  Très bel appartement avec une belle vue sur le lac : bien équipé (cuisine/climatisation). L'appartement donne accès à une plage privée à quelques minutes à pied. Embarcadère proche mais attention : il y a peu de bateaux et correspondance nécessaire pour aller en direction de Colico (Bellagio/Tremezzo). Pas de commerces proches.

  Positiivinen: Mahtava majoittaja-loistava asiakaspalvelu! Hyvä sänky ja tyynyt. Negatiivinen: Huoneistossa oli hyvin kostea ilma ja muista huoneistoista kuului välillä hyvinkin kovaäänistä melua..

  Positiv: Wir können uns unseren Vorgängern nur anschliesen. Es ist alles von den Fotos bis zur Beschreibung von Appartement und Umgebung genau so, wie in Booking com angegeben. Der Blick direkt vom Bett auf die Berge und den See waren einfach großartig. Auch die Terasse mit Seeblick und bequemen Liegestühlen ist herrlich. Und die Gastfreundschaft von Alessandra ist hoch zu loben. Wir haben schon viele Gastgeber erlebt, aber eine so freundliche Gastgeberin stets um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht, hatten wie noch nie. Deshalb auf diesem Weg nochmals ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an dich Alessandra!.

  Положительный: Очень уютный и симпатичный номер . Много разных интересных штучек для украшения интерьера. Хозяйка позаботилась о перекусе гостей при заезде ( холодильник оказался не пустым😉). В целом самые приятные впечатления от отеля и отдыха!!!.

  Positiv: Man kann über steinige Treppen oder den längeren Autoweg zum Strand runter. Dieser ist sehr gepflegt mit freundlichen Personal. Gastgeberin hat auf die Frage wo wir unsere Strandtücher aufhängen können, sofort 2 wäscheständer gekauft. Wir waren rundum zufrieden..

  Positive: The apartment has a great view, it's exactly the size for a couple and even has cooking equipment if you wish to cook. Everything is in top condition, the host is very attentive and answered every question we had immdiatly.. Negative: The place is amazing, but as the ad said, the roads are little narrow and the driving is not easy. Other than that, everything was amazing.

  Положительный: Очень уютные чистые и милые апартаменты, с красивым видом. Можно ездить из Комо на автобусе, остановка недалеко. Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле и прогулки по окрестностям.. Негативный: Все супер! Только не хватало чайника (но это частая проблема в Италии, где пьют в основном кофе). Приходилось кипятить воду для чая в кастрюле :).

  Positiv: Das Apartment ist super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Hinzu hatten wir eine traumhafte Aussicht. Unfassbar schön! Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man so zum Kochen und ect. benötigt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und unheimlich hilfsbereit! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert!.

  Положительный: Очень понравилось! В номере есть все необходимое. Уютная атмосфера, превосходный вид на горы и озеро. Удобная система чекина и чекаута. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая и гостеприимная. Отель находиться в красивом, типичном итальянском доме среди превосходной природы. Если у вас нет машины, вы можете легко добраться на автобусе, дом находиться в 4 минутах от остановки..

  Positive: Appartamento accogliente e confortevole, self check-in funzionale, piano cucina attrezzato ed efficiente, ottima vista lago e montagne, parcheggio comodo, proprietaria cordiale e disponibile, 100% sodisfatti, assolutamente tutto al di sopra delle aspettative, consigliatissimo per coppie e per chi ama tranquillità e natura.

  Positive: We had an amazing time in this apartment. The host was very attentive and kept in touch with us during all the stay. The apartment is small but very cozy and authentic. We booked the mountain view apartment, but could see the lake through side windows as well. There is a small kitchen and all needed equipment. Breakfast goody basket was more than we could expected. We are very happy that we found this apartment for our stay in Como..

  Pozytywna: Super widok, super jezioro. Negatywna: Nigdy nie zaznałem tak nie wygodnego łóżka, poduszki stare i zużyte - jakby ich nie było, tak zbite i płaskie. Z skrzyni łóżka śmierdziało i to bardzo. Ogólnie w pokoju utrzymywał się dziwny zapach, ciężko było wytrzymać przy zamkniętych oknach. Straszny hałas z ulicy, od rana budził hałas samochodów..

  Positief: Het was een prachtig mooi en schoon appartement. Via de trappen bereik je het meer en de gezellige strandbar. Allesandra is een super gastvrouw. Ze is snel bereikbaar, indien nodig. De bedden en de slaapbank sliepen heerlijk. De parkeerplaats was super geregeld. Absoluut een aanrader!. Negatief: Eigenlijk niks......

  Positive: Close to the lake; Very friendly host; Lido, Beach ‘Finestre sul Lago’ is nice and cosy; Close to the Cities Bellagio en Como; Airco in apparent works good! Appt. is small for 2 adults + 2 kids, but it works for a few days and everything you need is there; Nice terras with view on the lake.. Negative: Appartment is next to the main road, not so idyllic; Our room was above the street, so lots of traffic noise; Distance to Beach is not far, but you have to take many stairs, because appt is up the mountain.....
