  Hôtel assez bon marché, chambres spacieuses, avec baignoire, petit déjeuner varié, salle de sport mal équipée mais mieux que rien après tout, le seul défaut est un peu de poussière dans la chambre, mais pour ce que nous avons payé à la dernière minute ça va, je joins des photos des draps , vraiment sympa

  L'hôtel est plutôt bien entretenu. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Les bonnes prestations. Il est situé dans une zone industrielle, pas centrale mais pour ceux qui y séjournent pour le travail c'est très pratique car il est très proche de l'entrée de l'autoroute A4.

  Les chambres très petites, le mauvais matelas sur le lit, la toute petite salle de bain en général ne valent pas ce qu'elles se laissent facturer. 379 euros sans petit déjeuner on se croirait à Rome dans un hôtel de luxe, mais ce n'est pas le cas. C'est comme ça qu'ils facturent

  Pour le prix de 75€ la nuit pour deux personnes on peut facilement le qualifier de passable. Paiement à l'arrivée pour ensuite trouver une chambre poussiéreuse, avec un seul peignoir accroché dans le placard (2 personnes) et une baignoire vraiment sale idem pour un lustre taché et des rideaux sales. Heureusement, il n'y a pas de tapis sinon qui sait ce qu'il y aurait à l'intérieur. Au moment du départ, aucune question si tout allait bien ou non, juste le besoin de savoir si nous avions pris quelque chose dans le minibar. Je vous conseille de ne pas juger le client par la couverture car de cette façon vous perdrez beaucoup de la robe qui n'est pas un moine.

  L'hôtel est esthétiquement moderne. Le personnel s'est montré agréable et poli. La chambre était très bien conçue et bien équipée, cependant il y avait une odeur désagréable (pas sale, étouffante). Le petit déjeuner est l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. La salle de sport est également agréable, avec peu mais l'essentiel (pour les plus exigeants, il y a aussi un bain turc). Malheureusement, l'emplacement n'a rien de spécial car il se trouve en banlieue. Je recommande d'aller à Montecchio Maggiore pour le dîner/apéritif.

  Hôtel propre et calme mais avec des règles trop strictes; J'avais réservé une chambre avec petit déjeuner inclus mais pour des raisons de temps je n'aurais pas eu le temps de le consommer et par conséquent de retourner dans ma chambre. J'ai donc gentiment demandé que le montant de la même chose soit annulé du prix convenu, mais cela a été refusé et lorsqu'on m'a demandé de pouvoir parler avec un responsable, on m'a dit qu'il arriverait à 10 heures. . . Comme maintenant j'avais perdu plus de temps, attendant en vain de pouvoir parler à quelqu'un, j'ai pris le petit déjeuner pour ne pas perdre les 13 euros... Évidemment, si j'avais réservé la chambre sans petit-déjeuner, il n'y aurait eu aucun problème à payer la différence au moment du départ... Je précise que, comme ce n'était pas la première fois que je séjournais dans cet établissement, j'avais proposé qu'un bon soit créé pour moi...

  I called the reception to inform them about my late arrival and the need to have a quick dinner. The receptionist provided me with several options. He called the restaurant to verify the availability. When I arrived at the hotel at 21:15 they made everything to accommodate me and prepare a nice dinner. They were kind and gentle even if I was late and I was the only person eating at the restaurant

  I've stayed at the AC Vicenza a few times. Its similar to a good mid-level hotel in the US. Rooms are fairly small, but clean and comfortable. TV is a good size, but I've never found any English stations. I wish there was a free power outlet by the desk (the 1 there is used by a light). Breakfast is pricy, but with decent options. Staff is nice and everyone speaks English. Exercise room is very small and only open inconvenient hours (at least the last time I checked). Parking is free and easy access. There are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby (some in walking distance) and the autostrada is convenient. Central Vicenza is a short car ride or long walk (about 40 minutes). I will stay here for work again. It is fine for my needs, but nothing to get excited about.

  I stayed at the property because it is Marriott affiliated. It isn’t ritzy, but the location is convenient to Vicenza, the free high speed internet works very well, and the place is clean. Only downside is the walls are pretty thin, so one can hear the neighbors.

