  C'était de la merde. J'ai appelé et on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas besoin de réserver. Arrivés sur place, nous n'avons trouvé personne. Ce n'est pas le cas des clients. Je vous déconseille d'y aller. Note 0

  J'ai tout beaucoup aimé ! Nous sommes satisfaits. Nous recommandons. Confortable et propre. Hôtes sympathiques et polis. Situé à côté de la gare, un bon échangeur de transport dans toute la ville. Le bus coûte 1,40 euros, le métro coûte 1,80 euros, il existe des trains de banlieue pour lesquels vous pouvez acheter des billets dans des machines électroniques, le prix du billet dépend de la distance. A proximité se trouve un parc et un talus avec des cafés et des bars. Le bus 224 va à la plage depuis la gare en 10 minutes. Non loin de la gare, il y a un bazar avec des légumes, des fruits et des fruits de mer, tous frais et délicieux. La rue Roma avec ses magasins et un supermarché est parallèle à la rue Lincoln. A proximité se trouve le centre historique avec des monuments architecturaux et des valeurs culturelles. Fontaine de Pretoria et beaucoup de choses intéressantes.

  L’annonce est mensongère sur booking. Il était écrit que nous avions accès à la cuisine, ce que la propriétaire a refusé à l’arrivée. Quand nous avons signalé ce problème ils ont proposé de nous transférer dans une autre chambre, ce qui n’est pas le deal quand on réserve sur ce genre de site. La salle de bain n’était pas propre, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, il y avait des trous de cigarette sur les draps, et pas de couverture fournie en plein mois de novembre. Pour le prix demandé, il existe bien mieux à Palerme.

  Deux énormes insectes viennent d'arriver dans la chambre. Nous sommes immédiatement partis et ils ne nous ont jamais remboursés. Expérience effrayante. A éviter absolument.

  Positive: Nulla.. Negazione: Tutto. Da indicazioni sul sito c'era il bagno in camera, ma quando abbiamo chiesto dove fosse il bagno, abbiamo scoperto che era in comune: un bagno alla fine di un corridoio che passa davanti alla cucina abitata tra l'altro dalla famiglia ospitante. Il b&b è gestito da stranieri (credo ucraini) che non parlano italiano ed è stato davvero difficile farci capire. La stanza era piccolissima e l'ingresso difficoltoso al secondo piano di un palazzo davvero fatiscente. La zona è molto periferica e dalle sembranze inquietanti di sera. Abbiamo abbandonato la stanza dopo pochi minuti..

  Positive: Ottima location. A due passi dalla stazione centrale, perfetta per chi deve soggiornare una sola notta e spostarsi il giorno seguente. Negazione: Lo staff impreparato. Sono stata accolta da una donna che al di là del fatto che non credo parlasse bene l'italiano ha impiegato circa venti minuti cercando di capire quale fosse la mia stanza. E non stiamo parlando di una struttura molto grande..

  Положительный: Персонал говорит по русски, что крайне упростило регистрацию. Комната большая с отдельной комнатой под вещи, есть кухня, на которой можно готовить, есть стиральная машина, в общем, все блага для длительной жизни. Апартаменты находятся очень близко к центру, в 5 минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет Lidl, в 2 минутах авто и ж/д вокзалы. Апартаменты шикарны, единственно, что было непривычно - это обилие негров вокруг вокзала..

  Positive: Localization is really great, right in the center, 2 minutes from railway station. The room and bathroom were clean, the AC was working well.. Negative: Old furniture, no WiFi. Personnel is friendly, but they often occupy kitchen and bathroom as if it's their own flat, not a B&B. Also there was no window in the room (actually there was, but overlooking the small dark inner yard)..

  Pozitív: Nagyon jó helyen található a szállás, a legtöbb nevezetesség gyalog megközelíthető. Parkolóhelyet is sikerült találnunk. A szállásadó közvetlen, a késői bejelentkezés megoldható. A szoba tiszta, kényelmes.. Negatív: A beszűrődő zajok..

  Positiva: Cerca del centro y de la estación de tren. Negativa: La habitación tenía una ventana que daba a un patio enano por dónde no entraba aire, ni luz. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en pleno agosto. La limpieza era muy mejorable. La habitación era muy deprimente. El baño igual. Por la noche se escuchaban varios ruidos, entre ellos dos pitidos muy fuertes que no pararon en toda la noche, uno de ellos venía de algún aparato de la entrada del edificio, por eso fue imposible conciliar el sueño. La mujer que nos atendio no hablaba ni español, ni inglés, ni italiano, ni francés, ni portugués. Nos habló en alguna lengua eslava así que no pudimos entender nada..

  Positive: The location, close to the station and to the main streets.. Negative: Apartments located in a very old building close to the station. It was raining inside along the stairs up to the apartment!! Lot of umidity, bad smell looking it was almost abandoned. The apartment in its self is nice, offers a quite big kitchen well furnished. the staff is friendly nothing to say. The room has 1 king bed and 1 queen with private bathroom. The mattress was laying on a stave still alive thanks to lot of tapes. The shower was almost falling down, I was scared to touch it... Guys, I'm not complaining because the price was super good for 2 nights. I was travelling with 2 friends but if you're a couple find smt else..
