  The beautifully grand Murano chandelier greets you as enter the very lovely appointed hotel and the staff welcomes you to the St Regis of Roma. The rooms are handsome and comfortable and luxuriously detailed. The butler service complements and enhances the experience to make your stay memorable. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and expertise of concierge service. They were there for us every step of the way from finding the perfect restaurant, providing tours and the best guides…even providing competent medical providers upon request directly to our room. Even the hotel shuttle was a unexpected fun experience…being a vintage car with a terrific decor with opera music being played performed by Luciano Pavarotti as we were being driven to our dinner reservation….that is what “style” is all about…and the St Regis delivered it perfectly with grace and ease....

  La situation est bonne mais nous sommes restés 5 nuits et quand nous sommes arrivés ils nous ont dit que la climatisation était en panne et qu'ils viendraient le lendemain pour la réparer, qu'ils nous laisseraient un ventilateur, alors ce serait trois jours et rien ... et ils auraient pu avoir le détail d'avoir même réduit quelque chose du prix ou au moins de nous avoir invités à un dîner. 5 jours à 38° ...
