Nous avons passé 15 jours à Casa Michela, où nous avons été accueillis avec sympathie et cordialité. Emplacement pratique sur le parcours avec de nombreux services à portée de main.Confortable le studio pour ce qui peut être utilisé en vacances. Merci pour tout Francesca❗️❗️

Positive: Siamo contentissimi di aver scelto Casa Michela! Una vista sul mare e porto splendida! L'appartamento e' bello anche dentro ed e' ben atrezzato, ci sono tutte le cose utili. I proprietari sono sempre disponibili. Ci piacerebbe ritornarci al piu' presto!.

Positive: posto incantevole gestore fantastico e sempre a disposizione la casa semplice ma completa di tutto. Negazione: avrei preferito avere più stoviglie sopratutto pentole davvero poche e nonostante sia prevista nel paese la differenziata l appartamento è sfornito dei contenitori.

Positive: Posizione. Negazione: Doccia praticamente inagibile, TV senza ricezione canali, cucina con il minimo indispensabile.

Positive: Piano cucina. Negazione: Pulizia del bagno inesistente, scale veramente alte, pochissima pressione dell’acqua, difficoltà nel fare la doccia..

Positive: Disponibilità dei proprietari, ottima posizione fronte mare e strategica per visitare Cefalù e Palermo..

Positif: La vue sur la mer est agréable. Nous avons apprécié la chambre propre, spacieuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner au bar était bien. La proximité de l'autoroute était également un plus.. Négatif: La difficulté pour se garer, la douche un peu étroite, le bidon de clim. à vider très souvent (il faudrait un bidon plus gros) et la wifi pas très performante..

Studios (1er ou 2ème étage) avec cuisine séparée équipée de la climatisation, près de la mer et à environ quelques kilomètres de la plage. Bon emplacement pour visiter les villes environnantes, il permet également de profiter de la ligne de chemin de fer. L'idée du propriétaire de choisir la dernière génération de luminaires pour avoir une meilleure isolation avec la rue assez passante en contrebas est excellente. Dommage que la terrasse commune au troisième étage ne soit pas aménagée et peu utilisable. Il y a des barrières architecturales, pas d'ascenseur. accepte les animaux de compagnie. Pietro s'est avéré être une personne très sympathique et serviable. Bon garçon.

Positive: The apartment is conveniently located right in the middle of San Nicola l’Arena, steps away from the shops - a supermarket, a greengrocer, a baker as well as the cafe who offers breakfast to the guests - and reasonably close to the harbor and a couple of nice seaside restaurants. Our bedroom was spacious, new and nicely furnished, and we found everything was perfectly clean. We are a couple with a small child and had plenty of space for ourselves, his bed and all our stuff. Despite being really close to the train tracks and a rather noisy Main Street, the apartment was very silent thanks to some nicely isolated windows. The air conditioning worked really well and was really silent. Although we hardly used the kitchen, it looked new and quite functional. Our breakfast, although limited to a hot beverage and a pastry, was always fresh and really good.. Negative: We arrived on a Saturday while the apartment manager - mr. Pietro - was sick, and were greeted by a kind lady who gave us the keys yet could only share basic instructions on everything else. Unfortunately we found out the water pump had been turned off for some reason, and since mr. Pietro couldn’t be back until Monday we had little to no water for two days. We also realized the water heater was off and had to turn it on ourselves in order to have hot water. The apartment’s WiFi connection wasn’t working. Mr. Pietro gave us an alternative option but then told us we couldn’t use it and sent somebody to fix the original line. The guy showed up mid-afternoon, interrupting our child’s afternoon nap, yet still couldn’t fix the problem, so we just ended up using 4G. While the room and kitchen were nicely and recently furnished, the same can’t be said for the apartment’s bathroom, who really needs a refresh. The entrance to the apartment was constantly blocked by the downstairs shop’s stuff (inflatable beach chairs, flip-flop shelves and the like), and we often found packs of newspapers on the stairs, blocking our way up and down. As the town of Trabia just recently started recycling, our hosts seemed rather confused on how we should handle the different types of trash. Luckily we had the paper and plastic bins right across the street, yet we had to get creative with the “undifferentiated” trash, as there was no clear way for disposing of it - we ended up bringing it to the town’s recycling center, after we found out the right day and opening times to do that. I guess this should have been the host’s responsibility, not ours. There was no broom, mop or bucket in the apartment, so we had no way of cleaning, and no cleaner came during the six days of our stay. By the end, the floor was rather dusty from all the sand we had brought from the beach, and so was the bed. Finally, free parking close to the apartment was not always easy to find..

Positief: Groot schoon appartement. Met uitzicht op de haven. In een klein maar levendig dorpje met een paar goede restaurants. 30 min van Cefalu en 45 van Palermo. Contact met verhuurder ging prima. Heeft een winkel onder de appartementen. Het ontbijt kregen we in het naast gelegen restaurant. Koffie met croissant. Voor ons niet genoeg, maar je kan zelf bijhalen.. Negatief: Na aantal keer proberen werkte de Wi-Fi het niet. Achter het appartement ligt een spoor. Je hoort de trein wel, maar hoeft er geen last van te hebben. Rijdt snachts niet..

Positiva: La gente del lugar es muy amable y a unos kilometros bajando por un barranco en medio de la carretera encontramos una cala muy bonita en la que había pocos bañistas. La comida en el pueblo es buena y a buen precio.. Negativa: No había una buena playa pública en el pueblo y la mayoría del espacio en las playas es privado..

Positive: Lovely view over the harbour. Good facilities in apartment .. Negative: On second floor so climbing stairs was not so good ..

Positiva: Todo. Negativa: Más presión de agua en la ducha.

Positiva: Las vistas y el pueblo muy pueblo.. Negativa: Nada.

Pozytywna: Podobała mi się atmosfera panująca w miasteczku. Lokalizacja była odpowiednia do wypadów na wschód i zachód. Gospodarze byli bardzo przyjemni i pomocni..

Négatif: L'appartement est situé à proximité d'une voie ferrée où passe un train toutes les 10 à 15 minutes. Il n'y a pas de bons restaurants à proximité. La salle de bains et les toilettes sont très simples. La literie n'est pas confortable..
