  Chambre confortable, mais avec une petite salle de bain vieillotte pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Emplacement en dehors du centre de Rome et pas près du métro. Par rapport au prix je pensais que c'était assez cher

  Magnifique personnel très gentil. Serveurs exceptionnels. La nourriture pas très bonne. L'amatriciana n'est vraiment pas si romaine, loin du centre ville il faut prendre le train puis le métro. Mais un endroit calme dans la verdure

  La première fois que je me suis servi de cette pizzeria et je dois dire que la fille qui a servi était courtoise, la pizza était très bonne et l'endroit était d'une propreté impeccable avec une note moderne à l'intérieur. Je recommande cet endroit.

  Excellente structure, dans l'hôtel il y avait les joueurs du Torino FC à l'occasion de Turin-Rome, ici il est clair d'en déduire l'environnement, petit, dommage pour le restaurant.

  Bel hôtel serviable personnel amical et courtois. Excellent restaurant avec des plats typiques demain et au-delà ! Chambres très propres et très accueillantes... Marriot est toujours synonyme de garantie et de qualité et cette fois aussi ne fait pas exception !

  Une expérience spectaculaire ! Les chambres sont très belles, propres et confortables, le personnel était toujours très sympathique et le restaurant waoooo Quelle nourriture délicieuse, la cuisine est italienne locale et tout est frais !!! Super recommandé, Unique, c'est qu'il est un peu loin du centre de Rome, mais vous pouvez prendre le train et il faut 20 minutes pour rejoindre la zone touristique ou vous pouvez commander un taxi ou louer une voiture ou un scooter. C'est un hôtel pour se reposer et profiter, c'est calme, il n'y a pas de bruit.

  Let’s star with status, NONE…did not get me any perks, breakfast not included. Try to get a cup of coffee without the looks like I am stealing. Ice daggers from the stares from the check in staff. I was told this was not a full service Marriott from behind the counter! This must mean, the thousands of dollars I spend for my stays each year mean nothing here in Rome. Trying so hard not to be the ugly American, but feel that way each time I ask for something. AC wasn’t working properly the first night but apparently it was just me but the vents were closed, so it was my fault. The executive upgrade…two twin beds? Rooms are very basic from the 90’s, not a single USB port in any rooms. Wasn’t the greatest stay with kids, basic business would be my best recommendation. Uber is hit or miss out here, you will need to request a cab at the front desk, please try not to bother the counter staff with multiple requests. They did however call at midnight when the lost luggage showed up. The restaurant was good, not very expensive, staff was helpful and gave a great recommendation for gelato (cab ride). I know this sounds really whiner-ish….but with Ambassador status? I did expect to be treated a little nicer, but was made to feel very American and sort of a bother. I will not stay here again.

  Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation très proche de l'hôpital Gemelli. Nous y avons séjourné deux fois et la seconde était horrible : nous avions réservé une chambre triple étant quatre, deux adultes et deux filles. À l'arrivée, le lit simple n'avait pas été ouvert, les serviettes et tout le reste de la salle de bain pour deux personnes le restaient. Climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas, à deux heures du matin un préposé se présente qui n'a pas résolu le problème, une nuit mort de chaleur. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas!

  Excellent hôtel. Cheveux gris confortables, chambres spacieuses ainsi que la salle de bain, petit déjeuner buffet incroyable. Ce n'est pas une bonne option si vous voulez être proche du centre mais c'est une excellente option si vous avez besoin d'aller à l'Ospedale Gemelli.

  L'hôtel dispose de belles chambres et d'un bel établissement. L'emplacement est relativement proche du centre (San Pietro), cependant il n'y a que le train et une piste cyclable pour le relier. Malheureusement, du moins d'après mon expérience, je me suis retrouvé mal dans le service. La chambre réservée n'était pas du type que j'avais choisi. Ils ont eu la gentillesse d'essayer de me rattraper en m'offrant le petit-déjeuner, mais au moment du départ, ils m'ont redemandé la taxe de séjour que j'avais payée la veille. Dommage car un hôtel 4 étoiles ne mérite pas un tel service avec tous ces désagréments.

