Positiv: Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst herzlich und fürsorglich, es stand sogar Milch im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung ist geradezu weitläufig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Vaporetto entfernt zentral gelegen, in einer belebten aber doch ursprünglichen Gegend. D.h. Läden, Bars und Restaurants vor der Tür, aber eben nicht nur Touristenfallen.. Negativ: Es fällt schwer, hier etwas zu schreiben. Die Dusche war etwas launisch und die Einrichtung zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei dem gebotenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sollte man aber darüber hinweg sehen..

Positive: Posizione strategica in quanto vicino al Ponte di Rialto e a Piazza San Marco, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Sicuramente un posto a cui fare riferimento per le prossime visite a Venezia....

Positive: Posizione buona attaccata a Rialto. Appartamento spaziso con grande cucina e silenzioso.

Positive: Morena is very kind and did everything she could for us to have a pleasant stay. Moreover, the place is nice and clean and really well communicated..

Positive: Ottima posizione, ideale per brevi soggiorni. Negazione: Arredamento un po’ datato ma comunque in buone condizioni.

Positive: The staff was very nice, they expected us with a lot of surprises and gave us all the necessary information about what to visit and also recommended good restaurants. I definitely recommend!.

Positive: Ci è stato permesso di fare il check in prima dell'orario previsto. Sebbene la prenotazione non comprendesse la colazione, in cucina erano comunque presenti dei dolci, del caffè, thè etc.. Negazione: Purtroppo ho notato troppo tardi che ci è stata fatta pagare la tassa di soggiorno (4 euro a persona per notte) nonostante questa fosse già inclusa nel costo della prenotazione su Booking. In totale ci sono stati attribuiti 16 euro assolutamente non dovuti. Come mostrato nelle foto allegate, avrei dovuto pagare 184 euro per 2 notti, invece ne abbiamo pagati 200. La camera matrimoniale deluxe in cui abbiamo soggiornato (che tra l'altro non ha niente di "deluxe"), viene considerata come se avesse il bagno privato. Di fatto il bagno è esterno alla camera e quindi è praticamente utilizzabile anche dagli ospiti delle altre camere. Infatti è capitato diverse volte di sentire gli ospiti dell'altra camera entrare nel nostro bagno. Capisco che si tratta di un antico palazzo ed è difficile avere il bagno in camera, ma basterebbe non pubblicizzarlo come bagno privato, perché non lo è. L'insonorizzazione della camera è molto carente..

Positive: Location was really good, you could walk nearly everywhere within 10-20 minutes which is great. Accommodation was clean.. Negative: We had dificculties in the beginning with the lady who didn´t speak english at all and had to call the daughter instead to clear out some misunderstanding. Also it would be great to have an extra duvet as we were quite cold under the sheet only..

Θετικό: Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και χαμογελαστή! Πολύ καλύτερο σε σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες.. Αρνητικό: Δεν μπορέσαμε να το βρούμε εύκολα..

Positive: Very clean, good size, very quiet, fantastic location in San Polo (only about 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes from San Marco) and comfortable bed. Pretty easy to find using Google Maps. We were not charged for arriving late as some other reviews suggested and Morena was very helpful upon arriving. Pretty much everything we were looking for during our break!. Negative: Only slight negatives were there was no lift and it's on the 2nd floor (which didn't bother us) and to get to the bathroom you had to go out the room and across the corridor. The bathroom was also very small..

Positive: Ada the owner was lovely. She greeted us with a bottle of wine, cake, fruit and water which were lovely touches. She had plenty of recommendations for dining and visiting and was extremely pleasant. The accommodation was very well situated near the Rialto. Very reliable Wifi. Negative: The living area and kitchen are shared with other visitors although each room has a private bathroom. We didn't see the other guests but would not have been comfortable using these facilities at the same time. Bathroom was a bit basic and could do with an upgrade at some point BUT everything worked and I would stay again..

Positif: Très bonne chambre, bien situé près du pont Rialto. Accueil chaleureux.

