    Положительный: Очень понравился номер, все чисто, аккуратно. Очень удобное расположение в самом центре. Приятно порадовало наличие гладильной доски и утюга. В номере была кофеварка с капсулами кофе, чай и печенье с конфетками- мелочи, а приятно. В ванной комнате: фен, шампунь, гель, мыло и шапочки для душа. Анне большое спасибо, все было чудесно. Очень внимательная женщина. У мужа и еще одной гостьи был день рожденья, она их душевно поздравила шариками, маленьким тортиком и полезным для путешествий подарочком и небольшой бутылочкой игристого вина. Было очень приятно!. Негативный: Напор воды в душе был не очень сильный и в кране с горячей водой вода была теплая, но не горячая. Полагаю, что такая ситуация везде, т.к. очень дорого приходится платить за отопление и горячее водоснабжение..

    Positief: Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenares Ana. Wij voelden ons gelijk thuis, gaf goede tips over de bezienswaardigheden, en zo ook de betere restaurants waar de plaatselijke bevolking kwam. Alléén al voor haar gastvriendelijkheid zou je terug gaan. Prima en rustige locatie en toch midden in het centrum. Ook regelde zij het onbijt, bij de koffiebar om de hoek wat ook zijn charme had..

    Positive: The location was absolutely perfect, exactly in the middle of Verona's old town, close to all the facilities. The room is extremely clean, cozy and so so romantic. The view from the windows makes you feel in the right place at the right moment! The owner is one of the sweetest person I have ever met, welcoming and always helpful. For sure once I will be back in Verona I will be guest again! Highly recommended!!!!!!. Negative: I think everything is amazing as it is, no changes to be done..

    Positive: It is in THE most perfect location and SO comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if in Verona. We had 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in an independent wing of the apartment which is furnished beautifully. Coffee machine and tea provided, together with fridge. Every detail has been well thought through. Anna is the perfect host, a lovely lady and happy to assist with restaurant suggestions. Thanks Anna, we loved our 3 nights in Verona!. Negative: Nothing at all..

    Positiva: Destacaría la inmejorable ubicación y la amabilidad y disponibilidad de Anna, la dueña, que nos permitió llegar fuera de la hora habitual del chek-in y se mostró siempre accesible. Gracias. Nos alojamos en la habitación familiar que incluso superó nuestras expectativas por su amplitud (más bien un apartamento), limpieza y la infinidad de detalles con los que contaba (nevera, cafetera, plancha, secador de pelo, etc). En definitiva, nos sentimos como en casa en esta maravillosa ciudad..

    Il est situé dans le quartier privilégié de Vérone. Son propriétaire le garde impeccablement propre, décoré avec élégance et soignant les détails (chocolats, confiseries, infusions, café). Il nous a donné de précieuses recommandations sur les endroits où manger. Si je revenais à VVeron, je répéterais sans aucun doute.

    Positif: L'emplacement est merveilleux, et la propriétaire absolument charmante, gentille et chaleureuse. On s'y est trouvés magnifiquement. Propre, élégant, confortable. On a surtout apprécié la climatisation (ben, dehors il faisait une chaleur épouvantable...) : normalement je la trouve malgré tout assez désagréable, alors que là était douce, pas bruyante, et l'effet très "naturel". Je recommande vivement cet établissement..

    Positiv: Es war traumhaft. Mitten in der Altstadt aber trotzdem ruhig. Nahezu alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wunderbare Restaurants, die Arena, die Kirchen ... Es war ein besonders herzlicher Empfang und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt..

    Positiva: TODO, la casa es muy comoda, amplia, limpia, luminosa, nos alojamos en un apartamento de dos habitaciones y baño privado. La situacion perfecta, cerca de todo: para ir a la opera menos de 5 minutos, para visitar la ciudad en pleno centro, junto a la plaza principal, donde está el mercado, restaurantes y zona de terrazas nocturnas, para ir de compras, en el corazon de la zona comercial. Pero lo mejor de todo, la anfitriona. Anita, una mujer encantadora, preocupada por los detalles nos trajo agua con menta fresca al llegar, nos dejó galletas y cafetera para un tentempie. Nos dió muchas indicaciones, en cualquier momento le preguntamos por wp. Y reponde inmediato...como una madre, de 10 superior. Totalmente recomendable.. Negativa: No tiene nada que no me gustase.

    Positif: Acceuil chaleureux. Emplacement idéal. Tout l'appartement très propre et joliment arrangé. Nuit tranquille. Nous reviendrons volontiers !. Négatif: Chambres plutôt petites. Le fait qu'il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner n'est pas un inconvénient majeur étant donné l'emplacement.

    Positiv: Cara Ana, grazie mille per la sua gentile ospidalità. La sua “In casa” ci piaceva moltissimo. Unser Aufenthalt (Freitag bis Sonntag) war in jeder Hinsicht höchst erfreulich. Die Kommunikation mit der liebenswürdigen und äußerst aufmerksamen Ana war telefonisch, schriftlich, per Smartphone und persönlich perfekt und herzlich. Ana war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer mit anschließendem Bad ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr umsichtig und praktisch ausgestattet. Man hat wirklich an Alles gedacht. U.a. stehen ein Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln, diversen Teebeuteln und Keksen bereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal, mitten in der Altstadt nur wenige Schritte von der Piazza delle Erbe entfernt und dennoch sehr ruhig. Taxistand quasi vor der Tür. Aus den Fenstern im 3. Stock (moderner Aufzug) hat man einen hübschen Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt. Kurzum: ein wunderschönes Domizil für einen erfreulichen Aufenthalt in dieser prächtigen Stadt.. Negativ: Tutto era benissimo. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder..

    Положительный: Красивые чистые апартаменты, месторасположение просто самый центр ( площадь Эрбе) и конечно же, радушная приятная во всех отношениях хозяйка Ана, к которой можно обратиться с любой просьбой..

    Positiv: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebevoll. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und alles sehr gut. Unmittelbar wenn man aus der Unterkunft kommt befindet sich ein super Kaffee, mit einem tollen Frühstück.. Negativ: Nachts leeren die Restaurants unmittelbar vor der Unterkunft ihre Flaschen in die Glascontainer. Die entstandene Lautstärke lässt sich aber nahelos durch Schließen der Fenster reduzieren..

    Positive: L' arredamento e la posizione dell'appartamneti. In pieno centro a due passi da piazza erbe. Negazione: La mancanza di autonomia dei riscaldamenti e il materasso del letto matrimoniale, imbarcato...le pareti non piu bianche, credo che la padrona permetta di fumare all'interno e l'odore... un Po di chiuso....

    Structure très gentil du propriétaire, grande salle de bain, propreté maximale dans toutes les chambres, emplacement commode et central: près de la Piazza delle Erbe. Bienvenue et disponibilité, à recommander, certainement à revenir. Alfredo, Mariateresa et Lucia

    Positief: Perfecte locatie (centraal maar rustig), uitzicht, airco, warme ontvangst, comfortabele bedden, oog voor detail, vlotte communicatie, degelijke toestellen, ... dank u wel voor het fijn verblijf!. Negatief: Details: kleine vuilbakjes, weinig handdoeken voor lang verblijf, zoeken naar de juiste lichtschakelaar, ingang van het appartement en de externe ontbijtplek waren niet duidelijk geafficheerd.

    Emplacement fantastique, derrière la Piazza delle Erbe ! Belles chambres spacieuses et propres avec tout le confort. Belle salle de bain, grande et avec une belle douche confortable! Vue magnifique ! Armoire géante, très bon café. Personnel et propriétaire tout simplement charmants! À ne pas manquer!
