B&B Quo Vadis Arena

Le B&B Quo Vadis se trouve à distance de marche de l'Arena. Il est pris en charge par un gentil concierge, qui propose également un petit déjeuner continental le lendemain matin. Les 2 seules chambres disponibles sont meublées simplement en fonction du prix et ont le sérieux inconvénient que les locataires doivent partager une salle de bain. Malgré nos craintes à l'époque de Covid, nous n'avons pratiquement pas eu de problèmes car il y avait suffisamment de matériel d'hygiène. Conclusion : on peut difficilement vivre plus près et moins cher de l'Arena...

Florence, l'opératrice, est une hôte très chaleureuse et toujours serviable... On se sent chez soi ! Certainement notre endroit où séjourner la prochaine fois que nous visiterons Vérone!

Accueil, service et propreté excellents. L'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui veulent rester dans le centre. Super recommandé!

Positive: Appartamento grazioso a due passi dall'Arena. Pulito ed accogliente, anche grazie alla signora Florence, vero valore aggiunto. Colazione ottima.

Positive: Really hospitable place, would happily go there again.

Positive: It was sparkling clean (and trust me on this because I’m quite particular about cleanliness) and Florence was very friendly and accommodating (a huge thanks for preparing our breakfast early so that we could catch an early train!). We were lucky because there wasn’t other guests on the night we stayed and could have the apartment for ourselves.. Negative: Nothing! One thing as a note to future (possibly light sleep) guests is that it’s in the centre, right around the Arena, which means there’s some noise from the street (esp. when there’s an event going on outside)..

Positive: Hostess was lovely, very friendly. Great location.. Negative: Small beds.

Positiv: Lage für Arena Besucher optimal. Florence ist außergewöhnlich herzlich, nett, liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Alles in allem war positiv überrascht.. Negativ: Eigentlich nichts..

Positive: It was very clean and cosy.

Positive: Posizione ottima, ad un passo dall' Arena. Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile, ordine e pulizia di camere e bagni impeccabili. Colazione eccezionale, rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo. Estremamente consigliato.

Positive: Once inside the property (see below) everything was perfect. Lovely hostess, who could not have been more helpful (but also see below). Nice bedroom, you have the whole apartment to yourself. Good breakfast (but I wasn't hungry, but it would have been). Perfect location for the Arena. Quiet and altogether good. But.... Negative: It was a nightmare to find. Nothing is written on the door (it is a block of flats behind a huge door next to a bar. If you knew which door it was (as there was no number on the door), then you might have found it, but I had to telephone several times before I could get in. Then it was totally unclear which of 5 possible inner doors the access to the apartment was. More phone calls. Eventually, I got in. Then when I left with the three keys to get in and out, at the middle door, the correct key would not let me out. Another call. My super hostess had not explained on the way up that there was a button by the life (not the door but near it) to press to open the middle door. Make all this claerer to visitors on the website, please, and then youl will have a great time..

Positiv: Florence ist eine ganz tolle Frau, spricht alle Sprachen, macht Danza afro e ginnastica postulare. Wenn nach Verona-nur bei Florence!!!!. Negativ: viel zu kurz, sollte länger dort bleiben.

Positiv: Sehr nette Gastgeberin mit sehr sorgsam zurechtgemachtem Frühstück. Nicht riesig für deutsche Verhältnisse, für italienische auf jeden Fall mit CroissantS, Toast, Brot, Kaffee... Sehr sauber, die Läden machen tatsächlich fast komplett dunkel, Klima. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen und mitten drin!. Negativ: nix.

Positiva: Excelente desayuno, Florence (la chica que te recibe y hace el desayuno) es una de las mejores personas que conoció durante el viaje que realice.. Negativa: Todo estuvo perfecto!.

Positive: posizione fantastica, colazione buona.

Positiv: Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, und die Unterhaltung mit der Gastgeberin sehr nett und unterhaltsam! Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt in dem Bed and Breakfast! Die Lage ist unübertrefflich, direkt an der Arena! Ich konnte vom Fenster aus die Arena sehen!.

Positive: Belli i locali, ottima la pulizia. Colazione abbondante, personale cortese. Consigliato!.

Положительный: Очень приветливый персонал. Расположение супер. Негативный: Очень шумно, но до 23.00..

好意的: 街のど真ん中でありながら静かで落ち着いた最高のロケーション。部屋にバストイレはないが全く問題なし。ホスピタリティもGOOD。この町再訪の際はもちろんまたお世話になる。. 否定的: 集合アパートの３階にある。ビル入口のインターホンで対応。１時間近く留守でﾁｪｯｸｲﾝできなかった（不安…）夜間は管理人不在で一人きりになった。停電して修復できずに朝まで待つ羽目になった。（原因はわたしなので仕方ないが…）.

Positiv: Die Lage ist einmalig, die Wirtin Florence wohnt nebenan und ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Mit der Lage hat man natürlich etwas Geräuschkulisse von der Arena - aber wen das nicht stört....