  Mon séjour ici était super. A commencer par le grand professionnalisme et la gentillesse de Fabrizio Loreti à la réception, qui nous a gentiment assisté dans tout, de la chambre à l'endroit où manger ! Et que puis-je dire, chambre spacieuse, très propre, vue super méga relaxante. Prestations de service ? Top, petit déjeuner fantastique du sucré au salé !! Et la fierté du resto/bar, ma compagne et moi avons passé un super Apéro, Matteo et Alexandra nous ont préparé deux cocktails qui font l'envie des meilleurs bars, mais alors super très gentils pour papoter et nous servir des super mega apéritifs top. Que dire si vous avez l'occasion de venir dans cet hôtel, mais surtout allez rendre visite à Matteo et Alexandra au bar vous ne le regretterez pas.

  Excellent hotel, very well located and perfectly organized, with a professional and friendly environment at the same time. Staff always available and ready to make you feel like a special customer.   We enjoyed a five night stay at Courtyard Central Park in Early April. From the moment we arrived (earlier than usual) to the minute we checked out, the welcome and stay could not have been better. The front desk folks treated us like family. The hotel is very clean and although we didn't meet our room service person, our room was kept impeccably tidy. We do not usually eat at hotels where we stay because we enjoy trying local cuisine and restaurants. However, we did try Moscati on day 3 and liked it so much we returned a second evening. Again the service was friendly, restaurant well appointed and food very good. The location was only a three minute walk to the train and we were able to access a covid test for travel within three minutes of the hotel. Thank you again Courtyard Central Park.

  Bon hôtel, avec des lits merveilleux et un traitement exquis du personnel. Bon petit déjeuner buffet et bonne cuisine, accompagnés d'une vaste cave à vin. L'emplacement est bon, car même s'il n'est pas très proche du centre touristique, l'accès est facile avec les transports. Comment mais, je dirais que la baignoire devrait être changée pour un receveur de douche. Toujours totalement recommandé.

  It was a very satisfying stay. It is close to a train station and you can take a train to the metro station near the Vatican. There is also a Carrefour very close to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping.

  This is a lovely friendly hotel very close to a train station and ideal for sight seeing. On the day of our arrival we had a delicious lunch sitting outside. The server very kindly directed us to a table which would get the benefit of the spring sunshine. I had some preparation to do for a meeting and there was both good space for working and excellent WiFi.

  Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous reviendrons certainement !   I used my vacation club to visit Italy, which has been on my bucket list. I could not have asked for a better hotel staff. They were very accommodating even recognizing my birthday. While food at a hotel is normally average, this cannot be said for this restaurant. The food was outstanding, drinks were reasonable, and wait staff was helpful.

  We could not have asked for better accommodations on our trip to Rome. Every member of the staff was incredibly is incredibly attentive to detail and very very polite and helpful. The front desk staff and the kitchen staff went above and beyond even my highest expectations. Could not have asked for a is to for a better place to stay On vacation. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The houseyesterday night. The housekeeping staff were very attentive.. The front desk staff were so helpful in recommendations of places to go and visit. Could not say enough positive about our experience at this hotel.

  Le personnel est serviable, l'hôtel est très propre, les services ne manquent pas, le silence dans la chambre est assuré. La présence de la télévision hi-tech est excellente. Le salon, désormais utilisé comme espace de travail intelligent en raison de la pandémie de covid19, est spacieux et confortable. Le seul bémol ce sont les douchettes : il n'est pas possible d'exploiter la pomme de douche, en effet si placée au point le plus haut de la tige, elle m'oblige quand même à rincer en me penchant. Si vous devez vous rendre dans le coin, le Marriott est un bon choix (le meilleur du quartier Gemelli, qui n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied).

