  We stayed five nights at the newly renovated St. Regis in a very beautiful suite overlooking the beautiful Grand Canal. The staff service was very friendly, helpful, efficient including not the least from the GM and senior butler. There were a few issues which were solved in the best and kindest way as should be expected from a hotel in the top 5* category. We can for sure recommend staying at the St. Regis and hope to return soon....