  Malheureusement mauvaise expérience.... Rien à redire sur la propreté, le confort, l'hygiène.... Je réserve pour 2 nuits car je suis au travail à la foire, je réserve le petit déjeuner inclus..... Pour le travail je dois partir à 7h00, le petit déjeuner est à 7h30..... Je ne pourrai pas prendre le petit déjeuner, dommage que ce soit un hôtel dans le quartier des foires..... Les gens qui travaillent ne peuvent pas prendre le petit déjeuner ??? Absurde.... Première fois que cela m'arrive en 5 ans de travail dans les centres d'exposition.... ...... Dans l'ensemble, un bon hôtel .....

  hotel was ok though nothing special, poor breakfast, poor selection and what really made me lough - first day I could not take anything, all the food and coffee was brought to me by the restaurant staff, 2nd and 3rd day no one cares, dozen of people all together crowd themselves on a very narrow space, what regulations changed in one day??? Other thing which really annoys me - scrambled eggs from powder, terrible thing and how lazy the chefs got and hoe disrespectful to their customers hotels are that can not crack couple egg and have to make it from powder which is ........ Also heating system was broken so we had a small sauna for 2 night, could not cool it down, apart from that it was ok:-)

  Chambres magnifiques et bien tenues. Nous avons demandé une chambre pour deux sans petit déjeuner et le prix était moins cher que d'autres propriétés de la région. Emplacement légèrement en dehors de Vicence, mais sur la route principale. Particulièrement recommandé si vous êtes en voiture, tandis que si vous venez de la gare, je vous recommande un bus en raison de la route inaccessible.

  Location is good if you want to stay near the convention centre/fair. The room lacked some basic amenities that would be expected (slippers and bathrobe) and Netflix did not work (had to call maintenance 3 times to help). On the plus side, Breakfast was good. Housekeeping/room service was not helpful at all. For example, I had to carry a ironing board to the room myself, which was not good, especially since I am pregnant. I also had to go and carry myself room service, which is not appropriate. In another example, the room key stopped working every day which was annoying (I was there for 3 days). Lastly, and most important, there were significant hygiene issues. For example, I found a very big toe nail belonging to a previous guest (we have photos if you want to see). I discussed this with the front desk. While the hotel cleaned the room, I would have expected an apology, which did not happen and was another source of disappointment. Will not stay again and do not recommend staying to anyone else. It is the first time I ever review a hotel, but this experience was so bad that I have to share it.

  Ich denke, dass man die Folgen von Covid-19 spürt: weniger Personal, deshalb weniger Sauberkeit; derzeit kein Buffet, keine Bar usw. (wofür das Hotel nur bedingt etwas kann). Ich glaube aber, dass mit der erhofften "Normalisierung" auch die Qualität wieder steigen wird.

  The AC Hotel Vicenza was recommended by friends and co-workers who had stayed there several times last year. I also did my own research before deciding where to stay, and your website is beautifully presented with wonderful photos of the hotel. There are several positive reviews on the web that helped me make my lodging decision. I felt confident that in choosing a hotel that came highly praised by our close friends and expecting the normal Marriott standard, I was sure the lodging would be what I had hoped for. Unfortunately, the hotel room failed. Understanding the challenges of operating the hotel during these dynamic COVIDs environments. As Marriott Platinum Elite, I expected a greater level of care. The bathroom shower had mold in the tub, and the shower head was not fully functional (only Jet function operated) as the two other toggle settings turn the water offer. The subpar conditions were so dingy; I felt compelled to take photos. I am unsatisfied and would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

  Ich fand das Hotel in Summe in Ordnung. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits von allen Orten die man besichtigen möchte und so wird meines Erachtens ein Auto benötigt. Die Entfernung zu der Autobahn und die vielen Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind daher sehr gut. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig gestaltet und bietet genug Platz. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Jedoch gibt es einige kleine Anmerkungen. Das Zimmer war viel zu warm und man konnte die Temperatur nur unzureichend beeinflussen. Macht man das Fenster auf und hat die Seite zum Hotel Eingang, dann befindet sich da eine verkehrsreiche Straße. Bei geschlossenen Fenster hört man aber nichts. Der Türstopper im Badezimmer ist falsch angebracht und daher nutzlos. Die Badezimmer Türe besteht aus Milchglas. Macht man das Licht im Badezimmer an, dann ist das ganze Zimmer hell. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und wurden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Der Fitness Center ist ok, leider war nur das Laufband kaputt. Ansonsten ausreichend. In Summe ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Würde wiederkommen.

  Chambres moyennes pour un hôtel de la chaîne Marriot, service et personnel sympathiques, petit déjeuner copieux avec un bon choix de plats. Étant un habitué de cette chaîne hôtelière, je m'attendais à avoir les avantages réservés aux détenteurs de la carte platine. Par exemple le petit déjeuner gratuit. A part ce détail je retournerai certainement dans cet hôtel.

