Excellent séjour, structure élégante et confortable, mobilier soigneusement choisi en harmonie avec les différents environnements. Les peintures et les éléments qui y sont représentés sont très appréciables, également mis en valeur par les espaces dans lesquels ils se trouvent et en harmonie avec eux. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une vue splendide. Personnel hautement qualifié, gentil et attentionné.

Un emplacement privilégié, l'hôtel est très confortable et agréable, son personnel est sympathique, surtout le concierge "Massimo" était super, la seule chose qui m'a semblé un peu déficiente était le ménage (service de chambre) c'est la première fois que je J'ai eu cette expérience dans un Marriott, mais c'était peut-être juste de la malchance ! Sinon je répéterais !

Excellente nourriture de qualité supérieure, service courtois, mesuré, composé et extrêmement poli. Personnel jeune et formé pour accueillir le client en rond. Ne manquez pas le Roofgarden dont la vue sur Rome est parmi les plus évocatrices de toutes. Il couvre la Ville Éternelle à 360 degrés. Félicitations, tout est pris en charge au maximum.

J'étais au Marriott pour un événement suivi d'un dîner sur l'une de ses splendides terrasses avec une vue superbe sur les remparts et la Villa Borghese. Le dîner, même de qualité, n'était pas à la hauteur de l'endroit

Chaque fois que je viens à Rome, c'est le n ° 1 grand et immensément immergé dans l'histoire de Rome. La chambre, même si ce n'est pas une suite, est divinement accueillante. Excellent dîner, mais un seul. Préféré extérieurement après la gita. Félicitations aux excellences de Rome

Had a comfortable stay. Staff is very good and courteous. Breakfast options for vegetarian are limited, however it is understood in this part of the world.

This hotel has a ton of potential but unfortunately it suffered from a general lack of upkeep and many of the staff members were unhelpful and/or rude. For what was classified as a 4 star hotel, it didn't feel like it. One of our rooms had a non functioning TV that took three days to get fixed. In another room, the towel warmer leaked rusty water all over the bath tub and towels placed on it. The business center had a nonfunctional computer and printer. It just didn't feel like a 4 star hotel and it certainly wasn't worth the price we paid. The only true positive was the safe and pretty location of the hotel. Outside of that, know that you could do better.

I would choose another hotel if staying in Rome, especially if using points. This was not up to category 7 Marriott standards. If using points they put you in the smallest room with a view that looks into other hotel rooms. the "room amenities" that they list on the websites, like separate bath and shower, is only for upgraded rooms. Also the rooms are a bit outdated, and wallpaper that was almost pealing away in the bathroom.

Je ne suis pas resté mais j'ai été pour le déjeuner. Environnement élégant et confortable. Super accueil à l'arrivée. Ils proposent une carte avec des plats avec des produits de grande qualité à petit prix. J'ai mangé d'excellents spaghettis aux 3 tomates (félicitations pour la cuisine) et une aubergine parmigiana. A recommander.

Das Hotel braucht eine dringende Renovierung der Gästezimmer. Die Ausstattung ist stark veraltet. Der Service des Personals ist sehr unterschiedlich - manche geben sich viel Mühe, eine gute Leistung zu bringen, andere leider nicht. Der Preis für die Übernachtung ist eindeutig zu hoch. Das Hotel entspricht nicht meiner Vorstellung und Erfahrung eines Hotels der Kategorie 7. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel eher wie ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel. Das immer wieder hoch gelobte Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist es leider nicht wert hier zu übernachten.

Quel hôtel fantastique, et surtout quel service. Des gars de la réception à la salle de petit-déjeuner (mythique Morena) à la magnifique Maria aux cheveux noirs qui laisse la chambre comme neuve ... Je le recommande.

Staying at the Grand Flora is almost like coming home in Rome for us. We have stayed at this lovely hotel many times over the years and always receive a warm welcome, especially if Massimo is there. We know that a comfortable room and excellent service await us and we are never disappointed. The breakfast buffet is bountiful and the rooftop views are marvelous. After a day of touring, the rooftop is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and see the lights come on at St. Peter's. Staff is warm and welcoming (great to see familiar faces year after year) and the concierge makes excellent recommendations for restaurants and interesting sites. The location is great for walking to nearly everywhere in the historic center and the subway is a few minutes away if you're going further afield. Having the beautiful Borghese Gardens right across the street is an added bonus! We just came home and are already looking forward to our next Roman Holiday at the Grand Flora!

