    Très joli petit hôtel B&B de 4 chambres tenu par une hôtesse très sympathique. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est décoré dans un joli style rétro moderne, vous pouvez voir l'attention portée aux détails ici. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est neuf et très bien entretenu. Une place de parking couverte est disponible gratuitement pour les voitures. La piscine est très agréable et invite à la détente. L'emplacement est très calme et bien situé, en 10 minutes vous êtes au centre en voiture. Alternativement, Greda propose également un service de navette. Le petit déjeuner buffet est préparé avec amour avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour bien commencer la journée. Le café est très bon et disponible gratuitement toute la journée. Nous serons de retour!

    Etablissement confortable et propre. Les chambres sont grandes et meublées avec beaucoup de goût. L'accueil est très agréable, la patronne est très gentille, à l'écoute de tous les besoins et le petit déjeuner offre un large choix, les excellents gâteaux faits maison ne manquent pas. Bien qu'il soit très proche du centre, il est situé dans un endroit très calme et vous dormez bien sans aucun bruit. COMPLIMENTS ! Nous reviendrons dès que possible

    J'étais très content de l'installation. La propreté et l'ordre est le maître. L'endroit est très confortable et calme. Les chambres sont très grandes avec un petit jardin privé. Petit-déjeuner buffet très satisfaisant. Mme Greta une personne très serviable et sympathique. Continuez votre bon travail, nous reviendrons certainement, je recommande.

    Positief: Wat een ruime, schone en leuk ingerichte kamer. Echt een lekkere plek om voor en na bezoek aan Verona te chillen of af te koelen in het zwembad. Greta was een fantastische gastvrouw die ons (tegen een kleine vergoeding) zelfs heen en weer bracht naar de oude stad.. Negatief: Het ontbijt was een beetje karig. Wel lekker vers fruit..

    Positive: Sono stato qui tre giorni e mi sono letteralmente innamorato di questo posto. Il punto di forza di questo luogo, oltre alla posizione strategica (a 10 minuti dallo stadio, 20 minuti dal centro di Verona) e ai vari servizi offerti, è la disponibilità della signora Greta, molto gentile e alla mano. Durante il periodo di soggiorno ci è venuta incontro diverse volte, ci ha addirittura accompagnati venerdì e sabato presso due discoteche del posto. L'unico rimpianto è non aver usufruito della piscina e della vasca idromassaggio, ma visto il periodo non è stato possibile. Se mai tornerò a Verona, l'iter avrà sempre la mia priorità, posto incantevole.... Negazione: Nulla..

    Positive: Ottima accoglienza da parte del gestore, che è venuta incontro alle nostre (numerose) esigenze. Camera molto ampia, pulitissima, con vista sul giardino. In posizione strategica per eventi allo stadio Bentegodi (raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti a piedi). Colazione eccellente e più che abbondante..

    Un lieu magique et confortable même pour les personnes en déplacement pour le travail et la formation. Greta était accueillante et attentive aux besoins de chacun d'entre nous. Nous reviendrons certainement et le recommanderons à d'autres!

    Positive: The room was amazing fab private patio area super comfortable beds beautiful bathroom with lots of fluffy towels and Greta - the absolutely most welcoming host who goes out of her way for you in a way that makes you feel like you have known her forever thank you Greta highly recommend you stay here really cannot say enough about this lovely lady Greta. Negative: Absolutely nothing everything was fantastic.

    Positiv: Die Zimmer sind super und modern ausgestattet, es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und Greta, die Inhaberin, ist unglaublich nett, hat viele Tipps und steht immer für Fragen zur Verfügung.. Negativ: Die Unterkunft ist zu Fuß doch ziemlich weit vom Zentrum und dem Bahnhof entfernt (~35 min), mit dem angebotenen Shuttle (2,50 € p.P.) jedoch kein Problem mehr..

    Positive: Greta was a fantastic hostess who helped us with so many things - shuttle into and out of Verona, a morning run to the airport via the gas station and rental car return ... I could go on. The accommodation is brilliant; a small motel style property with big, clean rooms furnished with eco friendly furniture and fittings. Large, comfy beds and super bathrooms. Breakfast is simple but excellent with freshly bought pastries every morning. A terrific downtown motel less than 10 minutes from the Arena in Verona and incredible value - you have to try it if you're travelling to Verona - first class!. Negative: Nothing, it's a few minutes out of town so Greta will arrange a 10 minute run into the Arena..

    Positief: De host was super vriendelijk, goede uitgangslocatie met de fiets/auto, mocht je deze niet hebben wil de eigennaar je halen en brengen naar de stad voor de prijs van de bus 👌. Nette schone en nieuwe kamers.. Negatief: Niets.

