  Magnifique et l'emplacement et top. Le service de conciergerie est superbe pour la location de véhicule afin de pouvoir visiter Los Angeles, beverly hills, walk of fame,.... j'y retourne sans problème.

  Une chambre terrible avec la porte française traversée par une grande barre oblique qui obstruait la vue et empêchait l'ouverture de la fenêtre.Prix absolument excessif pour les prestations proposées.

  Bon hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses et un personnel agréable . Par contre point négatif à ne pas oublier le parking n’est pas gratuit car c’est un valet qui la garer et vous devez donc lui donner un pourboire mais ce n’est pas tout !! Si vous voulez récupérez votre voiture, vous allez devoir attendre 20 min qu’un valet vienne vous la chercher, c’est donc pour moi le majeur problème de l’Hotel qui est souvent souligné par la clientèle .

  Positive: The amenities were great and the free parking was amazing. The valet¿s went way above and beyond to accommodate us with two cars and moving our car seat several times. Negative: The room was old and shabby with a view of a broken empty pool, like a horror movie. The air conditioner was making noise and we had to call maintenance. Once they fixed it, it was fine until the middle of the night when it started banging again.

  L'hôtel est très agréable et bien situé. Mais nous avons eu un problème où ils ne l'ont toujours pas fait.Ils nous ont renvoyés étant que le séjour facturé sur notre carte était déjà passé depuis plus d'1 mois et ayant été payé à nouveau en espèces au moment du départ. J'ai communiqué, en envoyant la preuve que j'ai été facturé deux fois pour le séjour et qu'ils n'ont jamais pris en charge. Je n'ai jamais pensé qu'un hôtel de la chaîne Marriott pourrait nous arnaquer. Beaucoup de colère car c'est beaucoup d'argent..

  Les chambres sont superbes. Spacieuses, super lit et oreiller. La piscine est belle mais toute petite comparee a la grandeur de l'hotel. Le personnel est très sympathique et le service de bagagerie excellent. Par contre la gestion des valets de voiture est très mauvaise. Énormément d'attente, 20 min ou plus, pour la prise en charge de la voiture ou sa restitution. Une catastrophe.

  Positive: Location was decent though not that close to the beach. The pool was nice but felt a little small. Negative: The staff (esp the front desk staff) did not seem to be happy to be working there. Not friendly, no smiles or pleasantries exchanged which I would expect for a 4 star hotel. It felt like they were doing me a favor by checking me in.

  Positive: the room was nice and clean Negative: the staff was rude, they did not have a room available at check in and we had to wait int he lobby. they refused any compensation for the time i lost, that i paid for on my reservation. So i actually lost money staying at this hotel.

  Positive: The service all around was excellent from the valet to the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The property is beautiful and the free valet is an incredible value add. Negative: My room was fairly small and basic. The balcony was a joke, as it could barely accommodate 1 person standing. No chairs could fit, it was tiny. My view was of a concrete block. There was a hair in my shower.

  Positive: champagne they gave at the reception Negative: dated rooms, and bathrooms. No coffee /tea maker in the room. the resort fee charged in addition - why? Hotel positioned as a "high end" but it needs to improve a lot to reach that status.

  Hôtel bien situé, très bon service de la réception et des autres membres du personnel. Grande chambre propre, lit délicieux, équipements de bonne qualité, draps et serviettes. Il y a du vin mousseux et du café gratuits à la réception. La location gratuite de vélos et le parking gratuit donnent également des points supplémentaires à l'hôtel.

  Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très aimablement reçus. Si vous arrivez en voiture, vous ne pourrez pas la garer vous même dans le parking, des vallets s’en chargeront pour vous. A notre grande surprise, nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec balcon et vue sur l’océan pacifique. L’hôtel dans sa globalité est extrêmement propre et le personnel est très attentif et à l’écoute. Les prestations supplémentaires telles que les repas ou petits déjeuners sont assez chères donc si vous comptez consommer sur place prévoyez un budget supplémentaire. Chaque étage de l’hôtel met à votre disposition des distributeurs de boissons et de nourriture. La proximité avec Santa Monica et l’autoroute est un grand plus et nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour.

  Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The staff is absolutely top class and go out of their way to ensure your comfort. The rooms are modern, beautiful and very clean, and the beds are so comfortable. The free parking and the bicycles are definitely an added bonus.

