Le service de voiturier était pratique. Lorsque vous quittez votre voiture, vous recevrez une carte avec votre numéro de téléphone et votre numéro de voiture. Quand j'ai voulu quitter le parking, j'ai envoyé le numéro de la voiture à ce numéro de téléphone par sms, et ils m'ont dit combien de minutes il faudrait encore pour quitter le parking, et j'étais prêt à entrer dès que je me suis dirigé à l'entrée. Le personnel était sympathique. Je ne parlais pas très bien anglais, mais tout le monde était très accommodant. La chambre avait l'air un peu démodée, mais elle était propre. Il n'y avait pas de baignoire. Petit-déjeuner gratuit avec avantages Marriott Platinum Elite. Vous pouvez choisir vous-même le type de plats à base d'œufs et de plats grillés tels que le bacon et les saucisses, donc si vous n'êtes pas bon en anglais, vous devez vous préparer à l'avance.

Bonjour! Le service de voiturier est facturé 55 USD par jour, mais vous trouverez un parking hors site au Civic Center, situé à 1,6 km. -

Apolo at the front was amazing, he sets you up with everything you need. We used the bikes and cruised around along the beach great spot!

Excellente localisation à deux pas de la plage. En revanche pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Hôtel démodé et très bruyant, le personnel fait beaucoup de bruit dans les étages sans se soucier des clients dans leurs chambres. Pas de ménage dans les chambres, uniquement une fois par semaine Nous avions réservé cet hôtel plusieurs mois avant en demandant d'avoir des chambres au même étage et avons du batailler pour que cela soit le cas. En conclusion, très cher et pas du tout au niveau. Aymeric Sevestre

Un niveau qui ne devrait pas être considéré comme un JW. Niveau Marriott moyen. On m'a fait rester dans une chambre d'une classe inférieure à celle que j'avais réservée, mais il n'y a pas eu d'exception au moment de l'enregistrement. Les installations sont anciennes.

La propreté brille par son absence. Nous sommes arrivés un samedi et ce n'est que mercredi que notre chambre a été nettoyée et débarrassée. Et pourquoi le demandons-nous ? Incroyable!!! L'hôtel a été rénové, mais pas en profondeur, cela montre qu'il s'agit d'un ancien établissement avec un lifting. Le service est très sympathique, serveurs et voiturier. Une peine. Our stay at the hotel was marred by two problems. First, the hotel was having trouble with its internet service. I needed to leave our 4th floor room and go to the lobby in order to access the hotel wifi for 3 of the 5 days of our stay. Second, the housekeeping services were extremely spotty, I assume due to COVID understaffing. Although full housekeeping services were only promised every third day, we were assured that towel exchange and emptying of garbage would occur daily. This didn't happen and we wound up scrounging around each day to track down a housekeeping person in order to exchange towels and replenish our coffee supply. The overall room was spacious but dated and worn. We stay at many hotels, ranging from economy to luxury types, and I would say this hotel did not match what we would expect from a JW Marriott.

My experience with the stay was just ok. For the JW name and the high standards it holds across its chain, I was not so pleased with the customer services that was provided to my family or myself. From no hand soap, lotion, shampoo, condition available upon entering the room at our arrival, to not answering calls the entire time while we were there, to delivering the hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner in a plastic bag, to not letting me have an extended check out as a Gold Member but selling me the option to extend my stay, it was disappointing. I could go on but I was sadden on the support this hotel had to offer. Perhaps it was a bad day for some people but this is not what I know what the JW brand provides. I have stayed in many of the Marriot chains around the world and at this branch, this day, it was an inconvenience to my family and myself. I stayed at the hotel with the family as the next day I was leaving my family to go to the work in the middle east and wanted to spend my last precious moments with them at the JW.

We had really bad service and will never use this hotel again. 1. The room was not ready when we arrived, after waiting for over 30 minutes we were told it may take more than 45 minutes longer but no guarantees since they did not have updates from housekeeping. The registration desk person was very rude and abrupt. They said they had late check outs - not sure how that is my problem. 2. We ended up taking another room which was smaller and did not have a balcony since we did not want to keep waiting indefinitely in the lobby. 3. We were told the room will not be cleaned since we were staying for too short a time (we were staying 3 nights!) 4.Next day we asked for clean towels and trash pick when we left at 8 am. But when we got back to the room at 11 pm nothing had been done! 5. When I complained about the lack of towels, the desk clerk call a bell boy to get us towels and said they will clean the room next day and also give us $175 in credit since we had so many issues with our stay. (Thankfully the room did get cleaned on our third day) 6. When we check out we noticed the $175 credit was not given to receipt! This occurred even though the notes said we would receive the credit. The check out clerk said we will receive an updated receipt but we never got the $175 credit reflected. I will never stay at this hotel and have serious concerns regarding the service at JW Marriot going forward! This is was a very expensive hotel with the worst service I have ever received at this price.

