Pas de climatisation

Je devais séjourner dans ce B&B du 2 au 6 juillet, dans la chambre triple. Malheureusement, la première nuit, mon partenaire et moi avons remarqué que le lit était infesté de punaises de lit. Nous avons rapidement informé le gars qui nous avait laissé les clés qu'il était notre seul lien avec les propriétaires. Nous avons donc découvert que le problème était connu des propriétaires, mais, visiblement, les précautions nécessaires n'avaient pas été prises (il existe des protocoles définis de l'ASL pour les structures d'hébergement qui ont ce genre de problème). A cela s'ajoute le mauvais traitement reçu : aucune aide pour trouver un autre logement et des réticences à nous accorder un remboursement qui nous a tout de suite semblé juste. Mauvaise expérience, déconseillé.

Le logement est très bien situé. De plus, une vue magnifique sur le centre-ville et la mer. Les chambres elles-mêmes sont spacieuses et bien équipées (voir photos). Le gestionnaire de l'établissement était également très sympathique et arrangeant. Il y a aussi une place de parking directement devant le logement sur rendez-vous. Il y a une déduction d'étoiles pour le fait que le logement s'appelle "Bed & Breakfast" mais malheureusement aucun petit déjeuner n'est offert.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage (20 Min. zu Fuß vom Zentrum). Dazu einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Stadtkern und das Meer. Die Zimmer selbst sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet (siehe Bilder). Auch der Verwalter der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt nach Absprache außerdem einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft.. Negativ: Den Punkt Abzug gibt es dafür, dass sich die Unterkunft „Bed&Breakfast“ nennt aber leider kein Frühstück angeboten wird..

Positiv: Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer einmalig. Die ruhige Umgebung war für uns eine angenehme Abwechslung zum Stadtleben. Die steilen Gassen bis zur Unterkunft und weiter in Richtung S.Luigi haben wir zu Fuß genossen...Und ein privater Parkplatz war auch vorhanden!. Negativ: Alles war einfach perfekt!.

Positief: De kamer is comfortabel, goed ingericht, genoeg opbergruimte. Mooi uitzicht op de Golf. Niet ver van het centrum. Eigen parkeerplaats.. Negatief: Liberty sul Golfo staat als B en B beschreven, maar er is geen ontbijt. Voor ons geen probleem, maar misschien een waterkoker per kamer voorzien..

Положительный: Чистое и удобное место с хорошим расположением.. Негативный: Не хватает кофеварки и персонального холодильника..

Positiv: Blick über die Stadt und die Bucht. Grandios.. Negativ: Frühstück hat gefehlt..

Positiv: Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Blick auf die Stadt war wunderschön. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Es wurde uns unkompliziert ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung gestellt.. Negativ: Es war ein B&B, aber ein Frühstück konnte nicht gebucht werden. Es gab kein Cafe und auch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft stellte nur einen Kühlschrank zur Verfügung, keine Kitchenette..

Positiv: Gute Aussicht auf den Hafen. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet.. Negativ: Ein Bed und Breakfast ohne jegliche Möglichkeit sich morgens ein Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen. Keine Küchenausstattung vorhanden. Die nächste Bar zum Frühstücken liegt 1,5 km in der Stadt. Sehr steile Straßen praktisch nur mit PKW erreichbar. Vermieter hat früher wohl Frühstück angeboten, jetzt leider nicht mehr. Schlüssel Üergabe fand durch Studenten statt und dann war man auf sich gestellt. Im Haus viele Treppen zum Teil sehr eng und steil. Nicht für Personen geeignet die nicht sportlich sind..

Positive: La camera è spaziosa e pulita. La terrazza ha una vista panoramica invidiabile. Il key holder è stato gentile e presente nel risolvere i vari intoppi che sono capitati.. Negazione: Gli spazi comuni sono da migliorare. Non c’è un frigo bar, un angolo cottura per lasciare cibo o bevande o per farsi un caffè. La terrazza comune non ci ha consentito di lasciare mai le tende aperte. Sarebbe il caso di spostare il separè per dare la giusta privacy alla camera che dà su tale terrazza. Abbiamo avuto qualche disavventura iniziale quali la mancanza dell’antenna tv e il sifone della doccia intasato..

