Positive: The host of the property is lovely. She couldn’t do enough for me. It’s clean, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely book to stay here again.. Negative: If you’re going to see the Vatican the location is excellent. Everything else is abit of a walk. The tube station is only round the corner but unfortunately it was shut whilst I was there..

По сути это квартира с четырьмя жилыми комнатами, в одной из которых живет Хозяйка. «Общая ванна» - современная, просторная и постоянно поддерживая в чистоте. Нет ощущения «общей ванны». С учётом того, что Хозяйка разрешает также пользоваться своей - ванна всегда доступна и всегда в идеальной чистоте. Несмотря на то, что Хозяйка живет в этой же квартире, никакого ощущения чужого быта или неустроенности. Всё на очень высоком европейском уровне. Хозяйка Раффаэлла очень корректный человек, помогающий во всех вопросах. При приготовлении завтрака учитывает индивидуальные предпочтения гостей. Рядом буквально в 50 метрах продуктовый рынок. Кругом масса заведений на любой вкус и кошелёк. Район приятный, спокойный и безопасный. Однозначно рекомендую!. Негативный: Не было такого.

负面: Raffaella is a friend more than a host who is super friendly, patient, flexible, considerate and willing to help. The room is well prepared with all kinds of towels, clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast is started with a cup of Italian coffee, you know how good that is. With only 5 minutes walk, you are at Vatican or Castel Sant'Angelo, perfect location. Positiva: La calidez y dedicación de Raffaella. Una gran profesional y una gran persona, siempre pendiente de las necesidades de uno y precisa al dar instrucciones y consejos. Su cariño por lo que hace se refleja en sus impecables instalaciones. La mejor anfitriona de hospedaje que he tenido a la fecha. De forma adicional, cabe mencionar que este B&B está situado en Prati, una de las zonas más seguras de Roma, a aprox. 7 cuadras del Vaticano en sí. Como viajera independiente, sentí la suficiente seguridad como para pasearme hasta la madrugada por sus alrededores pues la zona tiene buena iluminación y los turistas gustan darse una vuelta por la Plaza de San Pedro, el Castel S. Angelo y el puente S. Angelo a esas horas para apreciarlos mejor. De forma literal, el mejor punto de partida para hacer un tour por todos y cada uno de los íconos turísticos de la capital italiana (yo lo hice a pie siguiendo la ruta propuesta por Raffaella).. Negativa: Lo único que no me gustó, fue no poder quedarme más tiempo. Impecable..

Positiv: Raffaella ist sehr freundlich und gibt einen tolle Tipps für den Rom-Aufenthalt, das B&B ist super zentral gelegen (5 Min. zu Fuß zum Vatikan, zu den Bussen und zur Metro) und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und in einer schönen Wohngegend. Mir hat es so gut gefallen, dass ich direkt noch ein mal ein Zimmer dort gebucht habe!. Negativ: ______.

Positif: Raffaella is a great host! As soon as the booking, she has been attentive, willing to help us. She treated us as if we were old friends, very cordial, friendly. Everything is clean at home. Her apartment is located in the heart of Rome, accessible by any means, and in a quiet street. Very nice experience, we are ready to do it again in a family setting Raffaëlla est une hôte excellente ! Dès la réservation s’est montré attentionné, prêt à nous aider. Nous a traités comme si nous étions de vieux amis. Très cordiale, aimable et tout est propre chez elle. Son appartement se trouve en plein centre de Rome, accessible par tous les moyens, et dans une rue Calme. Une très belle expérience que nous sommes prêts à refaire dans un cadre familiale.. Positif: Génial ! Un lieu agréable, confortable et d'une propreté impeccable. Raffaella est formidable, très à l'écoute, chaleureuse, attentive et aux petits soins pour toujours vous satisfaire. (au fait, merci pour la ricotta au miel ;-) En fait, dès le petit-déjeuner, votre journée commencera dans les meilleures conditions tant sa bonne humeur est communicative. Si je retourne à Rome, aucun doute c'est ici..
