On ne parle pas de la situation bruyante dans le descriptif, trop bruyant, déjeuné pas top (qualité bof, pas de jus frais, pas de pain frais, pas d’œuf…), bryant dans les commun donc réveil avec voix des personnes et claquement de porte 😩 mais personnel très sympathique, serviable et lieux propres. Essuie et drap très propres.

Endroit très accueillant, propre, avec une attention aux moindres détails. Propriétaires gentils et serviables.

Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil chaleureux et au revoir. Tout était si joliment meublé, décoré et préparé. Tout est propre et les lits sont très confortables. Presque comme à la maison. Grande pièce. Bon emplacement et connexion au Vatican. Merci beaucoup

Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle propriété de style shabby chic pendant deux nuits et cela nous a conquis. Excellente propreté, emplacement stratégique, cappuccino spectaculaire pour le petit déjeuner préparé par Fabio qui, avec sa femme Francesca, sont deux propriétaires disponibles, gentils et attentionnés. Il est également assez facile de trouver un parking gratuit à proximité de l'hôtel. Ce qui m'a étonné, c'est l'attention portée aux détails qu'il est rare de trouver dans un B&B. Nous reviendrons certainement et recommandons vivement un séjour ici!

Excellente structure, confortable et accueillante gérée par des professionnels qui exercent leur métier avec passion et sérieux. Emplacement stratégique, super petit déjeuner et intérieurs avec une attention aux détails. Classé 10+

Positive: Struttura pulitissima con Bagno moderno e ben attrezzato. Staff gentilissimo e moooooolto friendly!! Ci hanno lasciato le bottigliette d’acqua e Caffè gratis! Ci hanno fornito tutte le info utili e necessarie per la visita della città!!. Negazione: Più di così un B&B non può fare!!.

Positive: Tutto. Appena si entra si trova un ambiente pulitissimo ordinatissimo e super accogliente. Arredato con gusto e molto caldo. Le camere sono decisamente grandi , più grandi della media e sono decisamente migliori di qualche hotel a 4 stelle che costava il doppio e dava la metà. Le docce sono molto grandi, in tutte le stanze, i quadri appesi in camera sono più particolari di quelli che vedo di solito. L'ambiente colazione mi fa sentire a casa. I proprietari sono ambedue favolosi.. Negazione: ci tornerò a prescindere, e se proprio devo dire una cosa, in fascia diurna c'è un po' di difficoltà a trovare parcheggio ed è pieno di alberi che rilasciano resina ma il proprietario mi aveva scritto un messaggio dove mi avrebbe ceduto il suo posto, solo che io ho letto il messaggio dopo aver già trovato parcheggio. Persona molto squisita.

Positive: Fabio e la moglie sono due persone eccezionali, accolgono il cliente e lo coccolano. La struttura è pulita e molto confortevole..

Positive: We had a very nice stay at Magnolia St. Peter's Suites. We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful, modern place that has everything we needed to feel at home. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with good beds and nice bathrooms. Kitchen is very well equiped. Great morning coffee and delicious croisants! The place is at a good location, very easy to get around with public transportation and (what was important for us) walking distance of Vatican. Structure très propre et meublée avec beaucoup de goût, bien desservie pour visiter la capitale. petit déjeuner abondant et très varié, propriétaires accueillants disponibles et gentils. RECOMMANDER!

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit dans leur établissement et nous avons été très bien accueillis. C'était comme si nous étions chez des amis. La chambre était impeccable et confortable, spacieuse. Petit déjeuner au top, j'ai même demandé du lait sans lait et ils se sont immédiatement mis en quatre pour en acheter. Parking gratuit dans la rue très pratique et à deux pas de San Pietro. Hautement recommandé !!. Merci encore et à la prochaine.

Positiv: Vielen Dank an Fabio und Francesca, sie sind hervorragende Gastgeber und hatten tolle Tipps für uns. Unterkunft und Frühstück sind super. Das B&B ist zentral gelegen, Parkplätze vorhanden und für einen Kurzurlaub in Rom absolut perfekt. Kann man guten Gewissens nur empfehlen! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und freuen uns schon auf das herzliche Vermieter-Paar..

