  We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for the many places we wanted to visit in the greater Tampa/ St. Petersburg area. It was new, clean and everyone was friendly. The only issue we had was that food ran out quickly at breakfast due to a sports team staying there. it limited our choices. Otherwise, this was fabulous!

  Well-appointed amenities in the room, a nice swimming pool (heated at the time), and a jacuzzi. Didn't try the fitness center, but seemed to have good machines. On-site laundry. Delicious breakfast buffet to start the day. Friendly, patient help with the SmartTV - every hotel seems to do it differently. Great location with Walmart in the next parking lot - convenient for items you may not know you need until you need them. Great Location - only about a 5-minute drive from Gulf Beaches, can drive to others up and down Gulf Blvd quickly. Also, about a 10-minute drive to a mall. Some restaurants are in the vicinity. Good Internet service which I relied on mixing business and pleasure. Will return in the off-season - price is elevated in high season which is expected but at least you know you won't regret your decision to stay there!

  I love IHG and normally the service I get, however the staff at Madeira Beach are by far the worst I have encountered. From inception at the front desk that was very rude when asked questions. I had to call the desk to get rooms beside of me and above me settled as they were so loud by wife daughter and We could not sleep. I spoke to the room next door to see if anyone had spoken to them and they said no. They noise continued for days. Unfortunately there were no other places to stay as there was a basketball tournament in town. Beware also the property is in the parking lot of Walmart.

  Comfortable bed , great location close to everything clean we have over 150 night this year staying at IHG hotels so we see a big difference in each one We would definitely stay here again, Even though they did not acknowledge our Diamond status.

  Everything was clean up to date and fresh. Front desk was amazing. My only wish was for a last minute rate. I don't know why there can't b a lower rate for last minute when hotel has plenty of empty rooms.

  This hotel was perfect for returning to after a long day of work. It had the feeling of home, the water pressure was relaxing and just what I needed. The location is great and close to restaurants, etc. I woke up energized and in a great mood after sleeping in a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

  Madeira Beach Holiday Inn is centrally located and close to the beach, Seminole, The VA Center, shopping, and restaurants. The gym has a good array of equipment, including an exerbike, treadmills, ellipticals, weights, kettle balls, exercise mat, and bench. The machines have TV screens, too. A decent, free breakfast is served every morning. There is a pantry for after hours beverages and munchies. A mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, an iron, and a safe are standard in each room. The rooms are clean. There is a nice magnifying makeup mirror and Dove products in the bathroom. Alas, there was no fan in our bathroom. Pets, with a small surcharge, are welcome at this location. I noticed approximately ten dogs on the property during my stay. An accommodating staff with an eye for cleanliness makes this location a great place to stay.

  L'emplacement est assez bon, mais un peu à l'écart - vous devriez en être conscient. Notre chambre et notre salle de bain étaient un peu vieilles, mais tout était propre et bien rangé ! Un buffet américain typique est inclus, ainsi qu'un parking gratuit devant la porte. Le rapport prix/performance était un peu élevé de mon point de vue, mais sinon tout allait bien ! :)

  I tell all my friends that there's no sense staying anywhere except Holiday Inn Express, always. The accommodations, the staff, the cleanliness, the friendliness and the breakfast are all super, first rate. But now I will tell my friends who smoke to go elsewhere. Because even if you do not smoke in the room, if you bring the smell of smoke in the room on your clothing or on your belongings, they will charge you a $250 fee. This is horrendous. When I checked in, the man pointed at the box and said, "This is a non-smoking room, if you smoke in the room it will cost you $250." He did not say if there is a smell of smoke in the room, he said "If you smoke in the room..." I did not smoke in the room, but I was still charged. The policy has to be changed or explained better to those checking in. I never had this problem before at any holiday inn express.

  Upon check-in I was upgraded to a bigger room for being a Rewards member without asking. The room was large, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean throughout. This location was close to beaches and even had a Walmart next door which was convenient. I would stay again.

  The room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, walmart across the parking lot as well as restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel is just a short distance to the beach. Breakfast was buffet style with lots to choose from. Had a very relaxing and comfortable fire pit area perfect to have a drink and unwind. Hot Tub was nice when it worked. Only thing we didn't like was how cold the pool was.

  Upon arrival we were informed the shuttle that was to carry us within four miles of the hotel (e.g. to the nearest beach) was not available. Since we made our reservations a couple of months prior to our stay, removing that amenity from the hotel website did us no good. As a result, we spent over $125 in Uber costs to get to the mass transportation pick-up/drop-off point when that should have been free with the shuttle. I receive multiple emails about my "upcoming" stay when I book. I don't think it is too much to ask to have the hotel notify me the free shuttle service had been discontinued temporarily. The room was clean to my standards. The breakfast and the attendants covering breakfast were excellent. The hotel was conveniently located to a Walmart which helped, since the shuttle service couldn't get us to Maderia Beach's restaurants. All in all, I give this stay a 7/10.

  Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and the bathroom was very spacious. Lost of restaurants in the area and a Walmart just across the parking lot. The only negative thing we can say is the safe in the room was not working. On the first day we spoke with the front desk twice on the issue and call them twice. Each time they responded with "The technician is getting his tools and will be right there". After our two night stay the safe still wasn't fixed.

  The only issue I had was that I needed a disabled room with a roll in shower. I got that room on the ground floor however, it was right at the end of the corridor so everytime I wanted anything or went to breakfast or get ice, I had to walk the full length of the corridor twice to get there and back. I had booked my stay way back in February so I can't understand why they didn't hold the room I have had in the past which is the first room down the corridor. They said that they would move me if they could but unfortunately hurricane Ian came and after 3 nights I had to check out and go back to Orlando. I love all the choices that you give people at breakfast and have enjoyed the same in hotels at home in the UK and find that extremely great. You can choose whatever you want having different things each day. Also having it included in the price is also a real bonus. Keep up the good work.

  Ms. Emily at the front desk is AMAZING!! She went out of her way to make sure my stay excellent. I am repeat guest at this location. I am also an Ihg employee/ shift supervisor for another ihg property. Ms. Emily always makes sure that my stay is prefect there. EXCELLENT SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK, THE BREAKFAST STAFF, AND HOUSEKEEPING!

  If you find yourself a $29 Motel it would be better than this place. Walked into lobby with ceiling tiles removed from water leak... was assigned room 314... bathroom flooded... cleaned it up 3 times... water kept coming back... they moved us to 328... room had damaged and torn apart furniture... such a skeezy room... couldn't sleep... AC rattled loudly all night... manager on said the GM Tarik would speak to me and agreed rooms were unacceptable... however... GM was "Out" all morning and promised he would call me within 1 hour... 5 hours later... I called and they said he went home... I called next day... 3 messages and an email with pics... and a week later... Nothing... totally unacceptable... do yourself a favor and AVOID this place... had to dispute charges... awful experience

  Bien situé, secteur calme et tranquille. Grand nettoyage. Certains préposés (je pense que seulement deux) pourraient être plus sympathiques mais rien qui ne gêne l'hébergement. Le petit déjeuner inclus est simple mais en même temps excellent, avec une bonne variété.

  Upon arrival it was discovered that the reservation center had made an error i location. The desk staff immediately resolved the issue without incident. The breakfast was much better than expected with a nice variety of items to choose from. The accommodations were excellent and very clean.

  My daughter loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was delicious. Three types of juice, apple cranberry and orange juice. Also tea and coffer all day long. Nice comfy beds and soft big towels. Close to Walmart and Starbucks within walking distance. Also two propane grills by pool.

  I loved this hotel, I’ve stayed before and it didn’t disappoint the 2nd time! I love how they have a free shuttle to the beach and also how close you are to things! I’ve never had a problem here great place to stay for a few days or even a week. They have great outdoor seating, and the bed are comfortable.

  From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was super and were able to handle any requests we had. The housekeeping people were friendly as we passed by. The breakfast was great and the attendant was super friendly. That makes for such a great feeling.

  We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, spacious room and grounds. Everything is well maintained and the staff friendly. Being across from the VA hospital is a huge plus in addition to the nearby selection of restaurants and a Walmart within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to return when the occassion calls.

  Been coming to this hotel for four years while visiting family. It was beautiful when first opened, but now has taken on a “doggy” smell and looking a little warn. Folks think they can leave their kids and dogs alone in rooms while they go out for the nite, and, of course, kids race up and down halls, yelling, playing and being kids… the door slamming is unbearable and unexceptable. Hotel close to family, but will seriously reconsider another next time we are in town.

  Positive: Clean pool, pool hour closing of 11pm is convenient, clean room. The best thing about this hotel chain is they are family friendly and will let you have your kids stay in the same room as long as there is a paid adult and you keep the room clean. Negative: When I called to get add'l towels, the front desk sounded irritated that I asked. Then the breakfast crew made it very clear that they close at 930 am by closing one side of the door while guests were within the timeframe and still getting food.Very rude.

  Positive: Staff was extremely polite. And the breakfast was a nice touch. Negative: I was given a room that was already occupied and there was no other rooms available. So we had to wait. The room given to us was not cleaned as promised. The bed had a lot of hair from the previous visitors. I got cut in the shower by the shampoo pumps

Negative: Some of the front desk workers were not helpful. I went to ask for towels because no one came between our stays to freshen up the room. The front desk worker said she would have some sent up. They never came. Waited for towels the next day, never came.

  Positive: The lady at front desk with red hair was so kind and helpful, really appreciate her. I am sooo grateful for the hot breakfast!!!! Negative: The only issue with room was that there was moldy calking in the shower which was a real disappointment since it was a good hotel otherwise. The breakfast ladies were very curt and it was noticeable to customers.

