B&B Saint Paul

Excellent endroit où séjourner, très propre et confortable, l'attention est bonne et ils sont très sympathiques. Je reviendrais dans cet endroit. 5 étoiles pour ce super endroit que j'ai adoré

Structure belle et moderne, j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire, l'hygiène et les services avec le soucis du détail, expérience à refaire je reviendrai

Chambre propre ..... près de Viale Marconi ... magasins, pubs, bars, glaciers et tout ce dont vous avez besoin à portée de main .. Même la lessive juste devant la porte d'entrée

Positive: I think that the breakfast was Italian and full and, therefore, satisfactory. The locarion is strategic, between centre of Rome, EUR, ancient Ostia and Ostia beach. The owner was very kind and available to customise the facilities of the b & b to our needs.. Negative: Nothing..

Positive: La gentilezza e l'ospitalità del proprietario e la posizione del B&B, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto... Negazione: Ho pernottato per 2 notti con mia sorella per un viaggio di lavoro, non mi è assolutamente piaciuto il fatto che non c'è stato il cambio degli asciugamani, anzi, sul comodino ho trovato un mio asciugamano molto sporco ripiegato, questo è stato orribile... Per il resto, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e la camera era ordinata..

Belle expérience! De nouvelles chambres dans tout, propres et bien organisées : de la machine à café à la bouilloire électrique, de la télévision entièrement fonctionnelle aux volets à commande électrique, en passant par la veilleuse intégrée au mur. Le propriétaire Giuseppe est extrêmement courtois. A recommander vivement.

Très bel endroit, propre et personnel très accueillant et serviable

Positive: The host was excellent, very very helpful, nothing was too much trouble & he gave us lots of local info about bus/train etc. Also told us about San Paulo basilica which was beautiful, showed us local restaurants & took time to speak to us everyday ( we were there 4 nights ) to see if we needed any help. Would highly recommend.. Negative: If you want to be within walking distance of the centre this would be a bit far out although the host told us he does have another property near the Vatican. We didn't have a problem as we used public transport which was nearby & only €1.50. The outside of the building doesn't do justice to the interior.

Pozitívne: Musím v prvom rade pochváliť ubytovateľa. Samotné ubytovanie bolo čisté, voňavé, každý deň upratané :) Guisepe je úplne super človek, dá sa na neho obrátiť s otázkami a aj v prípade potreby je ochotný pomôcť. Naozaj odporúčam :).

Super!!!!!! Propre, équipé de tout confort, dans un quartier calme à proximité des métros Marconi et San Paolo, le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. Chaque fois que je viens à Rome, j'espère trouver une place ici👍

Positive: Giuseppe was so helpful, provided me with clear directions for traveling around Rome. Any time I would ask a question via what’s app he would get back to me right away, nothing was too much! There is a lovely coffee shop below where you can grab breakfast and a coffee, again staff so so friendly. In addition, there is an ice cream shop right by the property, owner so kind and helpful, ice cream is unreal!! The location of St Paul BnB is so good! You can jump a bus for €1.50 or a taxi as far as coliseum was €10. Would recommend this place and would book again if going to Rome.. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: It is a guest house in an apartment building, you got to know that. The room is not big, but clean and modern, there is everything you need there, even some free water and coffee capsules. The bathroom even has a bidet. The host is always happy to help with any questions about the city or your accommodation. Whenever we needed something (iron, cutlery) he brought everything. The breakfast is in the cafe nearby, it’s just coffee and croissant, but they are very good! And the stuff is also very friendly. It’s not in the center, you will need to use public transport, but the bus stop is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby and a lot of pizza places with take out that you can eat on your balcony! Overall, that was the best offer we could find in Rome for that amount of money and if you are ready to spend some time to get to the center, it is totally worth it.. Negative: Was a little hard to find when we first arrived. Bad soundproofing. Far from center..

Positiv: Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale in nächster Nähe! Freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter (Wir kamen mit einem Sickerpatschen an, der sofort von einer dem Vermieter bekannten Werkstatt repariert wurde!!). Negativ: Das Frühstück war halt italian like: 1Kaffee, 1 Brioche.....wenn man mehr oder etwas anderes wollte musste man das extra zahlen......................sonst war alles bestens!.

Commençons par dire que j'ai trouvé une chambre double très accueillante comprenant une salle de bain attenante, tout le reste efficace du réfrigérateur au climat, excellent WiFi, TV, cafetière dans la chambre, petit balcon avec une table, vraiment comme si j'étais à la maison mia .. le prix est moins cher que la moyenne, petit déjeuner inclus en bas au bar très bon ... tout cela dans un point très proche du trastevere et non loin du centre ! Mais "avant tout" vous avez affaire à une personne (le propriétaire des chambres d'hôtes) qui a du sérieux et de la gentillesse à revendre ! Hautement recommandé!!
