Prix ​​abordable et apparamentino bien entretenu et accueillant. Propriétaires très gentils. Le b&b est pénalisé en étant au troisième étage sans possibilité d'utiliser l'ascenseur. Mise à jour du 14 octobre 2022 : Je suis de retour et bonne surprise...... L'ascenseur a été installé !

Positive: Tutto.. Negazione: Non sapere che ci sarebbero stati 4 piani da fare a piedi non che per noi siano stati un problema anzi un bell'allenamento visto ciò che si mangia in zona ma forse per qualcuno potrebbe esserlo. Forse sarebbe più giusto farlo presente.

Negazione: Condizionatore rumoroso e non efficace.

Positiv: Sehr nettes B&B im Herzen Portici. Schöne Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail, nur zwei Zimmer. Ausreichende Größe und neuwertig. Nette Gastgeber, Hilfe bei Gepäck. Parkplatz im kleinen Innenhof auf Wunsch (auf der Straße wirds eng).. Negativ: Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon nach vorn (Meerblick) liegt direkt an der Straße, dadurch ist es sehr laut, selbst nachts (Fenster geschlossen dämmt etwas). B&B liegt im 3.OG ohne Fahrstuhl, man bekommt aber Hilfe beim Koffer tragen Frühstück aufgrund Virus nicht im B&B, sondern Café gegenüber (nur Croissant und Kaffee).

Positive: Struttura luminosa, pulitissima, rinnovata negli ambienti abitatiti e bagno, in posizione centralissima, al piano di un palazzo storico e vicinissima alla stazione Fs ed a tutti i servizi Vista mare eccezionale e panorama della città dalla terrazza superiore. Titolari giovani e molto simpatici, accoglienti e molto disponibili anche nella ricerca di taxi per visita a Napoli. Parcheggio nella struttura. Il B&B è vicinissimo agli scavi di Ercolano e Pompei, comodissimo a varie strutture di pub e ristoranti . Struttura vicina alla spiaggia, al porto per l'imbarco per le isole di Capri e Ischia ed a qualche minuto di auto anche al porto di Napoli. Consigliabilissimo. Negazione: non c'è l'ascensore.

Positive: Ottima posizione, struttura molto graziosa e confortevole terrazza favolosa!!!! La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff ci siamo trovati benissimo torneremo sicuramente.

Endroit parfait, propre, avec tout le confort, y compris la salle de bain dans la chambre.Vue magnifique sur la mer. Gestionnaires précis et sérieux.

Positive: Ottima posizione, arredamento carino e materasso comodo, gestori gentili e disponibili. Negazione: Le scale sono ripide.

Positiv: Sehr schöne Zimmer mit liebevollen Details geschmückt, sehr sauber und total netten Vermietern. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, wurde uns sogar das Parken im Innenhof gewährt. Der Ausblick war sensationell zur Meeresseite. Aufgrund von Corona durfte leider kein Frühstück serviert werden, dafür gab es aber einen Gutschein für ein tolles kleines Café direkt gegenüber. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und demnächst soll sogar noch eine Dachterrasse fertig werden. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt..

La structure est impeccable, lumineuse, meublée avec beaucoup de goût, je le recommande vivement ! Les propriétaires sont un jeune couple, ils étaient super serviables, sympathiques, nous avons passé une partie de la soirée à discuter et il semblait que nous les connaissions depuis toujours ! Je reviendrai certainement les visiter! Marquez 10 sur tout!

Environnement propre et calme, personnel sympathique et serviable, ils ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. Je le recommande absolument.