  J'étais pour la première fois dans ce bel hôtel en décembre 2019 pour un rendez-vous d'affaires (conférence et dîner). Même en sachant que Marriott est une bonne marque, j'ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel et de la direction de cet hôtel. Ils vous font sentir comme chez vous et sont attentifs aux clients individuels et ne manquent pas les détails. Les espaces sont bien entretenus, le restaurant est exceptionnel avec une cuisine authentique d'excellente qualité. Je reviendrai à coup sûr et je le suggère à mes amis et à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner dans un endroit calme et se faire dorloter à deux pas du centre de Rome.

  During my stay at Courtyard Rome I was impressed with the hotel building and facilities, which was as I expect from Marriott. The absence of a pool was disappointing but not a deal breaker. The staff however were fantastic. Their friendliness and helpful attitude helped make our stay a first class experience. They deserve much credit. If I return to Rome then the staff would be my main reason for staying here again. Thank you to every one of them. .

  J'étais là pour le travail, un événement de la Shark Academy. La salle de conférence est très bien équipée avec des moniteurs dans toute la salle pour que même avec une salle pleine, rien ne soit perdu. A la pause déjeuner, un repas léger et varié. Personnel amical et serviable. Endroit magnifique même de l'extérieur ! Il y a un grand parking devant l'hôtel. Je vous conseille!

  We were staying in Rome for two nights and had a great experience staying at this Marriott. The rooms were spotless, the accommodations were fantastic and the staff was very accomodating and polite. Everyone spoke English so we could easily talk to anyone who worked there. We had a light snack one night and the food was very good. The hotel overlooks the Vatican from a distance and you could see it from our room which was beautiful. The hotel is situated a little bit out of the city but they have shuttles that run every hour so getting into the city was easy. Overall, it was perfect for us.

  Parmi les hôtels dans lesquels j'ai séjourné, je peux certainement affirmer qu'il mérite pleinement les cinq étoiles. Dès l'entrée on se rend compte qu'on est dans un endroit accueillant et élégant, on remarque le souci du détail, la propreté des chambres et l'efficacité de tout le personnel toujours souriant. Les chambres sont très confortables et ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin, le petit déjeuner est excellent, des fruits frais, des sucreries et tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter, ce qui fait que la journée commence vraiment bien. Bon séjour à tous ceux qui choisissent ce magnifique hôtel.

  Nous ne mangions dans cet hôtel \ restaurant que vendredi dernier, sous la recommandation de notre hôtel. dès notre arrivée ils nous ont très bien accueillis et ont satisfait tous nos besoins.   J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant quelques jours pour un congrès. L'emplacement n'est certainement pas le plus confortable. Il se trouve en fait à environ 30-40 minutes en voiture de la gare Termini. L'hôtel propose des navettes payantes. Le personnel qui travaille à la réception et aux étages est super gentil et serviable. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres. Il y a de la moquette (un peu vintage à mon avis ! 😅). Lit confortable avec des oreillers de différentes textures. Sans aucun doute très calme. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux. À la fois sucré et salé (avec des saucisses, des œufs et du fromage !). La salle de congrès est bien équipée. Le seul défaut est l'enregistrement tardif, en fait j'ai attendu au moins deux heures après l'arrivée. Pour le reste je le recommande.

  Hôtel près de l'hôpital Gemelli et facilement accessible en transports en commun. J'ai assisté à un week-end de formation. J'ai utilisé la salle de gym au dernier étage avec une belle vue sur le Dôme au lever du soleil. Le personnel est très gentil, le service de chambre très gentil. La salle de l'événement a été équipée comme demandé. Les déjeuners buffet et les pauses café étaient également satisfaisants et variés. Recommandé à la fois pour ceux qui doivent passer la nuit dans la région et pour l'organisation d'événements et de conférences.

