Appartements spacieux et bien meublés, à proximité des pistes (100 m) et du centre de Selva, accessible à pied en 5 minutes. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très gentils. Séjour très agréable. Bien fait.

Grand appartement avec terrasse ensoleillée donnant sur le mont Sella et le mont Sassolungo. Juste au-dessus de l'église dans une excellente position. Propriétaire serviable et très gentil. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Positive: appartamento comodo, con due terrazzi, cucina ampia e ben fornita. arredamento funzionale e sobrio. Ottimo l'ascensore che arriva fino al garage, al coperto e con chiave. Altezza valida anche per auto come la nostra (Partner Peugeot). Gradita la tessera di libera circolazione per gli autobus che ci ha premesso di non usare mai l'auto! Disponibilità e cortesia.. Negazione: Direi nulla da segnalare per la nostra prima esperienza in appartamento. Se proprio devo scrivere qualcosa: mancano le forbici..

Positive: Posizione strategica. Proprietari gentili, empatici e pratici. Gli appartamenti al primo piano hanno un grandissimo terrazzo che ci siamo goduti la sera. Il nostro era un appartamento per due con divano letto, angolo cottura ecc ecc e un armadio grandissimo per riporre tutte le nostre cose. Bagno bellino. Posto auto al coperto..

Положительный: Perfect location close to main slopes and ski school for a kid/ прекрасное расположение рядом с основными склонами и лыжной школой для детей There is Ski out option (опция есть) , but no ski -in. Негативный: No hair dryer in apartment / нет фена в апартаменте.

Positiv: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die immer bereit sind zu helfen. Liegt direkt an der Piste (100m). Zu den Kinderpisten muss man 2-3 Minuten gehen. Große Garage, großer Skiraum, Fahrstuhl. Super funktionierende Heizung und warmes Wasser. Bequeme Betten und Kopfkissen. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Zum Supermarkt 1 Minute.. Negativ: Meinerseits nichts zu bemängeln..

Positive: A very warm welcome from Michaela and her husband. The room was spotlessly clean and in a great, quiet location, a couple of minutes walk from the supermarket and bakery and a few more minutes walking to the main square. Really close to the meadows behind Selva and the beautiful Vallunga..

La structure est gérée de manière exemplaire par Mme Michela qui vous propose un hébergement dans une chambre très propre où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour et toute assistance pour que votre séjour soit inoubliable. Positive: Posizione della struttura ottimo.. I gestori della struttura molto cordiali e propensi a dare consigli e idee per escursioni... Negazione: Manca Wi-Fi e struttura con qualche anno alle spalle con qualche lavoretto di manutenzione da fare, ma nel contesto delle Dolomiti e del ns motivo di viaggio escursioni e divertimento in giro per i sentieri va bene così...