  I knew when I booked this room that it was several blocks back from the ocean. So I had low expectations for an "ocean view" room. I was pleasantly surprised by the view from the large balcony of our 7th floor west-facing room. We had a great sweeping view of the ocean over the low rise buildings, including the mountains and coastline all the way to Malibu. The room was good sized, clean, comfortable, and in good working order. The only downside for me was the lack of a coffee maker in the room. I know that's a personal preference. But for me, that's a deal breaker when choosing a hotel. Service was great throughout the hotel, including valet parking, the front desk, and restaurant. There's not a lot within close walking distance, so having a car is important. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant has great food at restaurant prices. And the complimentary valet parking saves at least $50 a night compared to many nearby hotels.

  We loved having the option to dine in the hotel and the pool area was beautiful and spacious. You could spend the entire day out there. The food and beverage manager was amazingly friendly and helpful and every staff member we encountered at the bar and restaurant were awesome. The complimentary valet was speedy and a great amenity to have. Our family had an awesome stay.

  The location and expense of Le Meridian portended an exquisite hotel experience, but it lacked. Our very large wedding group happily booked dozens of rooms. The lobby was clean and comfy, the bar and restaurant accessible, a heated pool and terrace. Bikes were available daily, the beach and boardwalk a few blocks down the road. The beds were really soft & comfy. Hotel staff cordial. The hotel, however, left us wanting. A suite for 4 was small, only one sink, and zero hooks in the bathroom. There were no drawers for clothing, only a small open closet-rod. The small terrace had one chair. This was not exquisite, just a step up from Holiday Inn, except instead of free breakfast, you get 2 glasses of champagne per day. The expense was exorbitant for this stay, the restaurant not worth the extra expense (especially since there are good places nearby). When the bridal party booked the discount cost, there was an agreement to stay at the bar until 1 AM on their wedding night. As we QUIETLY enjoyed our transcontinental family conversation, we were asked to leave at 12, terminating the marvelous wedding day, leaving with a bad taste.

The staff were amazing during our stay made great dining recommendations, they were always friendly and helpful to ensure our stay was a comfortable one. Valet crew was also on the ball and polite. Definitely be back again.

  We had a good stay in Santa Monica. The hotel is well located. We appreciated the complementary valet service. However, we were disappointed with the pool area, the water was not warm enough to swim. We liked the view from our room, but not having a coffee maker in the room was an inconvenience . The staff was friendly and competent.

  Arriving at Le Meridien, staff immediately shared that a wedding reception was closing and asked for my patience for 20 minutes. It was handled before then. Staff were SO kind, informative, and helpful that they blew every other hotel I've been at out of the water! I travel extensively in the US, Europe and South America and I have never come across a full team of staff that make the experience so lovely. My room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities I needed and then some. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel.

  We have stayed before and had a great time last time, but this time was average. We had a noisy A/C unit and the phone did not work. The breakfast for two days was fabulous and very delicious. Definitely a highlight as the food was really good. The staff was friendly.

  I was pleasantly impressed with all aspects of this hotel, having had my expectations lowered significantly by the challenges of the pandemic. The rooms were excellent. They were in great condition and spotless. The bed was so comfortable. It appeared that they were fully staffed with great employees who took pride in their work. the champagne in the lobby was a classy touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

  The service at this hotel was non-existent and I wouldn't recommend it for parents. There is no room service, a limited restaurant menu and the hotel refuses to bring deliveries to rooms which makes it difficult to eat with young kids without schlepping then to the lobby. Also, there isn't 24 hour bell staff or valet so good luck if you have an early flight since you are on your own. This hotel has done better in the past and can raise their game- much like they raised their prices

  Nicely updated hotel in a bit of an old shell. South facing 9th floor room gave partial ocean view and nice city lights and airport view- think Harry Bosch house. Western rooms look like they would give the full ocean view with larger balconies, but my deluxe king was nice enough. It did share a door with another room, which was locked but made for some loud tv noise of neighboring guest. This may be a benefit to families who want adjoining rooms, but we didn’t like it. Toilets are low water level, and I’ll just say that. Service at front desk, baggage desk and valet stand was excellent and amenities were good all around. Location isn’t beachfront or adjacent to anything of note, but it’s a short walk down to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. Gym is typical of a hotel but roomy and near pool. Didn’t use pool or cabanas, but they looked nice and were easily served by interior bar. Overall, a hard to beat stay for the price in Santa Monica.