Positiva: Muy céntrico. Florence , la anfitriona, excepcional. Los desayunos con café estilo Florence, te daban energía para todo el día. Muy recomendable.

Positif: Florence est une personne très charmante, accueillante, très sympathique, aux petits soins pour ses clients, qui parle un excellent français, mais également bien d'autres langues, allemand, anglais et Italien. l'hébergement est bien situé pour visiter Vérone à pied. je vous conseille de mettre votre voiture dans un des parking payant au tarif forfaitaire à la journée, bien plus économique que les parcmètres.. Négatif: même si la propreté est irréprochable il faut partager la salle de bain et les toilettes. mais ce n'a pas été trop gênant pour 1 nuit..

Положительный: Расположение в центре, удобная локация, вполне чисто. Негативный: Это ШОК! Мы не понимаем, откуда такие высокие отзывы на booking??? 1. Это квартира на 2 комнаты с полной отсутствием звукоизоляции. Нам повезло соседей не было. Но слышно было все, что происходит в доме. И за окном. В 4 утра, в 6,7 утра приезжали мусорные машины и выгружали мусорные баки. Поспать за две ночи не удалось. 2. Нельзя было пользоваться ничем. Чайником и прочее. Нет утюга. Как гладить вещи если путешествуешь по всей Италии с чемоданами? Хозяйка погладила нам футболку и 2 платья. Что долго нам припоминала. 3. 180 евро за 2 ночи. Где тебе ничего нельзя. 4. Хозяйка! Это ужас! Переставила всю косметику в ванной! Убиралась в комнате, когда нас не было, хотя мы не хотели этого. Качество стирки постельного белья- это ужас. Что такое полоскание - хозяйка не знает. Ужасно пахло стиральным порошком. У моей жены сильная аллергия. В первую ночь нам удалось проветрить белье на окне! Во вторую ночь мы пришли домой уже поздно вечером, и нашли на кровати новое белье! Которое опять ужасно пахло! Пришлось его полоскать и сушить феном. Хозяйке звонили ( она живёт в соседней квартире), но она не открыла. Пришлось написать в службу поддержки booking и высказать недовольство. Утром хозяйка пришла к нам в комнату, пока мы ещё спали, даже без стука в дверь!!!! Как это возможно. Никакого личного пространства. И когда мы уходили, просто орала на нас, что мы плохие люди, и говорила много гадостей. Это за то, что мы пожаловались в букинг на постельное белье. Которое ещё и было жуткого жёлтого цвета. Она вела себя так, будто бы мы жили там бесплатно!!! 180 евро, напомню. В итоге она нас выставила за дверь и громко ею хлопнула! За 10 лет путешествий по миру это первая такая ситуация. За маской приятной и доброй женщины прятался совсем не тот человек. Она ещё очень хвалила свои завтраки и кофе.Вообще ничего особенного. Мания величия 100 level. В любой ситуации хозяин отеля не имеет права орать на клиентов, даже если клиент не доволен..

Positiva: El lugar está súper buen ubicado, además de que La anfitriones es excelente. Estás a un lado de la arena y todos los puntos turísticos importantes .. Negativa: Todo genial !.

Positif: Très bon accueil et exceĺlente situation.

Positif: Situation géographique (proximité de l'Arena di Verona) et propreté et ordre exceptionnelle, la gentillesse de l'hôte qui a tout fait pour rendre le séjour très beau. Merci encore pour tout, c'était génial! Avec plaisir je reviendrai un jour!.

긍정적: 주인 분이 굉장히 친절하시고 세세히 챙겨주셔서 정말정말 좋았고 편안했습니다. 아침에 이른 시간에 이동하느라 일찍 나가야 되는데 아침 식사를 맛있고 푸짐하게 챙겨주셔서 너무 감사했어요! 방이 예쁘고 아주 깨끗하며 에어컨도 잘 나와요. 욕실도 깨끗하고 넓고 수압도 세고 좋았습니다. 그리고 위치가 최고예요. 방에서 창문 열면 아레나가 가까이 크게 바로 보여요. 저녁에 아레나에서 오페라 봤는데요 제가 앉았던 좌석 쪽 출입구 위치가 숙소와 걸어서 1분 걸리는 곳이라 끝나고 안전하게 금방 와서 쉴 수 있었어요. 브라광장 버스정류장에서도 가까워서 역 가기에도 좋았고요. 건물 엘리베이터 이용 가능해서 혼자서 짐 나르기도 편했습니다. 모든 것이 좋았습니다!! 👍 Grazie mille Florence🤗.

Positiv: Värdinnan var fantastisk och hon gjorde allt för oss. Hon bad om ursäkt för att vi var tvungna att dela badrum med det andra rummet, men det var mycket god hygien och det besvärade inte oss. Det blev personliga möten med andra gäster och hemkänsla, som man inte får på hotell. Närheten till arenan var smidig när man skulle hem efter en lång föreställning sent på natten..
