  Positive: La villa è spaziosa, ha un bel giardino con barbecue e biliardino, parcheggio privato. Proprietari gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi informazione. La posizione è comoda per visitare il sud della Sardegna e per raggiungere Cagliari..

  Positive: Casa grande, condizionatori in ogni stanza, la persona che ci ha accolto è stata gentile e puntuale. Consigliato.. Negazione: Purtroppo il mare vicino alla casa non è dei migliori. Trovo inutile dover pagare a parte il consumo elettrico che è una cifra irrisoria rispetto all'affitto. Tanto vale aggiungere 2 euro al giorno alla tariffa e non chiedere altri soldi..

  Positief: Compleetheid van het appartement. En het contact met Roberta.. Negatief: Geen horren voor de ramen waardoor er elke avond wat muggen binnen zaten..

  Positive: Very comfy , cozy appartment with big terrace and green garden, equipment for private barbecue, special thanks for pleasant Roberta. Negative: We didn't like 1-2 mosquitos and we missed big coffee cups.

  Positive: Liked everything! excellent location, very large beautiful area, a lot of plants. Great host! There is a barbecue area, outdoor shower, a whole set for cooking. Very quiet and comfortable place to stay. I recommend!.

  Positive: Ottima struttura, lodevole il servizio. A due passi dalla spiaggia. Luogo tranquillo.. Negazione: Se pensiamo che la struttura raccoglie ogni tipo di utenza, alcune cose andrebbero prese con beneficio d'inventario e ci vorrebbe troppo tempo per verificarne lo stato di fatto. Qualche piccolo accorgimento sulla gestione delle utenze andrebbe verificata in anticipo ma non incide sul periodo di occupazione dell'appartamento..

  Положительный: Прекрасный дом, с двумя выходами, тишина и чистота. Негативный: Немного беспокоила звукоизоляция( было слышно соседей на втором этаже)... но это никак не отразилось на моем отдыхе.

  Positiv: Sehr nette Begrüßung. Flexible Abreise. Gute lokale Informationen. Korrekte Endabrechnung. Alles in allem können wir es guten Gewissens empfehlen.. Negativ: Es gibt keine Teekanne. Es geht aber auch ohne. Kein Problem..

  Positiv: Die Lage und die Erreichbarkeit von tollen Stränden. Supermarkt in der Nähe.. Negativ: Das die Küche, was Teller, Besteck und Kochutensilien betrifft, schlecht für eine Großfamilie ausgestattet war. Ich empfehle daher bei Ikea eine ordentliche Grundausstattung zu kaufen. Die Fenster könnten mit Mückennetzen ausgestattet sein..

  Positive: Great location to visit south, west, east coast of Sardinia, perfect access to everything you need during your holiday (400m to the beach, 600m to the supermarkt, 20 minutes to Cagliari centre by car). The equipement of the house was enough. The kitchen well equipped, washing machine, WIFI ok. Fantastic backyard with a grill, a few resting places (sofas, sunbeds), showers and great toy house where kids spend long hours :) Very very good and nice contact with Roberta. Negative: We spent there our holiday in the middle of May and the weather was not good - cool and windy. These days the climate was a bit unpleasant inside the house, no possiblility to make it warmer. It was also quite dark..

  Positief: Ruimte, aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw. Veel ruimte in het appartement.. Negatief: De omgeving leek verlaten. Was niet zo. Slecht onderhoud aan de wegen in de omgeving. Gehorig huis. We hoorden de benedenburen voortdurend (en zij ons vast ook).

  Pozytywna: Polecam pobyt w Villa Sardynia. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Sardynii. Apartament bardzo blisko morza, wyposażony we wszytskie niezbędne sprzęty potrzebne podczas pobytu. Bardzo miła Właścicielka..

  Positif: Accueil chaleureux , logement spacieux et confortable , calme et très proche de la plage. Négatif: le système de consommation d électricité que je n ai pas compris ( barrière de le langue ?).