  This hotel is off the beaten path, but worth the stay. The shuttle service to the Vatican is very convenient and it gets you close to all the attractions in Rome. It is a great walking city. The hotel team members are all so nice and professional. Hotel is a little older, but it is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

  No problems is best expectation. Front desk and bar people were first class, prompt and helpful. needed a little learning experience to handle the shower but it was good after that; never water on the floor which is often an issue other places. dining room booked solid at dinner and recommendation for off-site restaurant was excellent. the room rate was right on. -- had a chance to compare another high end chain in Rome and this won hands down.

  This hotel is not a city-center hotel, so it’s not in the middle of the tourist madness of Rome. It’s in a neighborhood about 15 minutes/€15-20 cab ride to Ancient Rome sites. The shuttle to the Vatican was not convenient for us for our Vatican tour as it leaves the hotel at 8 :00 am and 9:30 am. It’s only a 12-15 minute cab ride, so we used cabs. The hotel is nice, clean, efficient. I wish European hotels were not so stingy with ice. American tourists love ice tea especially on hot days. For an American branded hotel, it’s very European. Providing a tall glass with ice for water and ice tea would be lovely.

  Nous avons pu profiter de cet hôtel pendant 3 nuits. L’hôtel est situé en bordure du centre historique de Rome, cela permet de bénéficier du calme et d’avoir une magnifique vue sur les toits de la Basilique Saint Pierre. Il est très facile de s’y rendre en voiture avec un parking disponible juste en face. Et surtout l’hôtel met à disposition une navette toutes les heures pour rejoindre le centre historique en 15 minutes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées, nous avions la chance d’avoir un balcon avec vue sur Rome. L’hôtel répond aux exigences Marriott, calme, propreté, discrétion et efficacité. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel les 3 jours, tous les produits que l’on attend sont disponibles et les pâtisseries maison sont à tomber ! Et surtout ce qui nous a énormément plu dans cet hôtel était l’accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. On a l’impression d’être dans un hôtel familial (bien loin d’un hôtel international impersonnel), chacun se plie en quatre pour nous aider, nous conseiller et on ressent la chaleur des Italiens.   Although I was worried that this hotel would be too far from the tourist attractions the availability of the shuttle (3 Euros to Vatican) and the nearby train station (1 Euro to Vatican or Central Rome) met our needs nicely. The area is quite nice and our balcony with a view of St. Peter's in the distance was very lovely. Hotel staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. When we learned that one day of our stay did not include breakfast due to a booking mistake that I made the on duty manager was able to fix the problem and discount the breakfast rather than charge us the rather stiff 15 Euros and charged us 8 instead. The breakfast buffet is very good with a good selection of pastries and baked items but I did get a little tired of the scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage in the buffet every day. I made the reservations about 6 months earlier and got an excellent price for a suite. If you bring a car there is some limited free parking on the street but the 10 Euro per day charge in the lot is very reasonable. A very pleasant stay.

  Older hotel that needs some updating. Location is not great. They offer frequent reliable shuttle to Vatican City for €3 each way. From there we picked up the hop on hop off bus which is well worth the cost. Hotel is clean and the Bistro Restsurant had good tasting food with a nice selection. They also have a more upscale restaurant which we did not patronize. The staff was professional, personable and very helpful. They answered all of our questions, always had a smile, and all of them spoke multiple languages. If you want upscale or want to be close to all of the attractions this is not the place. But for the modest price we were very satisfied.

  We highly recommend the Marriott Courtyard. The service and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the train station which makes it very easy and convenient to get around. There are a number of local Restaurants, not tourists traps, which I would highly recommend and the staff recommended. The Hotel also has a Shuttle that runs about every hour for the guests. Additionally, we ate at the Marriotts Bistro Lounge a couple of times and were very satisfied. When we go back, we will be staying here again.

  Hotel adapté pour recevoir plusieurs groupes de séminaristes. Lieu convivial et non loin de la station de metro et de train régional.