Positive: Fabio and Francesca have been the most lovely hosts: even before I stayed at their B&b they gave me much welcomed suggestions on restaurants to book for a special occasion which I was celebrating in Rome. Upon my arrival, they then came to pick me up at the shuttle bus stop and helped me get to the B&b easily and conveniently. They also assisted my parents, who came by car, with finding a free parking spot in the proximity of the B&b, which we easily located. Once we reached the B&b, I was pleased to note that the room was delightfully furnished and extremely clean. It was also spacious and airy, especially for Rome's standards. The ensuite bathroom was also very modern and well kept, with a large shower and nice set of amenities. To complement our stay, we had a wonderful breakfast: one could choose between European and Continental breakfast, with fresh pastries, jams, Nutella, cold meats and cheese platters. Just delightful! The cappuccinos were also to die for, and we welcomed the additional servings of it which Fabio and Francesca kindly offered. The B&b's location is also ideal: with a brief, 15 mins walk, one can get to the Vatican and can stroll around Castel Sant Angelo. Conveniently, there is also a very easy access to San Pietro Station, with which one can reach the centre and Trastevere in a couple of minutes by train. There are bus stops just outside the B&b, but ultimately the location was so central that we hardly needed them at all. Overall, we had the most wonderful stay and we will undoubtedly be recommending the Magnolia B&B to friends and family coming to Rome!.

Положительный: Уютный, чистый мини-отель, полноценные, оформленные с душой и оборудованные всем необходимым, номера. В любое время можно воспользоваться общей столовой и кухней, в т.ч. выпить чаю или кофе. Удобное расположение, автобусная остановка рядом с домом, до станции метро недалеко, пешком 10-15 минут (чуть ближе остановка шаттла Фьюмичино - Рим). Утром сервируется традиционный итальянский завтрак, мясная/сырная нарезка, сок, йогурты, выпечка. Душевные и внимательные хозяева, Фабио и Франческа, окружили заботой, вооружили ценными инструкциями, помогали в решении любых вопросов.. Негативный: Все было отлично!.

Positive: Incredibly clean, close to Vatican but more important are Fabio & Francesca (yeah, I know, everybody mention their name and while you read the reviews you wonder why but believe me you will mention too afterwards), very sincere people, friendly and dedicated to make your stay truly comfortable. As soon as you land in Rome, they call you to know everything is fine and you keep this feeling that you are in safe hands everytime. We will recommend to everybody to stay here while in Rome! I really love Italy for landscapes, cities, art & culture, food, but also for people like Fabio and Francesca!. Negative: Our vacation was too short!.

Positive: Francesca and Fabio are very friendly and helpful hosts. Very cosy room with a tasteful decoration and comfy beds. Our room was absolutely fine for 3 adults. Delicious coffee for a breakfast.. Negative: Noise isolation. We had to use our earplugs. Traffic noise is a bit to loud for sensitive sleepers. Location is quite isolated. If you need a metro you should first take a bus to get to the station. Breakfast could be better..

Positiv: Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter ist wunderbar, alles wird liebevoll her gerichtet. Es war top sauber, der Check In war auch abends 21:30 kein Problem. Tolles Frühstück jeden Morgen mit leckeren Croissants und Kaffee, Cappuccino und Säften, sowie Käse, Schinken, Konfitüre etc. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!. Negativ: Leider ist es durch die angrenzende Straße nachts die Woche über teilweise etwas laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster aber kein Problem..

Positiv: Sehr schönes kleines B&B.sehr freundliche Gastgeber.sehr gute lage für mit dem auto unterwegs zu sein.mann muss nicht lange durch die stadt fahren und kann es dort gut parkieren und mit dem bus/metro in die city. Negativ: Nichts/nothing.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist relativ zentral gelegen, zum Kolosseum sind es nur 30 min zu Fuß. Das Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles perfekt sauber. Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer gereinigt und es gibt täglich frische Handtücher. Die Gastgeber sind SEHR nett, stets umsorgt und bereiten ein gutes Frühstück..