The front check in was under a lot pressure and the cleaning staff couldn’t keep up. As a platinum elite Marriott member I was disappointed in the service. We didn’t get a room until 4;55 PM. The Resort Fee of $45 is a scam because we had no time to use the facilities, and check out was 11AM. We didn’t even have breakfast there because it was so crowded and slow service. The valets were excellent.

From start to finish, I had a terrific and memorable stay. I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend and called the GM, Ms. Kathie Watkins to get advice on locations. Kathie was awesome at suggestions and guidance and helped process my 5 suite night upgrade requests. The room was great and my girlfriend loved it. After the successful proposal in Santa Barbara, the staff back at the hotel were truly top notch. Benny in the restaurant took great care of us. We loved the gestures and consideration like a bottle of bubbly to make the rest of the trip special from Kathie and her staff. I enjoy the perks and status of premium membership in BonVoy but I know this team would have made the trip special no matter what. Thank you all for a great engagement. We’ll definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary and I plan to stay at this location when work brings me to Los Angeles in the future. Truly great memories and a superb superb experience. I was telling my family about Marriott before but wait until they hear this! Warm regards from Washington DC and thank you again Kathie!

Didn’t have hot water for half of the showers during my stay. I understand these things happen but I was mostly disappointed by the staff’s response. They simply said “Our engineer is working on it, there’s nothing we can do about it.” Felt like a cold response (no pun intended). Surprisingly disappointed considering my experiences at JW Marriotts in the past have only been positive.

Terrible, terrible stay.....check in for both rooms was not ready until 5:00, there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa....despite requesting 3 times my daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed without any linens or blanket (I finally got the requested items from the housekeeper in the hall). it took 2 requests to obtain an extra blanket. There was no hot water for showers one evening and the next morning. I paid premium prices for 2 rooms and did not get the value or experience I paid for.

We were disappointed with our experience. The facilities are less than you would expect - the rooms were fine but communal areas old fashioned and not conducive to relaxing family time. The pool was underwhelming. The reception staff were unhelpful especially on arrival. The food was ok but nothing special. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. The valets were great - very helpful and responsive. We had hoped for a relaxing family beach stay but this wasn’t the hotel for that.

I rate a hotel based on 2 factors - a good nights sleep and a decent shower. Both were a fail. Shower was either hot or cold, took me 15 minutes of playing with it to get it to a reasonable temperature. We redeemed points for a one stay here and feel like they gave us the worst room in the entire property. The room was so dry, the temperature wouldn’t change regardless of thermostat. Woke up at 4am to Open the balcony door to get some air circulating. Haven’t slept since. I regret using all of our remaining points at this property, was t even a restful night. This property should not by any means be considered a luxury property.. I’d save your time and money and stay elsewhere if you’re looking for a good nights sleep, a luxury property, amenities (no hot tub, spa closed). I did however find the staff super friendly. There’s that. Enjoy friendly staff at a sub-par luxury property. I also believe they gave us the worst room on the entire property - 336.

I have stayed at this property at least 10 times but this visit the service level had changed completely. The service at this hotel was similar to that of a COURTYARD MARRIOTT. The first thing that everyone from the front desk to the coffee shop to the bar will tell you is that they cannot help. If you have given laundry, unless you ask for it you will not get it back. If you have a courier, unless you ask for it, you will not be informed. If you want your room serviced, unless you ask for it, it will not be done. If you want fruit for breakfast the server will tell you they don’t have it and then will come back and say they do. No one will assist you with your bags unless you ask for it. The Director of Rooms will tell u that their standard check in policy is 4 pm, so even if you are a Platinum Elite and are having a 10 day stay at the hotel, they will not prepare for your arrival or make you feel welcomed. There will be wrong charges on your bill and only after insistence will they take it off. Basically don’t expect help, courtesy and expect to do it yourself if you want to stay at this hotel. Certainly not worth the money you pay. In all my stays at different Marriott properties globally, this one stands at the bottom. Please do not get carried away by the location, because what you will spend for staying at this property is not worth the experience.