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days in Rome. The hotel offered great views of the city from the rooftop where I had my breakfast daily. What set the hotel apart is that everyone from the staff who greeted you in to the breakfast team, concierge, front desk and housekeeping made me feel I was home away from home. My trip to Rome was made more memorable by the entire team at the hotel. I will surely be back as soon as I possibly can.

Yes there are a thousand choices in Rome for hotel rooms, but I keep going back to the Marriott Grand Flora & have no plans of changing this! The staff is incredible, all very personable & helpful… The cost is reasonable with many room/bed options. The location is in a prime position with easy walking access to many of the major sites, yet tucked on the quieter end of Via Veneto next to the beautiful Borghese gardens. The lobby, restaurants & rooms all feel freshly renovated, but with a classic feel of comfort and charm. Last but not least is the rooftop breakfast! In warmer months this is a must! Great views & more than adequate options even during Covid. I give this property a 10+ rating…!!!

Notre réception de mariage a été rythmée par des imprévus divers et prévisibles causés par la pandémie, nous obligeant à la déplacer deux fois et nous causant des désagréments d'organisation et de gestion considérables. Malgré cela, l'événement dans son ensemble a largement dépassé nos attentes ; l'emplacement est tout simplement enchanteur, surplombant un panorama d'une ville merveilleuse et également aidé par le climat d'une splendide journée d'octobre. Le service était impeccable, timing absolument coordonné, excellente qualité de la nourriture. Pour tout cela, nous tenons à remercier le personnel de l'hôtel, et plus particulièrement : Valentina, pour la disponibilité, la courtoisie et la patience dont il a fait preuve tout au long de la période de contact. Le Maitre Maurizio, très gentil et professionnel, extrêmement serviable avec tout le personnel de la salle à manger. Nos compliments vont également au chef Massimo Piccolo, dont nous n'avions absolument aucun doute sur la qualité, et c'était ainsi; la seule incertitude que nous avions était sur le choix du menu lors du test : tout était très bon, des entrées au gâteau. Sincères félicitations. Passons également un mot sur la chambre qui nous a été attribuée pour la nuit de noce : absolument fantastique ! Une jolie suite… Merci, vraiment merci. Gutes und freundliches Servicepersonal. Zentrale Lage auf dem Berg, mit Top Aussicht beim Frühstück auf den Vatikan. Altes Haus mit Dunkeln Zimmern. Bei dem Zimmer auf die innen oder außen Lage achten. Leider etwas beengte Zimmer mit kleinem Bad. Unterdurchschnittliches Frühstück, ohne lokale Speisen für 30€ pro Person. Die Aussicht rechtfertigt aber nicht den Preis.

The Hotel was in a great location. It was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Special HUGE thanks to Andrea at the front desk. He was wonderful in helping me secure so needed packing supplies. Extra special shout out to Stefania, the Concierge who helped me find a Covid testing location, getting me to the airport on time AND more importantly one of the best meals of the entire vacation. The Rome Marriott Grand Flora didn’t disappoint my husband and I. We enjoyed the breakfast along with the rooftop views of the city. The concierge made helpful suggestions that really rounded our stay. We definitely look forward to staying here when we bring the rest of our family for vacation.

We recently stayed at this location. Staff were friendly, hotel was very clean. Breakfast was offered on the roof terrace which had incredible views. The hotel itself was a little dated but the rest made up for that. The location was great, next to the Borghese Gardens, metro, with lots of restaurant choices close by. Easy walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi, hop on hop off bus stop. We were very pleased with our stay.

De passage à Rome pour une nuit j'ai choisi de résider au Marriott Flora qui proposait un tarif en promotion très intéressant. Accueil chaleureux, tout est fait pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. La chambre est belle et bien équipée, la rénovation est récente. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au 7ème étage offre une vue superbe.

Concernant mon expérience je peux affirmer que le lobby de l’hôtel est magnifique mais c’est tout. Notre entourage nous a conseillé de boire un cocktail sur le rooftop et d’y déjeuner. Nous faisons un roadtrip en Italie, nous décidons donc de terminer notre voyage sur cette bonne note. Ainsi, nous arrivons en mode sac à dos basket. Nous nous sommes gentiment fait refoulés car soit disant, l’hôtel Mariott sert au rooftop uniquement lors du petit déjeuner. La dame de l’accueil nous envoie à l’hôtel Eden, Palace où nous avons été reçu sans se fier à notre apparence roots (je précise que mon conjoint était en chemise blanche, short en chino bleu et basket blanches. Pour moi short blanc brodé et haut en matière soie et basket blanches). L’hôtel Mariott est passé à côté d’une belle addition. Je trouve ça inadmissible de juger les gens à l’apparence. Soit l’hôtel ne sert pas en rooftop ( vraiment bizarre!) soit notre apparence dérange. Je penche pour la 2nde solution. Je ne recommande pas le Mariott si vous arrivez en toute simplicité, passez votre chemin si vous n’arrivez pas avec un sac Chanel, une Rolex au poignet et des sandales Dior 🙂

