Positive: - exceptionally fast WiFi - very good hairdryer - big balcony - small fridge in room - friendly and helpful staff - laundry service ! - nicely located in a quite street in the city center - great AC.

Positive: Stanza molto carina e pulita. Anche il bagno, con finestra.. Negazione: La colazione in questo periodo di Covid è in realtà assente..

Positive: -Very nice location, city centre, restarurants, supermarkat, close to the beach -Everyday cleaning -Helpful staff eager to help and even come and pick you up to airport! - Interesting price - Parasol and chaises longues at the beach free of charge -Very nice beautiful beach. Negative: - Very old building and furnitures, kitchen not cosy - No appropriate breakfast -not enough food, need to go to a separate café for coffee,,, - Not enough of chaise longues at the beach even if the staff makes their best -Electricity cuts in the building (however, we were duly informed those).

Positive: The room was very clean and just what we needed, very good location and kitchen was perfect for a small breakfast before going to the beach.

Positive: The owner was very kind, helped us with all info we needed. Location is great, downtown, great acces to the beach (3 minutes walking). The place is clean. Breakfast was plenty and great. Also, coffe is very very good. We had a wonderful holiday..

Positive: The property is located in the center of Pescara so within a sec you can easily find shops,good restaurants and obviously amazing beach!What is more rooms are clean and beautifully decorated.When it comes to breakfast it was always fresh with various options like fresh fruits,milk,cereals,eggs,croissants or meaty toasts.There weren’t any problems with connection to wi-fi.To sum up our stay in New Your B&B everything was simply a 5 star service! Grazie!.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen, mitten in der Stadt und doch leise, schnell im gut sortierten Supermarkt, welcher in 2 Fußminuten erreichbar war. Strand in der Nähe.. Negativ: italienisches Frühstück ist Geschmackssache... das Brot war über dem Verfallsdatum..