  The Courtyard Rome Central Park was a good overall experience. It's located a bit far from the main attractions, but there are several ways to go downtown (Shuttle, Train and Taxi -> ask for the official white ones). The front desk staff is really nice and friendly even with rude customers as I could witness. The Moscati restaurant is the down point of the stay, never again... But The Bistrot has a really nice staff and good food quality. I would be good to have a larger choice because we run quickly out of options. Cocktails were well served. The room was nice and super clean! The cleaning ladies are charming ladies. To bad there is no pool, because after a day downtown it would have been fun to relax.

  I liked this hotel! The staff is very friendly and very helpful! Even the shuttle bus drivers were great! The only thing about the hotel is the location. If your looking to be close to the sites, it is not convenient but they do offer a shuttle into town that only makes 1 stop near the Vatican, otherwise it's a taxi or public transportation. However the hotel is located in a good neighborhood.

  Un bel hôtel. Très belles chambres et une vue magnifique sur Rome. Avec une chambre de catégorie supérieure, même de délicieux biscuits de bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié (ils ont même du lait de riz...), le personnel est très courtois. Présentez le bar (ouvert jusque tard) et le bistrot avec un large choix de plats : des portions généreuses. Recommandé!

  L'hôtel est très gentil et accueillant. La propreté est excellente et les dames du plan sont très utiles. Le restaurant est excellent, il mange très bien et chaque jour ils ont une nouvelle spécialité. Le bistrot est simple mais très soigné. Même ici, vous pouvez bien manger, avec la possibilité de demander des plats au restaurant. Les apéritifs sont délicieux et les barmans sont prêts à toute demande. Le personnel est adorable serviable, toujours serviable et souriant. Je suis invité depuis longtemps et le personnel a toujours été très aimable. Leur force est un haut professionnalisme associé à une humanité qui n’est pas toujours présente. Je recommande vivement de réserver dans cet hôtel.

  Great hotel location, just outside of the tourist areas and yet close enough to get to several sites relatively quick. The hotel has great, friendly staff and rooms are maintained very clean. Very comfortable beds and linens all in white, were crisp and great to have a good nights rest after walking many kilometers during the day.The 24/7 access to food snacks at reception is brilliant for foodies like us. We had a lasagna dish at the restaurant that was fantastic. The shuttle services from the hotel to St.Peter's and return shuttle to the hotel is very convenient and a must for any of the guests to take advantage of at 3 euros per person, Teo the shuttle driver was great.

  Excellent hotel - everything you might expect from a Marriott Courtyard Hotel. The view over the Basilica was quite stunning but only from the executive rooms. Not much to do locally but shuttle bus is well worth the 3 Euros with drivers very patient and capable. Food is OK, with same daily menu, which gets boring after a few days. Breakfast is very American. Reception staff amazing.

  My wife and I just returned from 10 days in Rome visiting our daughter who is studying there for the semester. We largely chose the Courtyard Central Park due to its close proximity to our daughter's location as well as being not too far from central Rome and all the sites. Our experience with the hotel could not have been better. We had a fourth floor room with a wonderful view of St. Peter's Basilica. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and was always available to provide assistance. In our case, we rented a car for a few days, and the front desk staff made all the arrangements including car pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel. Everyone spoke English and even tolerated (with a smile) our attempts at speaking Italian. The dining available at the hotel was very good. We ate a few meals at both the Moscati restaurant (more formal) as well as in the lobby bar area and found both to be very good with exceptionally friendly and courteous staffs. Breakfast was also served at a dining room just off the lobby every morning. The food was quite good and well presented, although the breakfast menu did not change from day to day. The hotel is located in more of a residential area and is a few kilometers from Central Rome. The hotel has a shuttle bus service in the mornings and late afternoons both to and from a drop-off location near the Vatican for a nominal charge (3 Euros per person each way). Taxi service from the hotel to Central Rome was about 15-20 Euros and was very reliable. Whenever we needed a taxi, the front desk would make the request and a taxi would arrive typically in less than 5 minutes. Taxi from the hotel to Central Rome was 15-25 minutes depending upon the time of day. Overall, we found the hotel to be excellent and can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
