  Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et tout était super, le propriétaire était super sympa, tout était propre, avec un sèche-cheveux et une salle de bain privée avec gel douche et shampoing. Le propriétaire a changé nos serviettes au milieu du séjour pour des serviettes propres et sèches. Le lit très confortable aussi. Wifi gratuit. C'est un endroit très calme, ça sent très bon et c'est très bien situé à 10 minutes du colisée. Pour mettre un bémol que nos vues étaient sur un patio intérieur et que le pommeau de douche ne rendait pas très bien l'eau, avec peu de pression. Sinon tout super.

  Bon appartement non loin du centre de Rome. 10 minutes à pied du Colisée. A proximité il y a de petites épiceries, des cafés. Nous étions en décembre, nous n'avons donc pratiquement pas trouvé de charge complète (il y a 4 pièces dans l'appartement), mais très probablement avec un règlement complet, il sera difficile d'accéder aux toilettes / douche, d'autant plus qu'elles ne sont pas séparées, pensez à ces nuances lors du choix.

  Positive: I didn't like anything this hotel took the whole amount of money when it was impossible to travel due to covid 19 I would not recommend this place . ever. Negative: friendlier more understanding staff.

  Bon endroit pour séjourner à Rome, le logement est partagé et très bien organisé. L'hôte est très sympathique et l'emplacement est excellent pour profiter du centre-ville

  Excellent endroit et excellent accueil, très proche de la station de métro Manzoni et à 10 minutes à pied du Colisée. Si je retourne à Rome j'y retournerai avec plaisir

  Positif: Nous avons apprécié l'accueil une fois arrivée sur place. La personne était souriante, serviable et de bon conseil. La chambre était simple mais propre, nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'appartement est frais c'est appréciable en cas de forte chaleur. Sa situation géographique est plutôt pratique puisque pas loin de la gare pour se débarrasser des bagages, un supermarché non loin et le Colysée a 10/15 minutes de l'hôtel. Il a également plusieurs restaurants à 2 pas de l'appartement.. Négatif: C'est un appartement qui a été adapté en "hôtel". Par conséquent, les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé, et nous entendons très facilement les mouvements ou les conversations des chambres d'à côté. En l'occurrence, le degré de discrétion n'est a priori pas le même en France que pour des touristes espagnol ou anglais... Autre point : Le Wifi est là mais insuffisant, c'est très long ....

  Positive: Location was very good. Walking distance to Colosseum and Rome city centre and subway station nearby.. Negative: This hostel is flat with 4 locked rooms. The walls are very thin so we had trouble with sleeping. Moreover other locators were very loud in the middle of the night. So if you want to sightsee the city and rest after this may be not the best place for you. We even bought earplugs but it didn't help and we woke up several times. And maybe not the safest place because some probably drunk locators haven't locked door to the flat for the night..

  Положительный: Отличный номер- студия. Чисто , аккуратно , есть плита, посуда. Можно смело готовить кушать. Хороший балкон, рядом метро - это было очень удобно. Приятная хозяйка , мы остались довольны.. Негативный: Кондиционер работал плохо , было на улице холодно, но включить потеплее не получилось, хотя хозяйка сказала , что все просто..

  Положительный: Очень хороший недорогой вариант для проживания в Риме,недалёко от Вокзала.Район спокойный,рядом достопримечательности все.До Колизея идти 15 минут.Рядом есть супермаркет.Хозяин очень приятный человек,все рассказал,дал карту,отвечал на все вопросы.Каждый день в комнате убирали.. Негативный: В комнате по ночам холодно :( отопление есть,но оно не сильно помогает.На кухне нельзя пользоваться плитой.Шумно,слышно как говорят соседи и дорогу за окном..

  Θετικό: Ανετο στρωμα!. Αρνητικό: Δεν ειχαμε καταλαβει οτι ηταν ενα διαμερισμα με ιδιωτικα δωματια. Παλι καλα που ειχαμε κλεισει με ιδιωτικο μπανιο, γιατι καποια διπλανα χρησιμοποιουσαν το δημοσιο!.