Positive: The room is in the attic. Newly but very sparsely funnitured. It was clean, with private bathroom. There are 2 rooms for rent. Ours was with view over the city and sea from the roof window, but only while standing on the bed. Because of the attic most of the ceiling is lower, one must watch not to hit one´s head. The other room showed on the pictures looking as dinning room as well as the balcony are actually shared with other guests. As well as the only ONE parking lot is shared for 2 guests. Although our neighbors were not noisy, one could hear ordinary speech and everything through thin walls.. Negative: No supermarkets , nor restaurants near. Not enough furniture to put our things in. A fridge would be fine. Or facilities to make tee or coffe. No sitting possiblity on the balcony. No breakfast available. It is rented like a hotel room with no services. If it is an appartment, one could care for himself, but it is not equipped like that. Parking difficult to find in narrow streets because the only one parking lot was occupied by the other guests. Should not be stated as private parking..

Pozytywna: Wygoda i przestronność, doskonale działająca i bardzo cicha klimatyzacja.. Negatywna: Trudny dojazd bardzo wąskimi uliczkami, brak lodówki..

Positive: Comodo il letto, utile il condizionatore.. Negazione: Un poco faticoso il parcheggio, non troppo comoda la posizione rispetto al centro città.

Negatívne: Nepáčilo sa mi, že po niekoľkonásobnom žiadaní Faktúry alebo daňového dokladu od Booking.com som ho dodnes nedostal. Ak zadám do systému, že ide o služobný pobyt a do špecialnych požiadaviek uvediem nutnosť vystavenia faktúry, kde som napísal aj fakturačné udaje na spoločnosť. je zvláštne, že spoločnosť Booking.com nereaguje. Či stačí, že zarobila.....

Positive: Molto gentile la signora Marina all'accoglienza, tutto molto bello, posizione un po' scomoda per via della salita ripida, comunque lo consiglierei!.

Positiva: La habitación es fantástica. Nueva, super limpia, amplia, cómoda, grande, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y es silencioso. El entorno es tranquilo y seguro. El aparcamiento es cómodo y en el edificio. Las vistas desde el hotel son muy bonitas, se puede ver la ciudad desde lo alto y también el mar al fondo.El personal es muy amable. A nosotros nos atendió muy amablemente Katia y nos ofreció consejos muy útiles para disfrutar la ciudad. ¡Muchas gracias! Recomendaría esta habitación sin dudarlo.. Negativa: Me hubiera gustado tener la posibilidad de hacerme un café o un té en el edificio puesto que no se puede encontrar nada para tomar algo en los alrededores. Necesitas bajar hasta el centro para poder desayunar o simplemente poder tomar algo. El acceso con el coche es un poco complicado, pero eso no es problema del hotel..

Positive: Struttura di recente costruzione, ben arredata.. Negazione: Recentemente la gestione è cambiata, privando la struttura, tra le altre cose, della possibilità di prima colazione. Risultano pertanto fuorvianti le recensioni presenti su Booking in quanto relative a servizi non più offerti. Sottolineiamo altresì la richiesta di un ulteriore pagamento della tassa di soggiorno già addebitata da booking, per la quale non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna fattura (necessaria visto altresì l'addebito del late check-in) dopo la consegna dei contanti al key holder che ha aperto l'appartamento. Infine, il parcheggio a disposizione è molto stretto e costringe a parcheggi difficoltosi nel caso siano occupati entrambi gli alloggi..

Positiva: apartamento reformado recientemente. atencion personal Desayuno.. Negativa: localizacion..

Positif: B&b cosy, dans une belle demeure triestine. Emplacement pratique pour rejoindre le quartier ancien. Belle vue sur la baie de Trieste. Accueil très sympathique d'Olga, la propriétaire. Un grand merci pour toutes les informations, notamment le restaurant Hosteria de Scarpon (réservation impérative).