Positive: - Grande disponibilita' della proprietaria: ci ha consentito di fare il check-in 30 minuti prima del regolare orario di check-in, e ci ha consentito di depositare i bagagli dopo il check-out - Camera molto spaziosa. Negazione: - La doccia ha dei problemi ed e' difficile farsi una doccia, perche' l'erogazione dell'acqua calda non e' regolare. So che la proprietaria ha provveduto a far effettuare una riparazione, ma credo che il tecnico non abbia individuato il problema. Se si sposta leggeremente il rubinetto, l'acqua diventa gelida e ci vuole molto tempo prima che ridiventi calda. Comunque, la proprietaria ha mostrato ampia disponibilita' ad intervenire per eventuali problemi e credo dunque che il problema verra' risolto facilmente - I nostri documenti d'identita' sono stati fotografati al check-in: non e' una pratica piacevole. Consiglio in futuro di evitare.

Positiva: Atención de la Sra detalles desayuno y bienvenida...... situado a pie y cerca de todos los lugsres de interés, zona sin ruido. Negativa: Lavabo privado però fuera de la habitación.

Положительный: Близко от центрального канала.. Негативный: Это не отель это квартира 1600 года сделан хороший ремонт..туалет и ванна идти надо через коридор а это не очень удобно если с вами по соседству ещё живут люди..

Positiva: Es grande y cómodo tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores. Las camas cómodas. La zona perfecta llegas a cualquier lado caminando y el vaporetto está cerca. Muy amables nos recibieron con detalles para desayunar y una botella de vino frizzante. Cerca de lugares para comprar hay mercado de frutas verduras y pescado. La señora responde a tus consultas. Negativa: Ruidoso vecinos ruidosos y patios internos se oye todo. No tiene buena ducha poca agua y hay que esperar a que salga caliente. La lavadora está rota. La cocina sólo funcionan dos fuegos así que no se pueden usar los cuatro. Las tasas se pagan aparte por día para tener en cuenta.

Positiva: Muy buena atención y recepción.. Negativa: Está un poco escondido y cuesta llegar..

Negativ: Wasserdruck und Wassertemperatur in der Dusche war wechselnd..

Positiva: La atención,la ubicación,la limpieza,el detalle del desayuno,en fin todo de diez!!!!. Negativa: El agua caliente iba y venía pero bueno , te duchas....

Positif: Le petit déjeuner pour moi n'était pas prévu donc bonne surprise. S'il fallait l'évaluer, ce serait bien qu'il y ait plus de fruits, confitures, jus de fruit, yaourt. Sinon bien. Négatif: L'information que c'est un appartement à partager, même si ce n'est pas gênant, et la capacité globale de l'appartement si on a envie de venir en petit groupe.

Positiva: Se trataba de un apartamento muy bonito, limpio con cocina bien equipada. Nos dejaron agua, galletas, te y algunas otras atenciones. Negativa: Tener que utilizar tantas llaves y el cobro mayor al dado al momento de la reserva.

Positiv: perfekte Lage, sauberes und großzügig angelegtes Quartier, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Positif: La flexibilité pour les horaires de départ et d'arrivée, Morena a été vraiment très arrangeante! Chambre très mignonne et spacieuse.. Négatif: Le lit assez moyen niveau confort. L'eau chaude pas facile à régler. La salle de pain privative à l'extérieur de la chambre..

Positif: Accueil très sympathique.

Положительный: Гостевой дом находится практически в центре, рядом есть рынок, который работает до обеда. Нас встретила Хозяйка на станции и проводила до места, угостила кофе, показала, где что находится и как чем пользоваться. В гостевом доме всего 2 комнаты. Нас разместили не в ту, которую мы выбирали. Сказали, какая свободна - в ту и заселяем. Плюс был в том, что прямо за дверью была кухня. Если честно, мы так и не поняли, была она общая или только наша. Но там было очень уютно и много сладостей на столе! Туалет был собственный, но находился он за 4мя дверями, извините, ночью можно слегка заплутать))))) В целом все очень мило, приятно, единственный нюанс с комнатой, но это не омрачило поездку. Спасибо!. Негативный: Есть небольшой нюанс, что мы выбирали одну комнату, а нам дали другую, менее симпатичную на наш вкус.

Положительный: Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Очень чисто и уютно. Приветливая хозяйка. Негативный: Немного жарко на кухне.

Positiv: Tolle Lage, nette Vermieterin.