We had a quick trip to Rome as a family. The hotel was very nice and in a good location. It was quick to get taxis from the hotel and within Rome the fares were very reasonable. Rooms were great and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Personally disappointed by the Staff service. Hotel under-staffed. No training, no courtesy - service similar to the one you can get at a fast food chain. No bellman, no concierge, no person at the entrance. I had to wait personnel for the checkout too as no attendant was there. Bad experience at the restaurant: 1 hour waiting, wrong serving. According to my personal opinion, recommended if they provide a very cheap rate, like 3* hotels.

As described the high floor room was not as large as those in other countries. For italy, rome in particular, I found it nice. The bathroom was a bit small but thoughtfully furnished. I did find hair in my bath towels, so I just didn't use those. Staff were responsive and the check in/out process was efficient. On checkout day my key stopped working, and going to fix the issue actually pushed me against my checkout time. The location was excellent for my personal itinerary and it was great following the recommendation of having tea on the terrace. With small changes, it would be an excellent experience.

Bel hôtel bien situé dans Rome mais l’accueil et le Check out sont vraiment très limite. Pas d’efforts de langue fait par le personnel un peu juste pour un quatre étoiles . En revanche le personnel de chambre est adorable.

I loved everything about the hotel, location, staff, confort, etc. The only bad experience was a pizza ordered thru room service. I had better frozen pizzas in the past. It was horrible. Other than that everything was perfect. I would like also to give a special thank you for the rooftop breakfast restaurant manager. She is an asset to your organization. She greeted us with a smile every morning for 7 days and she was always trying to make us feel confortable.

Expérience fantastique, j'ai visité cet hôtel pour une conférence avec des diplomates et des relations internationales. La conférence s'est tenue sur la terrasse du 7e étage. Un scénario à crier, la vue est unique, l'espace est grand et tout est très soigné. La nourriture était très bonne même si personnellement je n'ai pas aimé le couscous, (trop amer pour mon palais) dans mon cas il y avait un buffet général et une très bonne sélection de vins. Que dire, si vous souhaitez résider dans un beau Grand hôtel avec une position stratégique ou, si vous devez organiser une conférence avec des personnalités, cet endroit ne vous laissera pas un mauvais goût dans la bouche (sauf pour le couscous hahaha) . 5 étoiles.

An old building with lots of modern decor and comfort. Best suited to those who are fairly fit and like walking around Rome as the climb up the Via Veneto can be tiring at the end of a long day. Great to be so close to the Villa Borghese, with beautiful trees and views over Rome. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, but be aware that they don't all share the same views - we looked out onto a side street. Staff are friendly and aim to please. We didn't try the restaurant, preferring to eat out in the Trastevere area of Rome, or get take-away pizzas.

This beautiful hotel is located in a desirable neighborhood, near the American Embassy and the Spanish Steps. The building is stunning, and inside you will find it tastefully decorated and comfortable. Staff at this hotel are great; very helpful and seemed to really care that their guests had a good stay in Rome. There is a rooftop restaurant where a buffet breakfast is served, and I found the price to be on the high side. It is possible to order from the menu if you don't want the buffet. The rooftop restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. The closest metro to the hotel was unfortunately closed during our stay. The next closest metro stop is quite a walk (close to the Spanish Steps ).

This was our second stay at the Marriott Grand Flora-it was just as wonderful as the first time. Gabriele is amazing and helped make our stay superb. Massimo, whom we met in 2016 happened to be on vacation but was instrumental in our planning of this trip. He is also amazing. In fact, there wasnt anything that didnt exceed our expectations. We love this area of Rome. The new Flora restaurant is really great, we liked the previous restaurant but Flora is much better. The new bar area in the lobby is nice and is a great meeting spot-I only wish they would pay more attention to the outside area. Its so nice to sit outside in the evenings, but everytime we sat out there-no one came to take a drink order, I had to go inside and ask for assistance. It was as if they were oblivious to anyone out there. I saw several people leave after waiting for 15 minutes. Its odd too, because everyone sits outside in Rome. The breakfast on the rooftop is always outstanding and the staff was super attentive and friendly. I love this property and absolutely love the staff here. My husband and I will definitely return-Thank you Marriott Grand Flora! Thank you Gabriele and Massimo! FYI-this location is amazing-but Rome is a large city and spread out-be preapred to walk-the Spanish Steps are about 15 minutes walk-but is a great walk-so many little shops along the way-We walked everywhere. The Coliseum is about 1.6 miles its a great walk and so much to visist along the way.