    Positiv: Außer einer Kleiderstange mit Bügeln, gibt es im Zimmer kein Kleiderschrank. Ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft schlecht erreichbar. Die Vermieterin bietet jedoch einen kostenpflichtigen Transfer in die Stadt an.. Negativ: Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer inkl. kleiner privater Terasse mit Wäscheständer. Genügend Parkplätze unter einem hohen Carport vorhanden. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Regal im Kühlschrank im Frühstücksraum..

    Positif: Idéalement situé au calme en périphérie de Vérone, à environ 40min à pied du centre-ville (se fait très facilement). Nous avons très apprécié la gentillesse de la propriétaire et le très bon petit-déjeuner. Les chambres sont modernes et très propres. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu l’occasion de profiter de la piscine. Notre chien (berger australien) à été également très bien accueilli. Possibilité de se garer sans supplément..

    Positive: The property was beyond our expectations and truly value for money. Very clean, spacious and modern accommodation, the furnishings all made from recycled materials and very unique, and with it's own source of natural spring water. Our host, Greta, was so friendly and helpful, offering lifts to and from the train station and the city centre for sightseeing. She clearly loves Verona and knows a lot about the history of the city, and took us to certain sites for photo opportunities too. The Iter is a very peaceful place too. One of the best places I've ever stayed!.

    Positiv: Das Einchecken war problemlos und Greta war bei allem sehr hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Verona Stadt ist in 35min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 min. erreichbar.. Negativ: Nichts.

    Positiv: Es handelt sich um ein kleines B&B Hotel mit 4 Zimmern. Wir sind zu 5 Personen gereist und haben 3 dieser Zimmer belegt. Alle von uns genutzten Zimmer waren groß, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit deutschen Sendern. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine kleine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Wäscheständer. Es gibt Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Die Bäder sind modern und ebenfalls groß. Zur Anlage gehört ein Außenpool. Die Pool-Öffnungszeiten sind von 08.00 Uhr bis 11.00 Uhr und von 16.00 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr. Es wurde ein kleines Frühstück angeboten, dieses war im Preis inbegriffen (Toast, Kuchen, Schinken, Käse, Marmelade). Im Frühstücksraum steht ein Kühlschrank, der von den Gästen genutzt werden darf. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Unterkunft entfernt erreicht man die Bushaltestelle, von dort aus ist man schnell in Verona. Die Busse fahren in kurzen Abständen. Ein PKW ist aber empfehlenswert, da in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft nicht viel los ist. Wer lieber etwas Trubel mag, wohnt hier etwas abgelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns herzlichst bei Greta, für die vielen nützlichen Informationen.. Negativ: Nicht böse sein, liebe Greta, aber der Kaffeeautomat macht keinen besonders leckeren Kaffee. Vielleicht könnte man diesen besser gegen eine kleine Kaffeemaschine austauschen. Uns persönlich wären längere Pool- Öffnungszeiten lieber gewesen. Aber, da außer uns nur noch 2 weitere Gäste da waren, durften wir auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten in den Pool. Lieben Dank dafür..

    Positif: Très bon accueil, la propriétaire est très serviable. La chambre est très grande est la déco est vraiment sympa.. Négatif: Pas grand chose, s il faut dire quelque chose, il faut prendre la voiture pour faire les courses et pour aller au centre ville..

    Positif: Excellent acceuil de la part de notre hôte. Tout est très bien agencé, propre, relaxant, climatisé, top! La piscine a été très appréciée car le temps été très chaud. Contrairement à ce qui est dit sur le site Booking, le petit déjeuner est inclus! Pizzeria à 5mn à pieds, rapport qualité prix très bon.. Négatif: Que notre séjour soit si court!.

    Positiv: Det er et fantastisk smukt sted og ligger som en oase lige udenfor Verona. Der er en særlig atmosfære og Iter er unikt indrettet med spændende design, hvor der er kælet for detaljerne. Store dejlige rum og ovenikøbet med privat terrasse. Dejligt indbydende fællesområde og fantastisk pool. Greta som har stedet er en fantastisk værtinde, vi blev vist rundt i Verona af Greta og arkitekten for indretningen,- dejlig tur for nogle arkitekter som os. Omsorgsfuldt, smukt og ren afslapning kan klart anbefales.😎Derudover sælger hun lækker økologisk vin et meget personligt sted.. Negativ: Kan ikke komme på noget.

    Положительный: Отель чудесный, от центра Вероны на машине - 15 минут. В номере приятно пахло деревом, чудесная веранда и бассейн) В отеле всего 4 номера, поэтому пребывание даже в высокий сезон будет приятным и душевным! Хозяйка отеля безумно радушная, веселая и с ней было интересно поболтать! Весь отель технически оснащен очень здорово, завтраки были вкусными, территория ухоженная! Если вы хотите жить чуть подальше от городской суеты и туристов - это то, что нужно!.
