Très bon hôte. Parking intérieur (hors zone bleue). Emplacement pratique pour le centre qui peut être exploré à pied.

Positive: I definitely liked the size and comfort of my room, I also liked the proprietors, who are nice people. I also liked the fact that living so close to the city centre I could park my car securely (although it's a bit challenging to drive through the narrow gate), and I liked the position. There is a bus a few steps away that takes you to the very centre (Teatro Reggio). The room and bathroom are very clean, and generally the house is clean and nice.. Negative: The major downsides were two. First, I was certain I booked a room with private bathroom, but it turned out it was a common one - in the Covid period seemingly no problem because I was the only guest all the time. However, there was a problem: the common areas of the house smell of smoke, which comes from the owner's private part of the house. The room was smoke-free for most of the time, fortunately, but the bathroom not necessarily so, and the small corridor between the two - the worst place. The breakfast room usually smelt of smoke, too, but could be aired relatively easily, unlike the corridor. Positive: La posizione è buona e in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva al centro. Qualità del dormire buona con pochi rumori.. Negazione: La tremenda PUZZA DI FUMO di cui era impestato l'ambiente anche se scritto Struttura interamente non fumatori . La scarsa pulizia. Muri neri da pitturare. Arredamento molto old forse anni 50. Wifi pessimo non si riceve. Doccia da cambiare scrostata e sporca. Kit di cortesia bagno inesistenti, solo flaconi grandi utilizzati da decine di clienti. Illuminazione pessima con luce tipo lumini del cimitero. Colazione striminzita senza pane, niente succhi arancia solo brick tascabile alla pera. Trovato stesso dolce del giorno prima. Ricezione di solo canali Rai. Vista giardino teorica visto che giardino non c'è. La zanzariera non vista. Gel disinfettante solo all'esterno. Ci son 4 gradini per salire quindi credo che le persone disabili abbiano molta difficoltà ad entrare..

Positive: colazione buona mi anno permesso di portarmi via qualcosa per la fiera molto gentili. ero unico ospite e cosi il bagno era tutto per me. Consiglio che sia adatto per amici , Famiglie e per lavoro che non vogliono dividere la stanza ma il bagno si. Negazione: parcheggio esterno, stare attenti di non lasciare nel residenziale come ho fatto io.

Positiv: Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit seiner Schwester. Sehr schöne, ruhige aber trotzdem recht zentrale Lage..

Positive: Il signore con sua sorella, mi hanno accolto sin da subito con il sorriso. Sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili. Mi hanno dato anche una mappa della città ed hanno soddisfatto ogni mia minima richiesta. Lo consiglio vivamente!. Negazione: Nulla, mi è sembrato tutto perfetto!.

Positif: L'emplacement est superbe, la chambre très propre, la salle de bain très propre, tout était fourni. Le couplé d'hôte est joyeux et très aidant ! Je reviendrais avec plaisir ☺️. Négatif: La Climatisation aurait été un plus.

Positive: Colazione ricca e variegata (caffè, succo, acqua, frutta fresca, frutta a guscio, croissant, muffin, marmellata, miele, nutella, fette biscottate, biscotti). Posizione ottima: facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada senza passare per la ztl (e pagare la multa), in 10-15 minuti si raggiunge il centro, si trova accanto al parco della cittadella (chiuso la notte, ideale per passeggiate, sport, relax, spuntino e bibita fresca), quartiere tranquillo (in coppia abbiamo camminato tranquilli anche la sera però è abbastanza lontano dalle vie principali quindi consiglierei di essere in compagnia la sera), zona verde con poco/quasi nullo traffico. Parcheggio gratuito (bisogna selezionare l'esigenza del parcheggio con la richiesta).. Negazione: La stanza non è dotata di climatizzatore bensì di deumidificatore rendendo così la stanza troppo calda (periodo agosto). Il bagno non è in camera ma è accessibile dal corridoio (non si è capito se fosse solo per noi clienti perché causa covid le stanze prenotabile sono passate da 2 a 1. Nel caso di clienti in entrambe le stanze non so se il bagno sia a uso esclusivo di una stanza o di entrambe le stanze.) Problemi con la tv ma la rai si vedeva. Puzza di fumo nel corridoio per accedere alla stanza..

Positive: This Accommodation was a FAKE. The advertising on Booking.com was completely WRONG. This property throughout smelt link stale tobacco. Air Conditioning was a small portable unit. The bed spring load every time you turned over and uncomfortable. The Owner was Arrogant, Rude and Aggressive when we discussed our concerns. He didn’t want to know about. We paid the full price due to his aggressiveness & walk out the next morning. Booking.com didn’t handle the situation well either. 50% refund should have been returned. Don’t think we don’t know anything about accommodation. We have travelled a great deal through Italy, UK, France, New York, Ireland and Canada. We have stayed in various accommodation locations. Unfortunately this Specific Location in Parma was a total disappointment. I have a duty as a tourist to inform other Travellers about this POOR ACCOMMODATION CHOICE at B & B Cittadella.

Chambres anciennes mais bien entretenues, gérants sympathiques et attentionnés, excellents petits déjeuners, recommandés.

Pour la position dans laquelle il se trouve, cela pourrait être un lieu de conte de fées. En réalité il s'agit d'un appartement bi-familial dans lequel on a la perception de la misère. Sans parler du fait qu'aucune facture n'a été émise ni aucun document demandé... Le propriétaire qui fume le soir dans l'espace commun où se trouve la seule télévision de la structure vous fait vous sentir comme un invité (payant) dans la maison de quelqu'un d'autre.
