B&B Il Fenicottero

B & b utilisé au premier étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur. Grande chambre avec balcon vue mer. Pratique pour rejoindre les plages à l'est de Quartu Sant'Elena. Parking public devant l'entrée de l'immeuble. Petit déjeuner inclus au bar à cinquante mètres. Recommandé.

J'ai passé un très bon moment, chambre propre, j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait une bouilloire pour se faire un thé, mais dans l'ensemble ça va.

Chambre pas très grande mais confortable, salle de bain récemment rénovée, très agréable et spacieuse. Lit confortable, petite terrasse avec table et chaises et corde à linge. Recommander !!

Propreté chambre 10 / une chambre confortable / un bon emplacement et à proximité de tous les services (supermarchés, pharmacie, bars, marchands de journaux, restaurants .....)

Discret dans un quartier non loin de la mer, mais trop près d'un étang. Loin des centres-villes

Je recommande vivement cette chambre d'hôtes. Excellente chambre, propre, confortable et proche de la plage de Poetto. Le stationnement est gratuit devant l'établissement. La chambre est également équipée d'un petit minibar, d'une télévision et de la climatisation. La douche est grande et la salle de bain est bien entretenue. La vue depuis le balcon, sur lequel sont également positionnés le séchoir, une table et deux chaises, est très belle. A quelques minutes se trouve le supermarché Superpan.

Positive: Vista, pulizia e cordialità.. Negazione: Nulla.

Positif: Chambre propre et confortable. Négatif: Route très bruyante pas possible de rester sur le balcon. Pas de petit déjeuner ni de possibilités de se le faire.

Positive: The owner is very nice and always available for any questions.. Negative: The bar stuff where the breakfeast should be taken was not very nice..

Positive: Camera molto bella,posizione ottima,ottimo qualità prezzo.

Positive: The room is of a good size, with a small but useable balcony. You are greeted by Roberto who is very nice. It's a 2-minute drive to the nearest beach, which is a really nice big beach.. Negative: Breakfast is basic and you have to go to the local cafe to get it (which in itself isn't too bad) but all you get is a pastry and a drink, either a coffee or some juice. Don't expect a full breakfast option..

Positive: La disponibilità dell'host, la posizione della struttura e l'accoglienza dei cani. Inoltre la camera è provvista di ampio balcone..

Positive: Personale solare e disponibile, la struttura è in un ottimo punto, nelle vicinanze hai tutto ciò che ti serve. Il mio cagnolino ha apprezzato sia la stanza che il grande giardino davanti alla struttura ☺️. Negazione: Mah, nulla.

Positive: The young couple who managed Il Fenicottero (Eleanor and Roberto) were super helpful and spoke great English. We communicated by Whatsapp upon our arrival and they directed us to get the local bus (line PF) from the bus station (next to Cagliari train station) to the hotel. (The bus was around €1.60 .Taxis wanted €25 for the 20 min journey!) The room & big bathroom were clean and the air con was great. We had a triple room and my double bed was super comfy. There was a nice balcony with a view of the lagoons that separate the hotel from the beach. We walked 20 mins around the lagoon to the beach which was the quieter end of the (super long) main Poetta beach and then walked up the promenade towards Cagliari main town and ate at a great beach side restaurant called Lido Mediterraneo Restaurant Pizzeria. (Amazing local cuisine of Malloreddus & Culurgiones and a nice English speaking waiter) Directly behind Il Fenicottero there were some restaurants which we definitely would've tried if we stayed longer. We were given a meal token to get breakfast at a little cafe behind the hotel but as were in a hurry we got coffee and a pastry to take away.. Negative: Nothing. Remember to wear mosquito repellent as got a few bites walking by the lagoon.

Positiv: Sehr sauberes Zimmer und freundliche Vermieterin. In guter Distanz zu Cagliari gelegen.. Negativ: Strandlage mit Meeresblick ist etwas optimistisch ausgedrückt😄.

Positive: È abbastanza pulito. Il balcone è ampio, la camera è confortevole. La zona è silenziosa e vicina ad un supermercato.. Negazione: Il frigorifero fa troppo rumore e non si riesce a dormire. Non c'è tapparella e le tende non sono abbastanza spesse da oscurare la stanza. Non cambiano le asciugamani tra un giorno e l'altro. Non è vero che c'è vista mare e il parcheggio gratuito non è privato. Non ci sono informazioni sul wifi..

Je le recommande à tout le monde. Propreté 10. Chambres 10. Courtoisie 10. A quelques minutes de la mer. Je viens depuis 4 ans et je continuerai à venir

Positive: Very good location. It is convenient to drive. Close to the mall. Clean room and WC. Balcony with view .... Negative: Nobody speaks English at breakfast bar....

Excellent B&B. Chambres confortables, belles et bien entretenues. Situé derrière le poète. Pour revenir quand vous allez à Cagliari

Positive: - BnB is next to a lake/pond where flamingos (fenicottero) can be seen - 15 min drive to Cagliari - not far from the sea - good location for one night (if you can handle the smell). Negative: - there was a strong smell of smoke - the host asked us to cancel the booking (@booking.com) after we paid and offered us a free breakfast instead for the inconvenience of the smell, which was weird..

Bel endroit pour se ressourcer à 2 pas de la mer. Près du b&b vous avez tous les services : Hyperpan Pizzérias Restaurants Les chambres sont vraiment belles et confortables. Félicitations nous reviendrons bientôt.

excellent est un euphémisme .. point de référence indiscutable .. à y retourner sans aucun doute ..

Excellent emplacement avec une belle vue sur le Poetto. Personnel amical et serviable.

La chambre est très confortable avec un joli balcon où l'on peut voir le poète non loin de là !!! La salle de bain est également confortable et grande !!! Je voudrais y rester encore !!

Optimal

La position des fenêtres devant les salines offre un spectacle pour la vue, une excellente alternative "nature" au béton habituel des constructions. La position par rapport aux routes est pratique car en quelques minutes vous êtes immédiatement sur les routes principales pour rejoindre Cagliari, Villasimius et les destinations touristiques les plus proches. Le propriétaire Katiuscia a toujours été gentil et disponible pour toute demande, je suis resté 3 nuits à un prix tout simplement stupéfiant. Au cas où j'aurais encore besoin d'une chambre dans le coin, j'irai sans aucun doute au "flamingo". Merci!