  My first time to stay in an AC Marriott, and I was impressed! For sure, it's the check-in Staff, Martina, who made a lasting impression on me. She was quick, witty, friendly, and extremely helpful. Being my first time in Vicenza with 3 friends, I wanted to see what the town was all about. Martina showed us where to go and where to eat. She was absolutely right. My friends and I enjoyed the Old Town; lots of points of interest and nice shops, and the restaurant with excellent food. On check in day, there was a basket with lavender sachets (nice touch). I took one and placed it under my pillow. Psychologically or not, helped me get a good night sleep. Breakfast buffet was abundant, proteins, carbs, fruits, I can't think of anything that wasn't there. Coffee was good! My room was super clean, towels looked new, bed linens smelled so nice and fresh. My friends and I stayed only for 2 nights but we wished we stayed longer. Vicenza and AC Marriott left a positive mark on our hearts. Will definitely come back!

  Belle structure sans fumée dans la zone commerciale. Il est situé devant un relais routier et à proximité du McDonald's. . Propre propre. Chambres très calmes et organisées. Lit avec un matelas très confortable. Salle de bain avec lavabo en verre très chorégraphique. Personnel serviable et professionnel. Si je devais retourner dans la région, j'y retournerais.

  Stayed at this property after arriving at night while traveling in Italy. The hotel is 3 miles away from the city center. Receptionist was nice and rooms are very clean. A note for management: The hotel should have more food options and availability to order later on for guests like us arriving during the night Just knowing I can order hot food when I arrive, especially after gym practice would be nice as no restaurants or gas stations were open in the vicinity of the hotel to buy food. Also the gym needs an upgrade For whoever needs to be in Vicenza or just planning a stopover, I would recommend it however

  The AC Hotel in Vicenza is 6 km from the center in a industrial area. If you come for business to Vicenza you are on the right track. The entrance to the hoighway Milano - Venezia is very close by. Close to the hotel you can find a japanese, a italian and a greek restaurant. The restaurant in the hotel is closed from Friday to Sunday. The room is modern, and keeps pace with the Marriott standard. The staff was friendly, the hotel is well cleaned and the design of the lobby and the restaurant is modern and stylish.

  Standard Marriott quality hotel with a convenient location for when you are just passing through. Very easy access from motorway, free parking right in front, petrol stations next door, and a nice restaurant across the street. Don't be put off by the industrial look of the area.

  Hôtel de la chaîne Marriot et vu le positionnement utilisé principalement à des fins professionnelles. Chambres modernes, petite salle de gym, hammam qui ne fonctionnait pas, petit déjeuner international moyen. Certainement un bel hôtel, dommage pour la rue bruyante.

  Hôtel de voyage d'affaires bien placé pour ceux qui se rendent à la foire de Vicence. Chambres propres et lumineuses meublées dans un style moderne avec beaucoup de verre et de cristal. L'accueil pour être mieux organisé, un groupe suffit pour créer un embouteillage et ralentir l'enregistrement (je conseille de réserver tôt). Je n'ai pas profité du restaurant mais j'ai remarqué avec intérêt la possibilité de snacks disponibles à toute heure. Au lieu de cela, j'ai profité du petit-déjeuner à emporter disponible à la réception si vous partez avant 7h00. Seul regret (partagé avec d'autres de mon groupe) les clés à badge ont tendance à se démagnétiser obligeant à de fastidieux allers-retours depuis la réception, je suis sûr qu'il existe des systèmes ou des modèles bien plus performants.

  Pratique pour la ville de Vicence. Grand stationnement. Idéal pour les réunions d'affaires et les conférences. Le personnel est sympathique et disponible aux besoins des clients. Grande salle pour réunions d'affaires et possibilité d'accéder au WiFi de la propriété. En 10 minutes, vous pouvez rejoindre le centre-ville ou la sortie d'autoroute Vicenza Ovest. La foire de Vicence est accessible à pied.

  L'hôtel est certainement d'un bon niveau. Petites chambres, oreillers et matelas très confortables, le seul défaut est une petite télé qui ne marche pas bien et qui demande un peu de patience pour l'allumer et beaucoup plus de patience pour l'éteindre. J'ai finalement dû débrancher la prise. Dommage car tout le reste est bien, personnel gentil et professionnel, petit déjeuner copieux et varié

  Chambre standard pour une nuit, juste la bonne taille pour deux, salle de bain confortable et magnifique ! Nettoyer et ranger l'hôtel et la chambre aussi. Belle salle de fitness et bain turc (bien que pas en fonction pendant mon séjour), une petite note négative la télé, petite, inconfortable et avec seulement 6 chaînes de télévision payantes ! Situé dans un quartier calme mais très fréquenté, à environ 4km du centre et de la gare. Pratique pour un arrêt rapide à Vicence, séjour positif !