Definitely one of my favorite hotel experiences! I was upgraded to an ocean view room with a large balcony. Great place to watch the sunset and just relax after a long day. The common areas also provide nice areas to relax and look out at the ocean. Staff were all really nice and attentive and room was clean and spacious.

Loved the location of this hotel and proximity to Santa Monica night life. The hotel is old and needs and update. Our room was dimly lit, outlets didn’t work and mold in the sink/shower. Expected more for the money.

We have stayed here several times and it is one of our favorite Marriott Hotels. The location is perfect for beach and beach activities. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome the entire trip. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is a category 7 but is rundown. The food, service and accommodations are all lacking. Despite being a platinum elite member the room wasn’t ready upon check in, the carpet was ripped & stained. The entire hotel is in need of renovations. The food is subpar and so is the service. The only good thing is the location. This is NOT a luxury hotel

The customer service was great. Check-in and check-out experiences were smooth. Even though the hotel was short-staffed (owing to labor shortages), I didn’t notice it. The hotel is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. In my room the lamp shade was missing the finial so the shade wouldn’t stay in place. I couldn’t plug my phone into the outlet at night because the plug would fall out. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed when I was showering, it would slide open, and there was what seemed like black mold on the ceiling tiles in the shower.

Dated property that needs a complete overhaul. While the staff said they tried to move us away from construction they ended up putting us right next to it. Breakfast - they offer a $40 voucher for Platinum, sounds okay, except breakfast costed about $75 for two. So, ~ $35 before tip… it was a breakfast comparable (maybe worse) to a what I get at the Courtyard. The only great quality of this place is it’s location. The rooms are fine, beds are comfortable, I’m sure the hammering was a one-off. If the price is right and all you’re looking for is a bed in a good location in Santa Monica this place is worth considering, just skip their restaurant as there are much better places a short walk away.

We were in town for the weekend for a friends wedding. We were unable to check into our room until the late afternoon. When we were finally able to check in I had left for a wedding event and the hotel would not allow my wife to check into the hotel without me. After finally allowing her to check in my wife discovered that the air conditioner in our room was broken. They came and fixed the air conditioner, it continued to break throughout the weekend. The general room quality is unacceptable for a JW, I have stayed in nicer Courtyard Marriott’s. The rooms are small, stale and lack luster. Our toilet would not flush every other attempt. The room would randomly smell bad throughout the stay. The hotel had all amenities closed due to COVID yet did not enforce any masks or other protocols, which left me questioning why the amenities were closed. I recommend staying elsewhere if you are making a trip to LA anytime soon.

am not sure why this is a branded JW... i dont know if this is a mistake in marketing or not... but this should not be a JW... we have a certain experience in mind when we stay at JW branded Marriott hotels and this is not it. we have stayed in JW Marriotts in a few different places and they have been so much more upscale than this... in fact we have stayed in category 4 and 5 Marriott hotels that were better than this. It was funny to see someone call it Lipstick on a pig because that is what we were saying during our whole stay. The only pluses that I can say is that its was cheap... but thats because its not really a Category 7 hotel . And the Location, if you want to stay near the pier this is a good place. I would certainly look around if staying here again. They need to categorize this hotel again

This is a beautiful property, and I have stayed a few times before. The service has always exceeded my expectations. ... But this stay was different. The room was shabby and the service was weak. From check in to restaurant, we were not treated as valued guests, just as a mild nuisance. (The 2 notable exceptions were the night clerk, and the housekeeping staff. They were very friendly and incredibly helpful.)

Notamment le personnel du service bagage et voituriers qui font preuve d'une gentillesse particulièrement agréable. Chambres propres et très spacieuses avec balcon vue sur mer. Room service réactif. We planned a 1 night getaway to explore Santa Monica. Our expectations were high as the Bonvoy property we chose was a JW Marriott. What a huge disappointment…the hotel is extremely dated, over-priced and lacks the level of detail expected. We also had more surprise with 2 sub-par dining experiences. Our in-room dining had cold entrees with forgotten condiments. Additionally, our “breakfast credit” only covered $20 pp with breakfast entrees ranging in price from $25 to &30+. Our credit can’t even pay for our meal. We will not be visiting again and will not recommend.