  This would not be my first choice to stay when going back to Santa Monica. The rooms need to be renovated. They are out dated and some smell like mildew. My allergies flared up while there. Location is fair, you are about a mile from the beach and shopping. Walking distance but not as close as I thought it would be. Service was FANTASTIC. And honestly the only reason why I would stay there again. The front desk was fun to talk with, made us feel welcomed, attended to our needs. Completely flexible and took great care of me and my family who also stayed. For the price per night of the hotel, Marriott MUST make improvements to the rooms of this hotel. It is not a five star. They need to re-evaluate that rating.

As a titanium platinum elite member who travels often, I highly recommend this as your hotel of choice in Santa Monica. I have zero complaints. As a side note, my car battery died while parked in garage and the valet was kind enough to jump start for me

  We were slightly worried given the reviews / ratings on the Marriott app but the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The lobby, pool area and rooms were gorgeous and well kept, the staff were SO friendly, it was easy walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants, and we were surprised to receive free valet parking (what a bonus). We also received an upgraded room despite staying on busy NYE - much appreciated. Would return in a heartbeat.

  My wife and I are "view" people when it comes to hotel rooms; we always look for that first. But I had literally a day to plan a weekend trip to the LA area; luckily Le Meridien still had ocean view rooms available, and for not exorbitant rates. We were pleasantly surprised by both the view - which is actually better than what's shown on the web site - and the size of the balcony. It's the biggest balcony I've ever had at a hotel, though be aware of the fact that they are not totally private balconies as each overlooks the one below. Our room was modern, clean and a decent size. I know this is an older building but our room appeared to have been renovated at some point. It did have a few minor maintenance issues (just a missing light fixture cover and a loose HVAC cover, as well as a clogged sink that got fixed quickly), but nothing that affected our stay. Overall it was a nice room. The beach and Santa Monica pier are just a few minute walk from the hotel. You can see the beach from the ocean view rooms; you'd be able to see the pier too but there's a building in between. But it's very close. I feel like the hotel's in a very good location; not right on the beach, but close enough and a hotel like this right on the beach would cost a lot more. So it's a really good value.

  We really enjoyed staying at La Meridien. The rooms were clean and stylish. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the location, being in walking distance from the shopping area, beach, and main street. We also liked how the hotel is tucked in the neighborhood and off the beaten path. There was no charge for parking which was nice. Kids enjoyed the pool and had fun.

  We had a very nice stay at this property and were very happy once we arrived. Great amenities and location is fantastic! If you are working from the hotel, there are amply options for good quick food nearby and walking distance to the beach, or Santa Monica proper where "everything" is located. Just had a personal matter that I tried addressing before arrival and up until the night of check-in when they still told me they couldn't accommodate and I asked if that meant I needed to find a new hotel, they put me on hold and, when they got back on, were able to meet my request. Had it not been for that making me feel that way leading up to our stay, it would have been the perfect experience. While I don't expect many to encounter those issues, it was enough to be memorable and only slightly impacted my feelings toward the hotel.

  My husband and I stayed in the jacuzzi suite for our anniversary and it was perfect! The check in was easy and the staff was so nice! But let’s talk about the room. Have a jacuzzi on the balcony with an ocean view is a dream come true! We might be spending every anniversary here! Perfect place for a getaway!

  We had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica! The hotel was beautiful, the room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the lovely pool. The staff was all very friendly and very helpful. Our granddaughter and our son and daughter-in-law had so much fun playing with us in the pool! And the location was perfect - we were able to walk everywhere - no need for a car! Beautiful walks on the beach, to the bike rental for bikes, so many wonderful restaurants, and to Santa Monica College to swim laps in the beautiful pool. This will definitely be our home away from home when we visit our family in Santa Monica!

The hotel is immaculate and the staff was warm, friendly and all did their job very well. The rooms were updated and spotless. The facilities were all excellent.   This hotel is fantastic! We were greeted by the most genuinely friendly and helpful desk clerk, Frances! And she always had a glass of Sparkling Rose or bottled water for us. We stayed 2 nights for a girls weekend to celebrate my daughters birthday. The bikes and the concierge were super helpful, friendly and fun to use! We rode all the way to Venice and all around and it was SO fun! The pool is a classic retro upgrade. We loved lying by the pool after our long ride and being able to order food and drinks. The Peloton and the gym were really great to use and nice to start the day. This hotel has really easy access to the beach and pier and it is very doable to go without needing a car rental. This is my favorite Bonvoy hotel so far! :)

  My husband and I was there for our anniversary and we needed a good getaway. We got everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. This is a great place to stay. The staff is great and I like the free valet parking. When you parked they would always ask if you needed your car later. They wanted to be sure they could get to your car quickly. One guy would always stay we’ll take care of you. I will definitely make this my first choice to stay if I’m ever back in the area!