  AC classique. Pratique pour le travail, zone industrielle. Propre et agréable et un peu quelconque. Côté positif calme et pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Les bémols : WiFi gratuit inutilisable (scandaleux en 2017) et avec une chambre à 85 euros une bouteille d'eau à 30 centimes pourrait aussi être mise.

  With my family I'm on a holiday round trip as the part of which we stayed one night in Vicenza (2nd time for us) in the frame of Marriott Rewards program. The quality is still high as we experienced it already 4 years ago, when visiting this hotel at first time. We adore the style of the hotel and room interiors and the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

  Friendly and helpful staff, clean Glass bathroom was spotless -- food great nice bar -- clean hotel, the front of the hotel is a parking lot so it is very convenient for travel, we arrived by train and used both bus and cabs for in town transit. the hotel is very modern and clean -- very clean -- the food is very good and reasonable as is the comfortable bar. Located a few minutes from the old town Vincenza by bus or cab the location is fine. If you are of similar attitude -- and value the friendly and helpful staff -- safety and cleanliness -- good facilities and food you will be very happy and the pricing was very competitive. Also walk around Vicenza no wonder why Italians have easy smiles and the food and wine was so very good!

  Très bien situé pour les voyageurs d'affaires. Excellent nettoyage et service. Chambres spacieuses. Peut-être que l'entretien doit être amélioré. Petit déjeuner pas trop varié pour la qualité de l'hôtel.

  En general es un buen hotel, cercano a la Fiera de Vicenza, moderno y cómodo. Respecto al año pasado han quitado el servicio de cafetera en la habitación. Por lo demás muy recomendable, cercano a restaurantes, pero tiene el propio con buena comida si uno quiere permanecer allí.

  Not a good long term hotel, but for one or two nights, it's fine (I was there for two weeks). Rooms are mostly modern but with only one available electrical outlet (unless you unplug a lamp or TV). The TV was small, outdated, and difficult to use if you're not familiar with local cable services. No useable refrigerator (it's a mini bar), microwave, or ironing board. Laundry service is available some days, but extremely expensive. Despite being told the restaurant and room service were available, every time I tried to order something, I was told the kitchen was closed for the night (at 5:30 pm?). There are a few places to eat nearby and a gas station next door. There was only wireless internet, so make sure you have a wireless card in your computer.

  Très bon hôtel. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Beau buffet de petit-déjeuner, sauf jus de fruits catastrophiques.

  It is an OK hotel if you have transportation to go places. It is located about 2miles from the center of city and therefore the restaurant selection nearby is limited (3 restaurants to be precise). The phone and the HVAC system in my room were not functioning and did not get addressed during my three (3) day stay.

  I stayed at AC Hotel Vicenza from October 24-31, on a business trip. The hotel is in a neighborhood convenient to supermarket shopping, with good access to the nearby A4 autostrada and Tangenziale Sud. There are several good restaurants within walking or quick driving distance. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, and staff were helpful and friendly. The lobby is nicely decorated: it had a display about the local fine arts scene when we arrived, and this was changed to a Halloween theme on October 29. The lobby also has a selection of local and national newspapers, free for the taking each day. The breakfast buffet was good, with a nice variety of fresh food. Bottom line: I intend to stay here again on any future business trips to Vicenza.

  Excellent service, personnel aimable et serviable, propreté, excellente cuisine et chambres au mobilier moderne et reposant Salle de sport, espace business, détente et bar, parking. Je suis vraiment très satisfait, je le recommande à tout le monde. L'un des meilleurs hôtels d'Italie où je suis allé.

  I stay in many Marriott hotels and the AC Vicenza is better than Courtyard and equivalent category. It's certainly better than many AC hotels, in regards to professional staff and cleanness room and facility. The location is not a family friendly area. Walking outside the hotel is not recommended, due to major road and non pedestrian zone. However, it's convenient if you drive in and out only.

  Overall the hotel is very nice for short stays. Modern decor on rooms and lobby. Restaurant for dinner is good. Staff a bit cold but I think they don't feel very comfortable speaking English, but they have very good attitude to help and they will try to do their best to help you or guide you. They need to make the internet more friendly to devices that are not apple.. if yo don't have apple product you could experience some issues and maybe it would not work. Definitely I would stay in this hotel again... if you want to visit the old part of the city it would require to take a taxi in both ways.

  Very nice hotel. Rooms are a bit smaller that American style hotels. Rooms do not have irons/ironing boards but are available at front desk. Free wi-fi internet is available in the lobby area, but I had trouble accessing. Wi-fi is available in the rooms for a fee (7 Euro during my stay). It seemed to work fine. Overall thought a good stay for the business traveler.
