Positiv: Gut zu erreichendes B&B am Stadtrand von Sassari. Trotz der Nähe zur Einfahrtstraße nach Sassari wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, italienisches Frühstück, WLAN, Terrasse und in 25 Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum..

Bonne expérience. + lit très confortable - Dommage pour le petit-déjeuner avec des collations pré-emballées.

Positive: Zona immersa nella natura,silenziosa,rilassante e vicina anche a discount,bar,ristoranti...insomma,ottima posizione!.

Personnel serviable et accueillant, nouvelle structure, bien meublée et avec une attention aux détails. L'environnement environnant est naturel et relaxant, en même temps l'emplacement est proche du centre-ville. Optimal ! Optimal

Positive: Il B&B si trova nel verde ma a pochi passi dal centro, quindi in mezzo alla natura, senza i suoni del traffico. La struttura è nuova e ben arredata. La titolare gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

Positive: Accoglienza splendida, camera calda, accogliente e pulita, colazione semplice ma molto buona. Maria è molto gentile, disponibile e attenta ad ogni particolare. Negazione: .

Positive: L'accoglienza e l'ambiente.

Positif: Pas loin du centre à pied ... proche d'un supermarché Jardin sympa pour manger à l extérieur Coin tranquille sauf chiens qui aboient. Négatif: PETIT DEJEUNER PEU DE RENOUVELLEMENT ; TOUT EST COMPTE ... UNE CAPSULE DE CAFE / JOUR / PERSONNE . OBLIGER DE QUEMANDER DES SACHETS DE TISANE ET PAPIER TOILETTE ACHETE A EURO SPIN (supermarché) à 3 minutes à pied car pas renouvelé.

Un lieu de paix dans la ville, pratique pour toutes les destinations, et Mme Maria qui vous met à l'aise en satisfaisant chaque besoin.

Negative: In the picture the place looked way better, when we got there the house was very old had cracks in the walls , lots of ants , spiderwebs etc, would not reccommed.

Très agréable et accueillant, je le recommande à tout le monde.

Positiv: Die Bilder des Wohnzimmers entsprechen dem aktuellen Zustand. Gleich ggü. ist ein Supermarkt. Die Lage ist ruhig und Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür. Das Frühstück entspricht der Beschreibung.. Negativ: Schimmel und Rost im Badezimmer. Es war bestimmt ein sehr schönes Badezimmer aber durch die Feuchtigkeit lässt sich der Schimmel nicht vermeiden..

Positive: Maria was a excellent host,the location is perfect,free parking and wi-fi,breakfast on the terrace.Definitely recommend!.

Positive: Great location, nice calm area and comfortable place in italian style :) we felt realy good staying there, there were place to rest in the evening also in garden. Landlord was carrying, keeping towels clean and supplying needed stuff everyday. Great coffee!. Negative: Too sweet breakfast.

Positif: Il y a de la place, de quoi sécher les vêtements et la douche était propre.. Négatif: Not being able to get answer for the first day, I had to go to the brother then wait for a friend and when I had question O had to wait until the next day in the evening to get a simple answer. The toilette didn't look really good and if there is other guest you can hear evrything..

Positive: There is a a big place in front of the property where you can left your care. But it is not a safe private parking, most-like a kind of public parking for all. The girl was very helpful (extra coffee capsule if needed). Towels and bedclothes changed more frequently that needed. A friendly cat outside the property. A kind o supermarket nearby (3minutes on foot). If you have a hired car and you do not want to enter in the city only by foot (the soft crashed cars seems to be usual in Sassari), it is a perfect location. You can reach the center of the city in 20-30minutes on foot. The kitchen have fridge, coffee maker (capsule), microwave oven (was very dirty inside... we used kitchen towels to protect the food), water boiler. The room have air conditioner.. Negative: The first shock was the "breakfast"... some kind of shop-type sweat snacks. The snacks was good at daytime when you needed something sweet, but for the breakfast not. Unfortunately the kitchen have no possibility for cooking, so we was limited to eat cold breakfast (salamis, vegetables form the supermarket). For us this was the great minus of the property. The worst breakfast ever. Only some other minor things. The photos of the property are accurate but more artistic than in the reality. The rooms are at the basement of a house with rusty metal parts (especially in the bathroom) . The radiators worked, but only at daytime - I do not understand the logic, because it was cold only at the nighttime. The hot water is not enough for two persons to take a normal shower..

Positiva: Un sitio genial para descansar y muy cómodo para pasar varias noches.. Negativa: Está un poco alejado del centro pero es una ventaja a la hora de descansar ya que esta en una zona muy tranquila.

Un endroit vraiment confortable, propre et bien meublé! Avec parking et dans un quartier calme mais à deux pas du centre! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr!

Positief: Locatie i.v.m. pakeren, wat in de stad een ramp is.. Negatief: Slechte kwaliteit lattenbodem bed.

Positif: Chambres vastes et belles salles de bain. Salon et kitchenette à disposition, très appréciable. Beau décor et charmant accueil. Possibilité de garer nos motos.. Négatif: Manque un peu de salé au petit déjeuner.

Négatif: Le petit-déjeuner ..

Positiva: Por precio tampoco se puede pedir más está bien.... Negativa: La cama era incómoda para 1 noche está bien pero para más de 1 día no se descansa muy bien.

Positif: À 5 mn du centre en voiture avec un petit extérieur.

Pozitív: Tisza volt.. Negatív: A szoba egy ház alagsorában van, egy pici ablakkal. Borzasztó meleg és levegőtlen, sötét, légkondicionáló nincs. A reggeli előre csomagolt, boltban megvásárolható "sütemények"..

Chambres très propres et bien rangées. Propriétaire très attentionné et minutieux. Répéter.

Chambre d'hôtes très accueillante chambre spacieuse salon bien équipé propreté irréprochable excellent accueil. Différents choix de petit-déjeuner également pour les coeliaques sur demande

Propriétaires / personnel sympathiques, chambres propres et confortables, à proximité du centre. Je reviendrai!
