Positive: La colazione offerta dalla signora Maria soddisfa tutti i palati tanto che lei ci ha domandato la sera prima quali fossero i nostri gusti per la colazione. Quindi posso affermare che è pronta a soddisfare ogni vostra esigenza, pronta ad accontentare ogni vostro gusto. Annoto che al check-in la prima cosa che ha fatto è stato di offrirci un caffè ed un succo di frutta. La posizione del b&b, invece, è comodissima. A 2 passi(contati) dalla circumvesuviana di portici bellavista e dal filobus che arrivò sino alla stazione di Napoli centrale (praticamente difronte il condominio del b&b). In zona si trovano anche dei bei ristorantini dove cenare la sera(consigliato il ristorante "La tradizione"). Per la signora Maria dovrei star qui a scrivere tanto perché è una persona squisita e cordialissima che è pronta a rispettare e coccolare il cliente in tutte le maniere. Per le camere invece non vi è nulla da dire, sembra di stare in delle camere patronali con una tranquillità ed una vista impeccabile sul vesuvio e sul golfo di Napoli (camera con terrazzo). Molto romantiche per chi ha il desiderio di rilassarsi e passare una notte d'amore e di relax con il partner.. Negazione: L'unica pecca davvero se voglio esser pignolo è la piccola quota di polvere che abbiamo trovato in camera sui comodini, ma davvero ritengo di esser pignolo,però per una persona allergica potrebbe essere alquanto fastidioso. Ma se lo fate presente alla signora Maria lei provvederà subito alla pulizia ne sono certo..

Positive: Tutto bene, bella posizione e la struttura ottima anche se un po' spartana. Punto di forza l'host molto gentile.

Positif: L'appartement est très bien placé dans une banlieue calme de Naples, à proximité de deux stations de Métro. La vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment incroyable. Maria fait tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous et elle connaît très bien les endroits à visiter..

Positive: La signora Maria è gentilissima,accogliente e sorridente. Appartamento fantastico,spazioso e soprattutto areato. Terrazza fantastica vista golfo di Napoli. Consigliatissimo,per sentirsi come a casa,se non meglio 😀.

Bed & Breakfast à quelques pas de l'arrêt Vesuviana, situé dans un quartier central mais calme. La particularité de l'endroit est la vue magnifique qui embrasse la mer et le Vésuve, ainsi que la gentillesse du propriétaire. Les chambres sont grandes et modernes, le petit déjeuner copieux.

Положительный: Мы оставались в этом отеле на 3 ночи.Впечатление от посещения-восторг👍🏻Отличная транспортная развязка.Удобно добираться до Помпеи,Сорренто и Неаполя от станции метро,которая находиться в 5-7 минутах от отеля. В номере было чисто,кровать максимально комфортабельная,подушки,одеяла,простыни-все как новое.Такое редко встретишь!В цену номера был включён вкусный разнообразный завтрак с круасанами,печеньем,тостами,джемом,нутеллой.Вообщем это был восхитительный сытный завтрак,после которого не хотелось есть ещё полдня👍🏻Хозяйка Мария очень душевный и добрый человек,подскажет куда съездить,как добраться.Дополняет всю эту прекрасную картину живописный вид,открывающийся с террасы на море и Везувий.Однозначно рекомендую👌.

Negazione: Posto molto carino e signora squisita e simpatica. Per non parlare della vista poi. Ottimo!.

Positive: Apartment is on top floor of a 5 story house. The room was absolutely clean. I loved that huge balcony from which you can see the city and Vesuvio. Maria is the greatest host we have ever met! She is trying her best to make your stay unforgettable. Advice on where to have the best pizza? Maria knows it. Need some cozy place to stay in your next city? Maria will tell you. Looking for some special place to have local food in any place in Italy? Ask Maria and she will give all the restaurants names!. Negative: No air conditioner.

Positive: Struttura accogliente, bellissimo panorama sul golfo di Napoli e sul Vesuvio . La proprietaria ci ha fatti sentire a casa nostra con la sua accoglienza e la sua disponibilità , sempre pronta a consigliare dove andare e in zona e cosa visitare.Buona colazione continentale. Molto ben collegato alla stazione di Napoli (filobus 254 o Circumvesuviana). Locali per pranzo/cena nei dintorni. Parcheggio a pagamento in loco , visto il periodo estivo trovato parcheggio sulle strisce blu appena fuori dalla B&B .. Negazione: niente.

Pozytywna: 1. Śniadanie 2. Widok z balkonu 3. Dostępne żelazko 4. Gościnna gospodyni, która nie żałowała nam wody do picia. Negatywna: 1. Brak klimy. W nocy było mega gorąco, przez co nie mogliśmy dobrze spać 2. Jeśli rozważasz zwiedzanie Neapolu do późna, to pamiętaj, że ostatni pociąg do Portici wyrusza o 23h (a autobus pewnie o 21h). My niestety się spóźniliśmy na ostatni pociąg i musieliśmy wybulić na taksówkę z Neapolu do Portici 30€.