The hotel was good, the staff was very nice. Breakfast wasn't bad, although the $40 credit they give you for Titanium doesn't go far for two when one omelet is $28. The rooms could certainly use a facelift to update a bit. We had a balcony which was nice, but had to stand on your tiptoes on the balcony to see the beach for a "beach-view" room. Also the door to the balcony would not lock fully, and was a struggle to get closed with an aging door. But overall good and I would return, but not for full price...

Positive: The room was spacious and had a good view of the Santa Monica Pier. Valet parking was quick and convenient. Negative: There was no cleaning or turndown service for the 3 nights I was there - when I asked the front desk they said they only service after 3 days. I'd at least expect turndown service from a 4 star hotel. The hotel also looked worn/aged.

This was our 2nd visit to Le Merigot during COVID and both of our visits left us with the impression that the staff at this hotel is the best we have experienced in our travels. From valet to check in to food and drink staff their attitude and demeanor towards us really made us feel welcome and special. Fantastic play to stay and unwind. We'll be back.

Arrived to check in to find hotel overbooked (lots of upset customers with complaints). Front desk staff said they had found us their “best room”. We had booked a room with two beds (2 adults and one kid). Their “best room” was definitely the worst room in hotel (one bed, first floor, view of a dog run). We discussed with another front desk person who was more helpful and apologetic and did discount our stay. In general, hotel is pretty generic, but good location close to beach, pier.

Sans the views, the rooms were nice and clean. Our room location was also quiet. The staff was very friendly...from valet to guest services. The hotel is in a great location near the pier, with easy access to the beach.

Unfortunately, my stay was not pleasant, to say the least. I checked into this resort because it was a category 7 resort. However, the rooms are severely outdated and were not clean. There were stains all over the carpet, foul odor coming from the furniture and curtains. I contacted the front desk and spoke to James. He initiated a room switch for me to the room next door. However, after making the switch and preparing myself to take a shower, I turned on the shower and then realized that the shower head was broken. With the water splashing everywhere, I slipped out of the shower bumping my head. Unfortunately, it was late in the evening and the only solution was for James to switch us back over to the unclean room where we then stayed for two nights. My husband and I are highly disappointing and the level of customer service, and staff service. Due to our elite status with Marriott Bonvoy, we receive breakfast credit that we were not informed about until the time of checkout by Elise. We spoke to Kathy and she informed us that she would only refund us for one night. Our room was never recleaned by housekeeping. Again, I am highly disappointed in the level of service we received here. The resort charges for everything and more customer service should be given out to guests. We came to this resort with the intention to book a spa appointment and once we arrived were notified that the spa is still closed due to COVID-19. What a poor excuse! I am so disappointed in this JW Marriott. I just can not believe that this is a category 7 hotel by Marriott. I, unfortunately, do not recommend this resort and will not return. The JW Marriott L.A. LIVE or Ritz Carlton is a much better choice!

I have stayed here many times over the last decade. The location is perfect and the staff is wonderful. Many of them have been there for years and they truly understand the meaning of hospitality. My one critique is that the rooms are in dire need of updating. While rooms are clean and tidy, the decor dates back to the hotel's origins in 1999. As a JW Marriott, which should be top of the line in Marriott's portfolio, it really needs updating.

Furniture in this hotel could use an update, but don't let that stop you from booking a room in this hotel. This hotel was the cleanest I have ever been to. Every employee was very helpful. Doorman was exceptionally helpful, getting us a driver in under 10 minutes. Thank you J.W. Marriott for making this anniversary vacation the best it could be!

The manager here must really know how to put it all together. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and had heavy appetizers evenings, late evenings, mid-day. The valets were extremely helpful and cheerful. The check-in clerks were also personable. The bar and wait staff as well as restaurant staff were eager to please and help. Loved riding bikes too. If I'd had one more day i would have visited spa. Extremely clean, neat, heated patio daily. I tried to find some trash lying around. Thanks . Enjoy Le Merigot

This was our first time staying at the JW Marriott Le Merigot. We have stayed at other 4 and 5-star rated hotels in Santa Monica. For the money the JW Marriott was superior. More spacious rooms, ideal location, clean rooms and public areas. Courteous and professional staff at reception, valet and restaurant. You can't ask for more.

As a Titanium Elite for life with almost 1,500 nights at Marriott properties, this was so disappointing. Was dropping my son at college & had had a great Le Merigot experience years ago. Today, this property is worn down, understaffed food and beverage service team members are stressed (and sadly some rude), the rooms not clean with bird feces on patio furniture & clumps of human hair stuck to shower walls, and other than an incredibly swift/efficient Valet team, the property needs help. The senior operations manager went out of his way to apologize and try to make amends but, honestly, to not offer some sort of room compensation for the very poor experience was surprising. Unless you hear about a significant physical plant renovation, suggest you stay elsewhere.