  First of all, the staff is absolutely wonderful! They're helpful, accommodating, and ridiculously nice. The lobby is lovely, the pool is fine, the bar was serviceable, the food is okay. The location, well, it's kinda meh. It's a little far from downtown and the beach. We walked there for dinner the first night without too much trouble, but ended up driving for the rest of our visit. The room, though, good lord, the room. For a stay that cost the same as my hefty mortgage payment, I would expect A LOT better. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, repairs to the sink were visible, there was a chunk missing from the desk, the nightstand lamp didn't turn on, and the pictures were all crooked. There weren't any cups or glasses until the last day of our stay and there isn't a coffeemaker in the room so we paid $5 for a cup of burnt drip coffee from the bar every morning. Stupid stuff, I know, but still. The worst part was that our room looked out on a construction site--the Santa Monica High School was being demolished every single day of our visit. The helpful staff tried to move us, but it wasn't possible, so they did knock a few dollars off the total, but waking up every morning of our vacation to the sound of bulldozers didn't make me love Le Meridien. Overall, it was a fine place to park our suitcase while playing tourist in LA, but it really wasn't worth the money.

  The staff here will go above and beyond to assure your stay exceeds your expectation. Relax in the lobby with some bubbly, while they get you set up in your room. They brought us a coffee maker and all we needed for that (it does seem odd the rooms don’t come with that). Room service and housekeeping took great care of us, so we had things we needed and made sure we had fresh linens when needed.. The rooms and balconies were clean and comfortable. There is a huge tv which I don’t watch, but if you do it is big. Free parking and bikes to ride are wonderful as well.

  The looks to be renovated recently within the lobby and in our room, however, there were spots in the hotel room itself and room’s balcony that could have used some work. Smoke detectors in the room and light fixtures were either loose and lacked covers, making the room to appear run down. The hotel staff is quite friendly and quick to assist with whatever questions that came up. The hotel food area/bar was not open due to covid, but available to order by phone. We tried ordering a coffee at the bar, but were never served and prices were pretty steep. The hotel offers fun/free amenities such as beach cruisers and free hotel parking. The proximity to the beach is not ideal and is a bit of a walk to and from the hotel. With the amount of transient people around the area, my wife and I did not always have the most comfortable walk back to the hotel. I would suggest adding a small transport vehicle or two to their amenities to accommodate a shuttle service for residents of the hotel. Parking is not always free in and around the beach, so driving to and and from was not an ideal option. The beach cruisers were run down and were not the most enjoyable to ride since they were older and lacked quality (my tires were flat)… The hotel is nice in general, but the quality lacks in some areas. If you are fine with a little walking to the beach and are looking for a cheaper nightly fare, then this is a great choice.

  My husband and I booked a month ahead of time for one of the rooms with the jacuzzi on the balcony. It was very expensive but we had a good time. The location is perfect, far enough away from ocean for it to be quiet but close enough to walk to dinner. The service was good. We didn’t ask for much but when we did ask about a microwave they were able to give us one. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the room to get the most out of the jacuzzi so I can’t say much about the rest of the property except that the lobby was decorated very nicely. The front desk staff and valets were super nice too. I would definitely come again.

  Booked an ocean view balcony room. Upon arrival was greeted with champagne (which is given each day!) and was greeted with a friendly staff member. When we got to the room we were a little disappointed as it was on the corner of building making it more of a partial ocean view. We called and asked and were told they would try and move us to a better view the next day. The following day we received a call they had a different room for us and it was amazing. Exactly the view we were hoping for. There is also a nice game room available with pool and shuffleboard. Overall it was a great stay and great location, would definitely stay again if in the area!

  Décoration anciènne. Peu de lumière dans le lobby. Piscine très petite. Petit déjeuner sous forme de carte et non de buffet. Qualité du repas médiocre. Ratio qualité / prix très médiocre.

  Très décevant. Manque de professionnalisme. Énormément de bruit. Problème de facturation. A éviter !
