Une expérience merveilleuse, à refaire

Emplacement parfait sur la piazza duomo, chambre super spacieuse avec lit confortable, salle de bain moderne avec douche fabuleuse, dommage que ce soit au troisième étage sans ascenseur et le petit déjeuner n'est pas le meilleur. Dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerais, le propriétaire est très serviable et gentil!

Position très centrale sur la place principale d'Ortigia. Chambre moyenne. Personnel amical. L'absence d'ascenseur est un sérieux handicap, surtout pour ceux qui ont beaucoup de bagages. Le petit déjeuner n'a rien de spécial, il peut certainement être amélioré. L'hôtel est situé dans une grande ztl, nous nous sommes garés à plus d'un kilomètre à pied et nous sommes arrivés épuisés. Nous ne voulions pas nous aventurer au parking Talete (recommandé par l'hôtel) et nous en avons choisi un à l'extérieur d'Ortigia. Nous voulions éviter le trafic et la frénésie du quartier.

Excellent emplacement dans le centre historique. Très belle chambre, neuve, soignée et propre. Bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner amélioré !

Positive: Viaggio e scrivo recensioni per Booking da anni, devo dire che stavolta la struttura è andata , in positivo, oltre le mie aspettative. Un bellissimo week end. Per ordine: la proprietaria gentilissima, mi ha contattato prima dell'arrivo per whazzapp, spiegandomi perfettamente come arrivare, non solo: poichè abbiamo soggiornato non in stagione piena, ed avendo la camera non occupata a sera prima, la signora ci ha consentito di fare il check in anticipato la mattina, cosi da consentirci di lasciare i bagagli e visitare ortigia per tutta la giornata, anzichè dal pomeriggio. La struttura: tenuta benissimo e dotata di tutto, il nostro appartamento aveva un locale giorno con divano e con finestra con affaccio proprio sul duomo e una camera da letto anche questa con affaccio sul duomo. In più vi è un terrazzo (ad uso comune anche di altri ospiti) dal quale si domina tutta ortigia , ottimo per farsi un aperitivo prima di scegliersi il ristorante per la cena. Colazione super, nonostante le restrizioni covid, con tanti prodotti home made, buonissimi. La posizione: Siamo con affaccio su Piazza del duomo, la foto è stata scattata dalla finestra di camera. Vado spesso a Siracusa per turismo, ho soggiornato in tante altre strutture, ma una volta provata questa non ho dubbi di tornarci. Negazione: Nulla.

Positive: La struttura è collocata in pieno centro, proprio sulla piazza del Duomo, è ideale per chi voglia godersi Ortigia e le sue bellezze. Tutto molto nuovo, arredamento moderno e spazi funzionali. Roberta, la proprietaria, ha saputo darci le giuste dritte per il nostro seppur breve soggiorno.. Negazione: Nulla che riguardi la struttura... ma se dovessimo tornare, sceglieremmo di pernottare nelle suite che sono assolutamente favolose.

Positive: Posizione eccellente accanto al duomo, struttura ristrutturata con attenzione al design.. Negazione: Colazione preconfezionata, tre piani di scale senza ascensore impegnativi se si hanno bagagli voluminosi.

Positive: Oltre alla struttura ed alla location, è stato eccezionale arrivare in Hotel nella tarda serata, direttamente in Piazza al centro di Siracusa con Roberta che ci guidava dal portone dell'Hotel. Esperienza eccezionale.. Negazione: La mancanza dell'ascensore, anche se non ho dovuto faticare per portare in camera la valigia aiutato dalla proprietaria..

Positive: L' accoglienza e la location. Eccellente!. Negazione: Andare via!.

Positive: Everything: perfect location in Ortigia, plenty of light and a balcony (in our room), wonderful view on the main square and the palazzi, spacious and tasteful interiors, comfortable bed, well situated sockets, functioning WiFi, easy contact with the host, plenty of information on Syracuse, well organised breakfast (prepared but self-service). Be ware of other locations which are in basements. Price vs quality it is definitely one of the best options in town.. Negative: In summer evenings it can get a bit noisy, A well functioning air conditioning and the double glazing reduce the noise considerably. By 23 latest 24 the noise stops and in the mornings it’s very quiet..