We loved this hotel! We were here for four nights. The location was close enough to walk to many attractions, including the bus stops. The rooftop terrace view was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! Shady in the morning with a beautiful view over the city and a nice view of St. Peter's and the Borghese park, the terrace made this hotel stand out among others in the same area. Food was very good, service was top notch and the room was a very nice size. We highly recommend the Marriott Grand Flora!

The hotel is in a great location and is beautiful. But our bathroom was the size of a half bath and 2 people could not fit in there at the same time. There is no air in the common areas and it’s not comfortable to have a drink in the bar or relax in the lobby. The room air isnt much better and it is controlled by the lobby staff u have no control over the air in ur room and if u want to get a workout in, the room is tiny very few choices and in the basement where there is no air as well. The decor is excellent and the food was great especially the breakfast every morning at the rooftop was amazing. The staff is attentive and very accommodating. Just hard to enjoy when u are always hot. I’d say a great place to stay not in the summer months.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It’s one of the old grand hotels but it felt very airy and easy. We had a nice corner room overlooking Via Vittoria Veneto with a little foyer and a window in the bathroom. I was debating between several different Marriott properties in Rome and I am glad we picked the Flora. The staff are amazing! One day we, unintentionally , had a privacy sign on. We just asked for fresh towels and they, essentially, turned the entire room at 8pm. After learning that we had an early train for a day trip, they had breakfast bags waiting for us at reception at 6am. Every request and/or question was met with a smile. The location is great, right next to the Borghese park with many bars and restaurants around. Personally, we had a night cap every day at the Harry’s Bar across the street. It was hot in Rome during our stay, so we took a lot of cabs. Every cabby knew Marriott Flora which made it easy to get back (many cabbies speak Italian only). Don’t believe the negative reviews. Yes, the breakfast is not the best I’ve ever had but the views from the rooftop more than make up for it. Plus, you are not in Rome for breakfast. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

We had an incredible stay at the Marriott Grand Hotel Flora in Rome. My wife and I stayed at this property after returning from a nearly 2 week cruise in the Mediterranean. Upon our arrival to the hotel, the staff at the lobby quickly accomodating our luggage after getting out of our taxi with many bags. Then, the staff at the reception desk collected our check-in information. Despite our room not being available they offered to call us once it was ready, which they did about an hour before the regularly scheduled check-in time. Overall, the staff was very welcoming during our entire stay. We personally enjoyed our complimentary breakfast at the hotel's rooftop restaurant. The views from the rooftop are breathtaking and you have a great vantage point to the Vatican. The breakfast staff was very attentive for our quick breakfast before we needed to leave for the airport, including our fresh cup of cappuccino. The hotel's location had many things surrounding it and the major tourist hot spots were a quick 10-15 min walk away. We will certainly be returning to the Marriott Grand Hotel Flora upon our next visit to Rome.

Excellent location and staff. Comfortable beds and rooms. Breakfast should have been better ie no olives / only two type of cheese / put fresh stuff in glass container and extremely annoying to get while holding the plate and there was no space to put the plate so that you can open the container and get what you want. Wonderful terrace are for breakfast .

This hotel is just a night mare fro us! The hotel had been updated .... but not 100-% handicap friendly! You have to walk up a few steps to the elevator! Not too bad for European hotel! However, the elevator is slow! First night, my husband jump off the bed at 3am with a bug crawling on him, I woke up and saw the bug next to his pillow! The explanation was that it never happens... sorry and the hotel is full! We will see how to move your room for the next day! We had a private tour next day. Came back to the hotel and have to move room! I am glad that they were able to move us and up graded our room! Very kind of them! Tired! Attempt to nap before dinner! Housekeeping matched in for turn bed service... we kindly declined the service and asked the lady to come back later! The answer was...”No, it is not possible!” Than our shower was over flowed with water everywhere. Next morning at breakfast, the smoke salmon was old! I reported it.... but I don’t see anyone removing it from the buffet area! I honestly only had coffee and a croissant and no more in this place! Gym is under remodeling! No gym! Than on the third day before we leave, the safe cannot be open! In each time, the manager n maintainence staff came n fixed the problem! As a guest, I am exhausted! It really gives a bad taste of Marriott brand for us! Definitely not what I expected.

