Super B&B. Leonardo, le propriétaire, est très serviable et accueillant. La chambre était propre et offre tout le confort. Il dispose de la climatisation, du Wi-Fi, d'un mini-réfrigérateur. Il y a aussi une belle terrasse où vous pourrez vous détendre. je vous conseille

Le séjour a été plus qu'agréable ; la chambre dans laquelle vous allez séjourner est présentée comme accueillante et complète avec toutes les options. Quant au propriétaire de la structure, je ne peux m'empêcher de parler de lui de manière flatteuse : en plus d'être une personne très polie, en effet, il fera toujours de son mieux pour satisfaire vos demandes. Un jour ou l'autre, si je devais m'arrêter encore quelques jours à Rome, je ne pourrais que retourner dans ce B&B.

Positive: la posizione ed il bagno comodo, la pulizia. Negazione: la colazione, non hai la possibilità di avere un caffè' espresso se non andando al bar con un buono messo a disposizione il letto non è molto comodo essendo un divano letto.

Positive: I have no complaints with the accommodation itself - it's comfortable, extremely clean, enough room space. However, the location is a bit far from the city center, and transportation system (tram and subway) were at times unreliable. If you're staying for a short period of time in Rome and wants to maximize your stay, I suggest look somewhere near the center, but if you have enough time and wants a relaxing type of visit / travel, this might be ideal for you.. Positiva: El dueño excelente, se nos demoró el vuelo y nos espero hasta tarde, y nos ayudó con varios temas. Excelente limpieza.. Negativa: La cama no era muy cómoda. Si bien tiene bus cerca, queda lejos de toda la zona céntrica si tu idea es visitar roma.

Positiva: Tuvimos que hacer check in tardío debido a un retraso en el vuelo y el anfitrión, Leonardo, nos dio todas las facilidades para acomodarnos a pesar de no estar previsto. La habitación es tal y como aparece en las fotos de Booking. Limpia, con bonitos detalles y un baño privado nuevo y con todo lo que necesitas. El barrio está un poco a la periferia, pero eso lo sabíamos y no es problema, está bien comunicado en metro y se llega en breve al centro, también podéis utilizar el tranvía. Hay variedad de comercios donde comprarte la cena para llevar (pizza al corte,por ejemplo) así como restaurantes con comida tradicional. Recomendamos relajarse en la terraza, donde también podéis tomar el desayuno (nosotras hemos ido en septiembre). Te da la oportunidad de conocer más la vida local de Roma. Recalcar la amabilidad de Leonardo, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar!. Negativa: No podríamos decir nada malo..

Положительный: Дружелюбный хозяин, подготовил нам даже завтрак, список мест где стоит поесть да и любую помощь если нужно. В комнате было чисто, неплохой вид с террасы. Всё было шикарно). Негативный: Наверное местоположение, но до центра на метро относительно недолго, 30 минут.

Положительный: Чисто, уютно, комфортно и очень тихо. Миленькая терраса .Очень удобная кровать , все необходимое есть в номере. Отличный WiFi. Владелец Леонардо очень приветливый и внимательный..

Positief: De eigenaar/verhuurder is geweldig. Geen moeite is het hem teveel om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Het ontbijt dat elke ochtend klaarstaat is prima. De buurt is levendig, met leuke echt Italiaanse lokaliteiten en met een Metrostation op 10 min loopafstand.. Negatief: De kamer is ontzettend klein. Het bed is niet meer dan een slaapbank die overdag moet worden ingeklapt om nog enige bewegingsruimte te hebben (en om toegang tot het dakterras te krijgen). Zolang het mooi weer is en je het (ruime) dakterras op kunt is het niet zo bezwaarlijk maar bij kou en regen is het wel erg behelpen. Het is goed om dat van te voren te realiseren. De kamer inclusief badkamer is niet meer dan een vierkante meter of 6 á 7..

Positive: I want to say a very big THANK YOU to Leonardo, the host. He made our staying in Rome very comfortable and pleasant. The room is small but it has everything a traveler needs. It was cleaned every day and the breakfast that Leonardo served was really tasty. I also liked that everything in the room was new, including bed sheets and towels. Every morning we had fresh fruit and a bottle of water. It was really very nice))) The place is far from the city center, but there's a metro station very near. And you can take a tram or a bus to get to accomodation..