We have stayed at this JW before and will again. We love the location and just relaxing poolside, sipping drinks, sunning on the beach and otherwise enjoying the eclectic mix of dining spots and watering holes of Santa Monica. That said, the hotel itself is due for an update....paint, fixtures, furnishings and decor have reached their 'use-by' date and some repairs are needed as well. It's not hideously outdated, but for a higher-end Marriott property that's practically on the beach, it's time they take advantage of that and one way to do so is to quickly move on from the 2012 look of their last update. Bar and restaurant hours need better consistency too. But overall, staff is friendly, the place is clean and safe and within easy walking distance to plenty of what Santa Monica has to offer.

The ocean views are awesome. You really are right across the street from the beach and pier. The hotel staff was super nice, courteous, and above accommodating. My wife and I were able to enjoy breakfast, the beach with chairs and towels provided by the hotel, and the pool. Our checkout could not have been any better. The staff made it comfortable to enjoy our time before a later than originally planned flight home. We will absolutely return to this hotel the next time we visit.

The treatment we received was top much and in the true style of a JW Marriott. Not just when we arrived but throughout our entire stay. Amazing staff. Loved the small feel of the hotel and the location is amazing. Right down the street from the Promenade and the beach is just footsteps away. This will be our home away from home the next time we visit our son in Santa Monica!

This JW Marriott is not as good as other JWs we’ve stayed at. It’s more like a Marriott or even lower. -Room looked used. Desk chair leather was peeling. Wallpaper splitting. -Resort fee charged for beach chairs and boogie boards which were not available for us to use. -Elevators were broke at times resulting in longer wait or having to use elevator further away from room and lobby. -No water given in room, had to ask for it and wait for someone to drop off or go get it. -View of beach from pool was poor. -Towels at pool were frayed. Location to Santa Monica Pier was good.

The proximity to the beach is exceptional for this location. The hotel is dated and the hotel is not staffed appropriately. Upon arrival we were made aware that room service could only occur every 3 days due to staff shortage. The staff that was present were genuinely warm and helpful. The property needs a facelift to compare with other JW Marriott properties.

We are Bonvoy Gold Elite Members. Check in was for 4pm. When we arrived at 3:50pm our room was not yet ready. Not a big deal since we were early. They asked for our phone number to call us when the room was ready. We never got a call. So at 6pm we came back from a walk and asked and they said the room had been ready for over an hour. At no point during our check in did they acknowledge that we were Bonvoy Gold Elite members, never asked us about upgrading our room, never mentioned to us about the free WiFi or the 500 welcome points we are to recover upon check in. When we got to our room we took a shower. After one persons shower the entire bathroom was filled with steam. The exhaust fan for ventilation was not working. The next day we switched rooms after testing the bathroom exhaust fan. Seemed like it was working but same results after a shower. I’m not one to complain but I feel that for the amount of points we were charged for our 5 night stay there we should have had better accommodations and service. Also the images online are very deceiving. Hotel does not look anything like the images show and is definitely not a category 7. Definitely needs to be updated. The valet people were the best though. Very attentive and on top of it.

The hotel is very well located. Within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The amenities of the hotel were great. However, based on the price, I expected better room accommodations. The room could have been larger and more updated. But overall a very good stay.

Despite the great location, service and attention to detail were quite challenging. Perhaps due to Covid, but you'd think there'd be enough staff for a full hotel. From follow-up/follow-through/response of the team (via calls to the front desk, AYS, and app, even when contacted by Ambassador. Bell and housekeeping service was spot on and so friendly! I stay 100+ nights a year with Marriott and was a bit disappointed for a 20th-anniversary getaway...

Enjoyed our stay and as always, the Associates made a great impression. From the front desk to the bartender to housekeeping, everyone was super friendly, polite and professional. We enjoyed the outdoor patio bar area. The restaurant Cezanne and the pool area. The spa was still closed, disappointing. The location could not be better, just one block to the Santa Monica pier. Close to everything and the beach access was super easy as the hotel has a back door that leads to the beach. The only negative comment is that the property is showing it’s age. The rooms are just okay and it seems that the bathrooms may have been refreshed but the furniture and soft furnishings are dated. This building felt more like a Marriott I would use for work than a full on JW Marriott.