The Marriott Grand Flora Hotel was a very nice property. The look of the hotel was very high quality and the staff was very helpful. We spoke only English, but that was not a problem at all. The staff was completely fluent in English and they easily handled all of our needs. It was a convenient location in a nice, safe area, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and only about a 10 minute drive from major Rome attractions like the Vatican, Colosseum etc. In fact we walked to many locations like the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish steps. Locations like the Vatican and the Colosseum are only about 3 miles away so, if you are up to it, you can actually walk to those as well ... we did. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice quality location.

This hotel is in a beautiful location easily accessible to the downtown area for shopping. There was an abundance of fabulous restaurants in the area. The staff is very professional and friendly. Our sheets were changed nearly every day. The doormen secured taxis for us in just a few minutes. It is just a lovely environment. We were extremely pleased during our ten-day stay and highly recommend to others.

We spent 5 nights here, the hotel had a major remodel recently. Room was quiet, soundproofed with excellent bed, hot shower with functional shower head and comfortable layout. Common areas have smart, welcoming design. The hotel location is excellent; close to all major tourist sites in an upscale part of town; and across from the Borghese Park for joggers. Very personable, accommodating staff. Wonderful bar and bartenders, front desk, concierges and food service personnel. The breakfast on the top floor looking out over Rome was a great way to start each day. Room service was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel. A special thank you to the hotel staff!

We stayed with our 3 preteens in a double bedroom family room. It was a little small, but it was a great location and it worked for us. The hotel is right across the street from a very neat park. There are many great shops and restaurants all around it in walking distance. We did a lot of walking to see things like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Stairs, and Vatican City. We probably walked 3-4 miles sightseeing around the hotel, but it's totally doable if you don't mind walking a bit. The beds we're comfortable, rooms were clean, and front desk staff was extremely helpful with our lost luggage (by the airline, not the hotel). I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Rome.

had a business trip in Rome for a few days and booked into the Rome Marriott Grand Hotel Flora. The hotel is in a prime location, on the lovely Veneto avenue about 5 minute walk from the US Embassy. The wide avenue is laden with wonderful restaurants and is a within walking distance of the Spanish steps and other great Roman sites. Upon checking in, the hotel staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. My room was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. Like all Marriott hotels my wife and I have stayed in, the bed was very comfortable and the room in general as well as the bathroom were of the utmost quality. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided along with a safe for valuables and a bar. Although my breakfast was included, I did not have eat at the hotel as my schedule was early and I normally just have coffee in the morning as well. Overall, this was a wonderful hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

Very clean and staff is excellent and attentive. The rooftop breakfast is a wonderful start to the day. Rooms are not large but appropriate to euro size and very suitable. Cleaniness is some of the top I've experienced (I'm very picky in this area). Great location to attractions and public transport services. All either within walking distance or short taxi. Subway access is very convenient as well. I seldom give reviews however this hotel and staff deserves solid recommendation and high marks for their efforts, facility and successful guest service.

I cannot praise the staff enough - the doormen, bell staff, front desk, concierge(Massimo) waiters, housekeepers and bar manager (Gianni an employee with 32 years of service) - really made our stay memorable as they were friendly, courteous, informative and very, very personable. Of all the Marriott properties I've stayed at, these people were the best! The spaciousness of the room, the décor, the comfort of the bed for starters. The linens, towels and robes were outstanding. The fact that there were three {3} comfortable chairs in the room is much appreciated by frequent travels such as myself. The bathroom and tub/shower were fantastic, not to mention the abundant hot water. The presence of numerous USB ports and their convenient placement was really helpful - I didn't need to use my power converted to charge our phones and tablets. The view from the window (Which could be opened!!) of the Via Veneto was a real treat. Lastly, the housekeeping staff were wonderful and helpful!

We had an amazing stay at the Rome Marriott Grand Hotel Flora. The most beautiful room, with fantastic views of the city from our balcony. Bed was super comfortable and room amenities were very much appreciated. Great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and easy walking access to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The highlight might just be the buffet breakfast on the 7th floor. You had a choice of eating on the terrace or in the beautiful glass enclosed room. Tables were beautifully set, and food was exceptionally good with a great variety of items to choose from. This is the hotel I would choose again if I am ever staying in Rome.