  Staff was friendly and attentive. Responded right away to all requests. Room was clean, shower was great, and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and breakfast food was average. Very short drive to beaches! Outside hot tub was nice. My only disappointment was that we stayed here in November and the outdoor pool was supposed to be heated but the water was too cold to swim. Did not feel like the water was heated. Need to turn up the heat during the cooler months.

  We were impressed by everything at our hotel from check-in to check-out! Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were modern, clean and comfortable. Prices were good considering how nice the property was and the location is so convenient to beautiful beaches and other things to do. And the fresh coffee always available in the lobby was wonderful! It was the perfect place to stay.

  Our room was clean, the Queen size beds slept wonderful. The staff was so kind with smiles when they spoke to you. The breakfast bar was very good to wake up to without having to leave the motel to get breakfast and the food was great! We loved the large shower and all the towels was soft and white.

  This hotel is extremely clean and tidy. They offer a shuttle on the hour within 5 miles of the hotel which we used often. That’s a very nice option versus renting a car. The showers were excellent, lots of pressure and hot. The pool and hot tub was clean and very nice place to relax after a long day. The breakfast was a bit more that your average continental breakfast but I have a special diet so I really can’t elaborate too much on the food. We would definitely stay again, they are also right across the street from shopping and restaurants so we could just walk there, good location. It was perfect and made our visit that much more enjoyable.

  6 night stay while our ac being repaired over a holiday weekend. Staff was all very friendly and professional. Outside areas were very nice from pool area to other areas with comfortable furnishings for relaxing. Room Was very comfortable with better mattress than I have at home (need to find out what brand). Room was set up very nice with small refrigerator and black out blinds. Bathroom was very nice with big shower and soft towels. Lobby area was comfortable with multiple areas to sit and computers with printers. Breakfast area large with wonderful hot breakfast which was a surprise. It was not help yourself but that had someone to hand you the food with a nice selection. Hand sanitizer stations in common areas.

  Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. The shower pressure was the BEST! This hotel is literally in a Walmart parking lot. This was a huge plus for our family who traveled by plane. We were able to purchase everything we needed and some things we didn't need (lol!) for our trips to the beach. There is a patio and a lot of seating for breakfast. Overall we recommend this hotel for family looking for an affordable hotel close to the beach. They also have a free shuttle that will take you within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.

  We stayed here for about 9 days. There is onsite laundry which was great while traveling with kids. Staff was all friendly and easy to talk to. Location is right next to Walmart so you can get groceries easily with the Walmart pick up or delivery (which we used and was also great!). Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

  Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by friendly staff. The room was easy to find and enter. The room was spacious and I was happy to have a fridge and microwave. The sheets on the bed were clean and smelled freshly laundered. The only negative about the room was the floor. It seemed like a cheap indoor/outdoor carpet and seemed worn and not comfortable to walk on without shoes. But overall I have a good stay and would stay again.

  Overall a great property. Rooms were updated and clean. Front desk staff was informative and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast attendant was great. Very friendly and great at her job. The only issue I had during my visit was the WiFi in the room wasn’t working. I was told they were having problems with it. I had to get some work done so this was a slight problem. Otherwise this is a great updated hotel with friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms.

  Absolutely loved the hotel and our stay. My kids loved their pool and I was happy with the service we received. My only complaint was that I was told I booked a 2 bedroom suite (that I don't believe is even a thing) with enough places for 6 people to sleep which was very important as I was traveling with my wife and 4 kids. However we only had 2 queen beds. They did bring a roller bed but one of my kids had to sleep on the floor. Other than that, we all had a great time on our vacation.

  Great hotel for price. Super nice staff. Comfy bed. Over all clean too. Bathroom could use a little more attention in the shower area. Breakfast was good and quick even though it was not self serve. Very impressive how fast they get you through the line. Love the location to John's Pass, stores, restaurants, and the beach. If ever in the area we will be back to stay.

  The hotel overall is great. I had a king bed and it was super comfy. I was very pleased with the room I was given had only a large walk-in shower. This was a nice surprise. The pool area is well lit and clean. There is also a outdoor lounging area that was set up with lighting and lounging furniture which is the first I have seen at a Holiday Inn. My only complaints are that my room was right next to the fitness room, which also happens to be right down the hall from the lounge and pool area. The walls are thin and I could hear every slamming door in and out of those areas. Also, as I was pleased that they are still serving a hot breakfast, I believe that more choices could still be offered and even some that were, were not told to when asking the server of the food options, such as I was never told they had french toast but heard another person as for it and told they did. And even though the hot tub was nice and hot, the pool was not heated so I was unable to enjoy in November.

  Faire connaître le plan dès l’arrivée du client au comptoir pour qu’on puisse s’inscrire le plus tôt possible et profiter des escomptes