긍정적: 매일 아침 맛있는 크로아상과 카푸치노를 마실 수 있었다. 학회참석으로 갔었는데, 학회장과 거리가 적당하여 걸어다니기 좋았다. 침대가 매우 안락해서 잠을 편하게 잘 수 있었다. 가까이에 작은 슈퍼마켓이 있었고, 걸어서 10분정도 거리에 대형슈퍼마켓이 있었다.. 부정적: 공용주방이 있었지만 안전상 요리하는것이 불가능했다. 시내로 나갈때 교통이 좋은편은 아니었고, 로마의 유적지와는 거리가 있는 편이었다..

Kladný: Ubytování jsme si vybrali pro jeho blízkou vzdálenost k Vatikánu a taky protože je nám blízký styl v jakém jsou zařízeny pokoje i jídelna s kuchyní. Jednoduše romantika se vším všudy! Zařízení pokojů je dotaženo do nejmenších detailů, prostorné, vzdušné, pohodlné a perfektně funkční, denně udržované v naprosté čistotě. Okna nejsou přímo do rušné ulice, klid spánku zabezpečovali předokenní žaluzie a klimatizace. Kdykoli byla k dispozici kvalitní voňavá káva z automatu, ráno křupavé croasanty, námi oblíbené celozrnné toasty a další italské dobrůtky od pohostinných a srdečných majitelů Fabia a Francesci, které jsme si moc zamilovali a určitě se brzy vrátíme! Zastávka autobusu je pár metrů před domem a na letiště nám Fabio domluvil taxi. Děkujeme, bylo to krásné!. Záporný: Nebylo co vytknout, vše bylo dokonalé..

Positif: Petit déjeuner copieux et très bien. Hébergement bien placé, et très calme, bien desservi par les lignes de bus et métro. Les hôtes ont été charmants et toujours à la recherche de notre satisfaction. Très apprécié aussi, leurs conseils sur les restos hors touristes pour goûter à la vraie cuisine romaine..

Θετικό: Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί κ φιλόξενοι,το δωμάτιο άνετο κ πεντακαθαρο. Αρνητικό: 10 λεπτά περπάτημα από το μετρο.

Positiva: Todo genial, el trato de Fabio y Francesca inmejorable, nos han tratado con cariño. Seguro volveremos a Roma y esta claro donde. La ubicación es perfecta para moverte por la ciudad en frente de la casa esta el autobus 916 que te deja en la Plaza de Venecia.. Negativa: NADA.

Nos hôtes étaient très accueillants et très amicaux. Leurs conseils nous ont été très utiles. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie confortable et l ensemble d une grande propreté. Les prestations sont de qualité. Merci beaucoup Francesca et Fabio !

Positiva: La estancia aquí es lo más parecido a sentirse uno en su propia casa. Las comodidades de la habitación y la hospitalidad de su gente, hacen que te sientas un italiano más durante tus vacaciones. Sin duda, de repetir Roma, el alojamiento sería también en esta casa. Ubicación perfecta para moverte por toda Roma, en autobús, metro, e incluso caminando. Para llegar a San Pedro, únicamente 25min a pie. Las recomendaciones de restaurantes que ofrecen de la ciudad, muy interesantes gracias a su relación calidad/precio..

Positief: Een super schone B&B met vriendelijke eigenaars Sergio en Francesca. Iedere ochtend heerlijk ontbijtje vers croissantje en yoghurt vruchtensap ectr. Wij zijn 5 nachten geweest en de laatste dag naar strand geweest Francesca gaf gelijk 2 baddoeken mee die we konden gebruiken. Super goeie ervaring..

Idąc spacerem w 37c w plusie wycieńczające. (ale blisko przystanek autobusowy) dla wygodnych. Brak balkonu chcąc zapalić papierosa trzeba wyjść na dwór,ale mimo wszystko spełnia oczekiwania..