Positive: Very nice host, nicely accommodated room.Breakfast was very good. Our room was with the nice terrace and view.. Negative: Our room was with a terrace near the noisy street. And as it was very hot,so air conditionaire would have been very good.

Positiv: Maria ist wie eine Fee. In der Früh ist das Frühstück liebevoll vorbereitet, das Brot wird erst frisch getoastet, wenn man aus den Federn ist. Sie gibt tolle Tips für Lokale oder must-sees in Neapel und der Umgebung und ist auch in allen Dingen hilfreich. Sie hat Humor und weiss Geschichten zu erzählen, wenn man sie danach fragt. Ansonsten ist Signora Maria ausnehmend dezent und zieht sich meist bald in ihren Teil der weitläufigen Wohnung zurück. Dann "gehört" einem auch der Salon und die Küche. Wir kamen zu sechst und hatten alle 3 Doppelzimmer gemietet, ein 7. Bett hätte es auch noch gegeben. Die Zimmer sind hell und sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und angenehm reduziert möbliert, die Doppel-Betten bequem mit guten Matratzen. Das Badezimmer sehr geräumig und mit einer tollen "Regendusche" ausgestattet. Das Panorama von den verschiedenen Terrassen ist atemberaubend über die ganze Bucht von Neapel, hin nach Capri und zum Vesuv. Nachts sassen wir stets lange mit einem Glas Rotwein und genossen die Lichter der Stadt. Der Bus nach Neapel fährt auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite, etwas rascher ist man mit der Bahn (Circumvesuviano) in Neapel. (ca 15 min bis Stazione Garibaldi). Der Bahnhof liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, von dort geht es auch nach Pompeij (ca 20 min) bzw auch nach Sorrento. (ca 45 min). Nach Herkulaneum/Ercolano kann man von der Wohnung aus auch in ca 30 min zu Fuss gehen. Ebenfalls von Portici aus, geht auch die Strasse auf den Vesuv. Das mussten wir aber leider wegen Regen auslassen, also kommen wir sicher bald wieder – und wir wissen schon, dass wir dann sicher wieder hier bei Maria wohnen wollen ! Maria hat auch einen günstigen Taxikontakt, am besten gleich vorher mit ihr ausmachen, dann holt Taxifahrer euch gleich vom Flughafen ab !.

Pozitiv: Locația excelentă, amabilitatea gazdei. Camere spațioase cu vedere spre Capri sau Vesuvius.. Negativ: Din prezentare nu reiese baia comună. Același mic dejun minimal și monoton pe toată durata sejurului..

Negativo: Relação preço-qualidade (quarto sem casa de banho privativa).

Positief: De kamer was groot en de badkamer ( gedeeld) was heel netjes. Negatief: Matras was slecht, we hebben erg slecht geslapen maar dat was ook omdat de kamer zo warm was..

Positif: L'amabilité de la propriétaire, la propreté, la qualité de la chambre et de la vue sur la ville. Le wifi fonctionne bien et pour ma part le petit-déjeuné suffisant.. Négatif: Il devrait être mentionné que les wc-douches sont partagés, que la chambre se trouve au 5e (pour personne en difficulté si l'ascenseur faisait des siennes).

Positiv: Die sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeberin Signora Maria hat einige Zimmer ihrer Wohnung zu Gästezimmern umgebaut und lebt dort mit den Gästen. Sie teilt gerne gute Reise- und Sehenswürdigkeiten-Tipps und steht auch sonst bei Fragen stehts bereit. Die Aussicht aus dem fünften Stock ist atemberaubend - sowohl der Vesuv als auch das nahe Neapel sind zu sehen. Das leckere Frühstück wird von Maria im Wohnzimmer serviert wo sie ihre Gäste laufend mit ausgezeichnetem Kaffee versorgt.. Negativ: - Die Parksituation in der Nähe ist nicht optimal. Jeder Parkplatz kostet und eigene Parkgelegenheiten bietet die Unterkunft nicht. - Die Gäste aus den drei Gästezimmern teilen sich ein Bad. - Manche Steckdosen (vor allem jene kompatibel mit europäischen Steckern) haben nicht funktioniert..

Positif: Oui, fabuleux... l’emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare, et l’arrêt de bus en face de l’immeuble. Maria est très disponible, agréable et chaleureuse. La chambre spacieuse, toute blanche est vraiment grande, elle donne sur une terrasse où la vue est fantastique, la baie de Naples à gauche et le Vésuve à droite.... Allez-y les yeux fermés.....

Positif: Gentillesse de notre hôte Proximité d’Herculanum et du Vésuve La vue incroyable depuis le balcon (toute la baie de Naples et le Vésuve). Négatif: Rien, tout était parfait.

Super accueil, super emplacement. Salle de bain et chambre nettoyées tous les jours. Mme. Mme Maria est incroyablement disponible, toujours prête à vous aider. Un B&B dans lequel je reviendrai à coup sûr.

Excellente structure, bien entretenue et très jolie .. gentil propriétaire disponible ... recommandé