Положительный: Останавливались на четыре ночи. Как оказалось это апартаменты на этаже "крыша" для двух комнат, между которыми гостиная для завтраков и терасса с видом на город и море . (хозяева живут под вами) Апартаменты новые. Все новое и свежее.Комнаты большие. Хватает мест для вещей. Завтрак накрывает хозяйка ( кстати русская). По желанию дополняеет завтрак чем вам необходимо. На завтраке есть все необходимое : тосты, сыр , ветчина, йогурт, фрукты, выпечка, кофе,чай. Хозяйка Ольга или Ее муж дадут карту города и все подробно объяснят .. Негативный: Апартаменты на доме никак не обозначены- нужно подъехать к нужному дому ( в виде коттеджа, вернее виллы ).... нас навигатор посылал на одностороннюю дорогу, поэтому мы ещё пол часа кружили чтоб доехать , так как узкие улочки и нет разворотов . Подъехав нужно звонить в верхнюю кнопку( там их три с именами) . Ещё мы не обратили внимание, что заселение до 18.00. Мы бы приехали раньше, но погода в тот деть в Мариборе была солнечная, а в Триесте лил дождь, поэтому мы задержались в Мариборе и приехали около семи. Хозяин сказал что звонил, но у мужа за рулём телефон отключён,да и вообще в путешествиях отключён .Так что учитывайте момент заселения и созванивайтесь . Один ньюанс к которому нужно быть готовым - местоположение ( если бы не крутая гора - было бы 10 баллов по всем параметрам). Но мы читали отзывы и были готовы- так как все остальные преимущества перевешивают этот небольшой недостаток. Спускаться до начала центральной части города минут 15-20, а назад только последний участок метров в 200 крутой, но если идти по-тихоньку и за беседой - проходится незаметно. Есть и автобус ходит до 23.30, но нам не удалось воспользоваться ..

Ce fut une expérience inattendue, qui reflète la véritable essence du B & B. Propriétaires délices et hospitaliers. Chambres spacieuses, magnifique balcon avec vue. Salle de bains et parking sans craindre de se faire payer une amende. Hautement recommandé.

Très propre ... très agréable ... très belle position panoramique à 1,7 km du centre et en montée ..... mais à Trieste on mange très bien donc 2 marches c'est bien 😘

Positive: Very clean, excellent staff. We came for 1 night before our flight from venice, we enjoyed our stay and the lovely piazza of Trieste which is 20min walking from the B&B. We had to leave at 04:30 in the morning to catch our flight, and we got a light breakfast and a goodbye from the staff, it was amazing..

Endroit un peu exigu mais neuf et très propre. Personnel amical et extrêmement serviable

Positive: Our host gave us just the best advice on places to visit, and on getting back to the B&B. Thank you for the generous gift of your time. Happily went the extra mile for breakfast for us. Easy off-street parking. Clean and new. Good shower. Good space in bedroom. Lovely little view over the city and out to sea.. Negative: Google Maps guided us via the shortest route - thank goodness we had a small car on those medieval streets! No fridge..

Positive: Liberty Sul Golfo is an excellent place to stay in Trieste. It is located on a hill overlooking Trieste with a wonderful panoramic view from the rooftop terrace. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Liberty Sul Golfo is one of the very few places close to the centre of Trieste with private parking on the premises. It's a 20 minute walk downhill to the centre of Trieste and Piazza Unità. If you do not feel like walking back up to Liberty Sul Golfo, Bus #25 or #26 will stop at Via de Marchesetti (Orto Botanico) just above the property. A taxi from near Piazza Oberdan cost €8..

Hôtes super sympas, l'appartement est bien équipé !

Positive: Free car parking and breakfast. Negative: Lack of amenities.

Положительный: Чудесное место! Очень гостеприимные и приятные хозяева Оля и Даниэль. Мансардная комната с собственной ванной комнатой превзошла все ожидания - светлая, чистая с новой мебелью и сантехникой. Вкусный завтрак, открытая террасса с видом на море. Есть бесплатная парковка около дома. Добраться по навигатору не составило проблем. Триест - прекрасен, обязательно вернемся и именно в этот BB. Спасибо!.

Excellente chambre d'hôtes en centre-ville ! La propriété est située dans un immeuble Art Nouveau qui a été entièrement rénové il y a quelques semaines ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, belles et avec salle de bain privée ! Il y a aussi une petite terrasse donnant sur le centre de Trieste. Ils ont une place de parking ! Pas une petite chose au centre de Trieste! Certainement à recommander.

Tout neuf. Très propre, grand et moderne avec une terrasse sur le toit. petit déjeuner correct Les clients sont très gentils et serviables.