Pratiquement parfait. Grand appartement confortable avec une vue imprenable sur la Piazza del Duomo. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec des produits locaux traditionnels, également disponible en dehors des heures d'ouverture.

Positif: La propriétaire vraiment adorable ! L endroit unique !. Négatif: Les 3 étages à monter et le bruit de la place le soir mais quand on choisi le centre c est normal.

Positif: L'emplacement extra dans Ortigia, 1 piazza Duomo , au coeur de l'ancienne ville. La propreté.. Négatif: Le petit déjeuner quelconque composé uniquement de produits industriels, c'est dommage..

Positiv: - Lage direkt an einem der schönsten Plätze Italiens mit einem sensationellen Blick auf Platz seibst und den Palazzo gegenüber (quasi in die Wohngemächer des Grafen). Spannend ist der Blick auf den Domplatz und das Treiben dort zu den verschiedenen Tageszeiten. - Hübscher Balkon mit Blick (s.o.) - Wunderschönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes sehr großes (!) Zimmer mit tollen Bett und riesigem Fernseher (den man aber in einer solchen Stadt nicht wirklich braucht...) - Hinterhof mit kleiner Terrasse zum Entspannen - Freundliche Vermieterin. Negativ: - Da es (noch) kein Schild gibt, nicht auf Anhieb zu finden (Luxusproblem...)...: Das nächste Treppenhaus nach dem B&B Duomo ist es, und dort ganz nach oben, und dann hinter einer Gittertür links. - Etwas seltsam ist die Frühstückssituation: Anscheinend ist es kein reines Bed and Breakfast, sondern eher eine Unterkunft, die teilweise ständig bewohnt ist. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit eigenständig nutzbarem Kühlschrank, darin befinden sich aber auch die Frühstücksutensilien, die man sich selbstständig nimmt. Das "Frühstück" war auf jedem Fall insofern enttäuschend, als dass wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass man bedient wird, dem war aber nicht so. Eine kleine Kapselkaffeemaschine steht zur Selbstbedienung bereit, Eierbecher sind gedeckt, aber Eier nicht vorhanden, abgepackter Käse und Schinken lagen im Kühlschrank bereit... (!?). Insgesamt eine sehr seltsame Atmosphäre, dafür war das Zimmer wirklich sehr sehr schön. Am Besten ist es, man vergisst das Frühstück und frühstückt irgendwo auf dem Domplatz. - Das B&B ist sehr neu, vielleicht gibt es einfach ein paar Startschwierigkeiten... der Blick und die Lage sind - wie schon beschrieben, sensationell.....

Positive: Location and size of the apartment are amazing. Roberta, the owner, is very nice and works very hard to satisfy her guests.. Negative: 1 day no water, but that was throughout the whole city.

Positiva: La amabilidad de la anfitriona. La ubicación del alojamiento es excepcional..

Positive: This place is a real gem in the heart of Siracusa. Everything was just perfect. The hostess Roberta was super kind and helpful and took very good care of us. Definately staying here again if ever coming back to Siracusa..

Nous avons séjourné avec un de mes amis dans ce bel endroit pendant 5 jours : un emplacement parfait car il surplombe la Piazza Duomo, un environnement accueillant et flambant neuf. Les grandes chambres finement meublées, avec un excellent nettoyage; grand petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de variété de choses. Sans oublier la propriétaire Roberta, une personne merveilleuse d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité uniques ! Nous reviendrons certainement bientôt !!

L'emplacement est incroyable! L'environnement est raffiné et meublé avec goût. Mais les vacances ont également été merveilleuses grâce à l'hospitalité de Roberta qui nous a donné de précieux conseils pour visiter la région. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !!!

Qu'en est-il de ce B&B ? Merveilleux, avec une attention portée à chaque détail, des chambres spacieuses, d'une propreté impeccable, dans une position unique (notre chambre donnait sur la Piazza Duomo) ... vraiment un bijou !!! Nous espérons revenir l'été prochain !!!
