a sign saying pedestrian area..

  Positive: The location is perfect. The room was clean, great for two travelers. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly to our messages. We will definitely stay there next time we visit Palermo.

  Positif: Le petit dej offert au café du coin. Négatif: Se faire engueuler par l’hote parce qu’on arrive en retard ça ne m’était jamais arrivé. Pour qui connait Palerme et son traffic de fous furieux, on a fait de notre mieux. On a attendu un long moment dans la rue pour enfin arriver à le joindre. Rue globalement très bien placée mais pas très accueillante. On recherchait deja un autre b&b. La chambre était propre mais les draps loin d’être clean. Quand on met des draps blancs faut qu’ils soient blancs et pas tachés. Les parties communes pas clean avec des restes de sciure de travaux..

  Positiv: Die beiden Hosts sind super nett. Guiseppe spricht sogar etwas deutsch. Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist top. Es gibt einen Stadtplan mit tollen Tipps. Außerdem erhält man einen Frühstücksvoucher für das nebenan liegende Café (Croissant und Kaffee) es gibt eine kleine Terasse und im Zimmer steht ein Bett, eine Kleiderstange, ein Sesselchen und ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage mussten wir uns mit den Nachbarn teilen. Lag immer draussen auf dem Balkontisch. Außerdem könnte man auf der unteren Etage eine kleine Küche nutzen. Es hat irgendwie einen Hostelcharme obwohl man seinen eigenes Zimmer hat. Ich glaube man teilt Küche und Terasse mit 3 oder 4 anderen Zimmern. Negativ: Man hat nur morgens als erstes heißes Wasser, ansonsten eiskalt. Im Bad war der Badezimmerunterschrank voller Pflegeutensilien. Es schien als würde hier jemand wohnen. Uns ist das aber erst später aufgefallen. Im Bad lag überall staub. In diesem Bereich sollte es allerdings sauber sein. Außerdem ist es sehr laut. Es gibt 2 Türen zu den Nachbarn und man hört wirklich alles. Jeden Toilettengang, jedes Wort. Für den Preis von 36 Euro war es für uns ok. Ich reise immer mit Ohrstöpsel. :) Aber man sollte es erwähnen..