Positive: Its a nice conversion in an old villa (typical of this area, everything is centered around a central courtyard), building work still on-going although that did not affect us. The accommodation is really a mini apartment, with 3 rooms (bedroom, separate kitchenette/sofa bed and bathroom), clean and bright. Outside the apartment is a small communal area where I think breakfast is served if there are enough people staying (looks like there were 2 other rooms). In our case, we were alone and were given a voucher for a coffee and brioche in the bar across the road, for breakfast. Not the best coffee or brioche, to be honest. However, we were also invited to use the coffee machine and take a snack from the communal area, which was a nice touch. There was juice in the mini-fridge. Young girl who met us was very pleasant, we think she was one of the owners.. Negative: This is 7 flights of stairs up, so be aware if you have any health issues. Parking space is only enough for one car (plus the owners), and parking in this area is notoriously difficult, so if you are coming by car it might be best to check with owners first that the space is free. This was sold as "sea view with balcony" - infact there is no sea view and the balcony is in name only, you cant really sit out on it, nor would you really want to. The B&B would benefit from an information folder to give some details of local restaurants, bars etc - the pizza place that was recommended to us was shut (Sunday evening) and we ended up in the pub next door and had probably the worst meal in a long time (still frozen vegan burger, no potatoes with husband's meat that they basically said we were lying about as the chef told the owner he had included the potatoes!!!!!). This was a real shame because the next morning, we saw that had we walked a short distance in a different direction we would have found restaurants (of course we should have googled it, but we relied on the owner's suggestion, thinking she would know more!)..

Positive: Danilo and Giovanni are very friendly and they speak English. The flat is clean and brightly furnished. Big and lovely rooms. Amazing view to the port, sea and Capri. Parking is possible inside the B&B. We recommend this B&B for your stay in Portici!.

Положительный: Хорошая просторная квартира, чисто, из окна видно Везувий. Чайник, тостер, кофемашина. Есть кухня, если кому-то захочется готовить :) Каждый день уборка. Отличное расположение: недалеко две станции, откуда можно доехать до Неаполя, Сорренто, Салермо, Помпей. За доп плату можно организовать трансфер из/в аэропорт. Дали много ценных советов, как добраться до разных достопримечательностей.. Негативный: Скорость интернета не очень..

Chambre spacieuse, propre, lumineuse, vraiment élégante et agréable à regarder. De plus, la vue que l'on peut apprécier depuis le balcon qui se trouve directement dans la chambre est spectaculaire. Les produits du petit déjeuner sont tous d'excellente qualité et en grande quantité. C'est merveilleux de pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner dans sa chambre face à la mer. Les deux gars qui nous ont accueillis étaient gentils, serviables et nous ont également donné des conseils sur les endroits où dîner. On reviendra certainement.

Positief: De mensen wonen naast de B&B en zijn heel behulpzaam. We kwamen de uitbaters s’morgens nog tegen in een ontbijtbar en ze nodigden ons spontaan uit voor een koffie. Ook de parking binnen is een groot voordeel hoewel parkeren op de straat ook geen probleem is.De kamers zijn goed ingericht en mooi afgewerkt. Zeker een aanrader!.

Положительный: Отличный прием, как друзей! Завтрак кофе с круассаном и печеньками был очень мил (молоко и хлопья не хотелось). Светлая и уютная квартира на третьем этаже (крутая лестница подкачала наши ноги :) ). Рядом улица-рынок с лавкой где можно купить устриц! До пляжа минут 10-15 но он бесплатный и главное с душем! Парковка оплачивается отдельно, но зато голова не болит где припарковаться!. Негативный: К квартире нет претензий, как нет претензий и к владельцам. Все было отлично!.

Positif: Propriétaire très sympathique.

Positive: The room has a gorgeous view!!. Negative: The breakfast. One coffee and one croissant is not enough 😀 The quality is good!.

Pozytywna: Lokalizacja świetna: Neapol, wulkan Wezuwiusz i Pompeje. Bezpieczny parking. Przyjazny dla zwierząt, czysto. Dziękujemy. Negatywna: Śniadania: śniadanie w cenie, np. płatki ale bez mleka 😉, może lepiej nie pisać, że są śniadania, a gość bardziej ucieszy się z poczęstunku..

Immeuble très agréable et bien entretenu. Personnel très propre, très sympathique et serviable. Belle vue. Hautement recommandé

Positief: Er was wat verwarring waar we het ontbijt konden nuttigen. Het was niet in het gebouw zelf zoals vermeld op de website. Na een paar telefoons met de eigenaars werd alles duidelijk. Het was aan de overkant van het gebouw.. Negatief: de elektriciteit: paar keer zonder elektriciteit gezeten, we konden de oven niet gebruiken en durfden daarna zeker de kookplaat niet gebruiken. Zelf het probleem moeten oplossen. De hoofdschakelaar van het gebouw (3 verdiepingen lager!) was uitgevallen. De eigenaar gecontacteerd en vertelde dat we teveel toestellen gebruikten maar we waren een ganse dag op uitstap geweest!.