I choose JW because this brand is excellent. But this was huge mistake. We had dirty room with broken furnitures. Housekeeping is every third day only. The food options are limited most of the items: “sorry we don’t have that”. Early checkin system is not working properly. The rooms are loud every small noise from the neighbors noticable. The location is excellent. This hotel is an outdated Marriott not a modern JW.

Unfortunately the worst experience I had with a Marriott. Carpet was soiled in multiple spots, peeling paint in bathroom, smudges (fingerprints?) on inside of window, lamp shade was askew, stain on desk. I was booked for three days and left after first night. Ordered room service, average meal way overpriced for one person was $68. Hotel was overpriced, room was substandard and dirty. Complained to front desk, showed them pictures I took. I was offered new room and free continental breakfast. Checked out and checked into a nearby Marriott which was far superior, clean, and half the price. I was extremely disappointed in the JW Marriott. Even with staffing issues, they should do better and NOT rent this room out.

We came to JW Marriott to celebrate our inlaws 50th Wedding Anniversary. The property manager and the concierge took great care of us and went above and beyond by accomodating us in nicer rooms, decorarating the room for the anniversary celebration. The staff were very friendly and accomodative. Location was fabulous. There was free coffee and tea every morning.

If you are looking to stay at a hotel where everyone is helpful and kind this is the place to stay in Santa Monica. The beds are very comfortable for a good nights sleep and the location is close to the beach but far enough away from all the pier noise, the best part is how amazing everyone is that works there. They treat you like a guest to their home and anticipate your needs. Ever person asked me if I needed anything, would I like a water, and how they could help me. Truly above expectations. Due to COVID I did not have housekeeping daily by choice but they did ask if I wanted it. I needed a microwave and they brought me one since they do not have them in rooms during this time. I enjoyed my business stay.

Owe enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriot. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was extremely clean (other than the carpets) & we thoroughly enjoyed our 6th floor corner room balcony. It was breathtaking to wake up to the view of the ocean. Minus the amenities & valet fees the price was extremely reasonable.

The overall stay and service is as expected with Marriott entities. The lot is close to the beach but not necessarily beach front. Another building blocks it and the sun oftentimes goes away quickly because of that blocking. I was surprised that breakfast was not included in the stay and also a bit confused as to why coffee was only available in the morning. The amenity/tourist fee is high and does not seem right they would still charge with the gym and spa closed. Access to bikes was great but the bikes could use some service. The rooms were great and beds comfortable! The staff is very friendly and willing to do anything quickly. I asked if they could warm up my food and they brought up an entire elevator! The open lounge areas are large but not many staff are seen - one morning I came across a homeless person camping out by the bathrooms, which I was surprised for a JW. A great place if you want something not basic, but not as luxurious as I had hoped.

Hotel is nice and well maintained. Location is not ON the beach but across a street. Amenities are nice, bikes and beach chairs are provided (part of the daily resort fee so you pay for them). Only ate breakfast once and it was way overpriced. $60 for an order of pancakes, oatmeal and eggs. Room was clean and spacious. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our room, the staff is top notch and the drinks at the bar were served fast! Can’t say enough nice things about this location. The valets were super helpful and friendly, they always had our car ready in just a few minutes. The food from the restaurant was delicious. Overall I would highly recommend this Marriott.

If you are looking to spend a lot of time at the beach during your stay, this hotel is a great choice for it. However, the hotel is located behind another building, therefore there are only limited number of rooms that offer an ocean view. You can still hear the ocean regardless of the blocked view. The LA county pandemic restrictions are affecting the use of all main hotel amenities, so if you are looking for a pool, SPA, and hotel restaurant, you will be disappointed. The hotel offers limited food options and a lot of the restaurants in the area are closed. The hotel rooms have updated and clean bathrooms, as well as very comfortable beds, but the rooms and the main hotel areas were dated. The hotel staff is professional, friendly, and very accommodating. The hotel is taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID - from mandatory masks to sanitary alcohol wipes and one time disposable coffee cups we felt completely safe and none of us contracted the virus after a four night stay. Overall a good stay especially during these unusual circumstances.

Hotel très agréable. La situation parfaite, et surtout un grand merci au personnel d accueil, bar restaurant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres avec SDB très correctes. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésitation.

Un très bel établissement prêt de la plage mais aussi du centre piétonnier ! Le confort des lits est exceptionnel