Positif: L'équipement de l'appartement, la vue , la proximité pour visiter les sites touristiques. Négatif: le matelas pas super confortable.

Positif: Superbe vue sur la mer après avoir grimpé 3 étages..

Positif: L'accueil était très parfait. Les équipements, la vue mer,la décoration, espace,le parking dans la cour intérieure..

Positiva: La cama era cómoda y la estancia muy amplia y bien decorada, pero un poco fria. Parking dentro.. Negativa: El desayuno no pudimos tomarlo en el sitio sino en un cafetería enfrente, y sólo había café y bollos. Había que subir cuatro pisos a pie..

חיובי: הבית היה מעוצב עד הפריט האחרון. הבית היה נקי, ארוחת בוקר מפנקת הוגשה בהמון איכפתיות. מרים ודניאל דאגו לכל מה שצריך על מנת שהשהות שלנו תהייה מושלמת. אם אגיע לאזור שוב זה יהיה המקום שאבחר להתארח בו.

Pozytywna: Nowo wyremontowane pokoje z łazienkami, bardzo czysto, miła obsługa. Jedyny minus to dość ruchliwa i zakorkowana ulica przy której położony jest budynek. Ogólnie polecam dla osób chcących zwiedzić tę stronę okolic Neapolu.

Magnifique... Chambre Capri... On voit vraiment la promenade sur la terrasse

Pozytywna: Nowy, czysty, przestronny i stylowy apartament. Dobre śniadanie i udogodnienia. Możliwość parkowania na terenie (7EUR) Przedmieścia Neapolu w kierunku Pompei, Wybrzeża Amalfii i Wezuwiusza. Negatywna: Wysokie, trzecie piętro bez windy..

Positiv: Bra frukost. Serviceminded trevlig personal. Fräsch och bra lägenhet med kokmöjligheter, stort rum och havsutsikt.. Negativ: Många och jobbiga trappor ( hiss saknades).

Positief: Mooi gerenoveerde ruime kamer. Goede uitvalsbasis om Pompeï, Herculanum en de Vesuvius te bezoeken, maar in Portici is niets te beleven. Vriendelijk onthaal.. Negatief: De B&B ligt op de bovenste (3de) verdieping van een mooi oud herenhuis in één van de drukste straten van Portici. Het straatlawaai wordt wel wat gedempt wanneer de ramen dicht zijn, maar blijft wel aanwezig. Voor wie de klim naar de kamer met 78 treden (geen lift) geen probleem is heb je een uitzicht over de zee. Het ontbijt is verschrikkelijk. Alles is voorverpakt, dus niets vers. Nochtans is er rechtover de deur een bakkerijtje..

Positief: Mooie,schone en zeer ruime kamer. Goed gelegen t.o.v. openbaar vervoer naar Napels en Sorrento. Negatief: Geen problemen,zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenares en eigenaar.

Les propriétaires sont très professionnels, polis et sympathiques. La propriété est neuve, belle, propre et accueillante. Une belle expérience. Merci pour votre hospitalité.

Positief: Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, ontbijt voldoende, kamers ruim en schoon, goede wifi. Centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes naar Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculeum, Napels, Sorrento.. Negatief: Ligt niet pal aan strand. Zee is op loopafstand, maar van strandfaciliteiten kun je geen gebruik maken (grote keien). B & B / appartementen liggen op 3e verdieping (geen lift). Drukke doorgaande weg..

Nous étions invités du b & b pendant une semaine. L'impression que nous avions à notre arrivée s'est également confirmée les jours suivants. Cadre très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Miriam, la fille qui nous a accueillis était fantastique, toujours disponible et prête à nous conseiller tout ce que nous lui demandions.

Bel endroit, très bien géré.Excellent emplacement!
