  un endroit merveilleux, très bien entretenu, avec une piscine et un potager, un personnel super sympa et compétent, proche de la plage de RIBEIRA D'ILHAS et du centre d'ERICEIRA. 100% recommandent!

  Positive: Great place to relax at the end of our busy Portugal trip. Helpful hosts (thank you) Comfortable bedroom with use of lounge and kitchen when we wanted Very nice swimming pool and sunbathing area Great breakfasts. Negative: Car essentiel, short drive to restaurants.

  Positive: Angela, Diana & Anna. These three woman really have made something out of this house and make this guesthouse special. Great hospitality from beginning to the end. Even before my arrival Diana, the manager, contacted me to ensure personal welcoming. She gave me great tips for sightseeing, activities (surf lessons) and restaurants and was always available in case of questions. Anna, the daily executive, provided some great breakfast which left no wishes open. Angela, the owner, even made me a packed lunch when I had to leave early for surf lesson. All of them were very attentive and always good for a chat. The house is located close to the among pro surfers famous Ribeira d'Ilhas beach with an easy 5min drive distance to the centre of nearby Ericeira. Walking there might be a little far so a car is recommended. During the day and at night the area around the house ensures a relaxing quiet atmosphere and a good night' sleep. Only in the early morning you may hear some cars passing by from people going to work but that's it. The room is clean, spacious and modern and with a balcony which was great to relax on at noon. Altogether the house has a feeling of home which made me even extend my originally planned stay and I will certainly come back..

  Positivo: Staff super simpático e acessível. Bom pequeno-almoço e a cama é maravilhosa!! Perfeito para uma estadia de relaxamento!!. Negativo: Vinha um cheiro um pouco desagradável dos canos da casa de banho, mas a porta fechada não se notava no quarto!.

  Positive: Great location, you do need a car though if you’re planning to go to other places other than Ribeira d’Ilhas which is only 10 minutes away walk. Pool is amazing, great spot for an afternoon nap after a morning session on the waves. Breakfast also good, plenty of options. To top it off, the hosts were excellent, tending to all our needs, guidance, recommendations, they were great 👌.. Negative: Nothing to comment about the property, but make sure you get some mosquito repellent if travelling during mosquito season, they were a pain at night..

  Positiva: La habitación era muy completa y limpia, tuvieron un detalle de bienvenida con botella de vino y queso que estaba exquisito. La casa y la piscina eran increíbles, un lugar perfecto para relajarse y cerquitica de ribera da ilhas, una ubicación perfecta que combina cercanía y privacidad. El desayuno super completo y casero, todo un lujo de alojamiento.. Negativa: Todo fue perfecto.

  Positive: Well located, welcoming host. Negative: We booked for the wrong weekend and despite us rebooking for another one the property was unwilling to make a commercial gesture and refund the other weekend - this was disappointing given price paid.

  Positief: Top. Heel leuk en royaal huis met ruime slaapkamers. Top zwembad. De keuken mag gebruikt worden. Er staat fruit. Koffie kun je pakken. Lekker dichtbij stranden en het leuke stadje Ericeira Erg leuk personeel. Negatief: Nvt.

  Positiivinen: Idyllinen paikka, kauniilla sijainnilla. Kiva uima-allas. Huippu henkilökunta ja aivan ihana aamiainen. Suosittelen! Huom. auto kannattaa olla, jotta pääsee rannoille ja kylälle. Ilmastointia ei ole.. Negatiivinen: Netti ei toiminut ja huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia..

  Excellent pour quelques jours de paix. Extrêmement propre, bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtesse Diana était de premier ordre, toujours à l'écoute de tous les besoins, extrêmement serviable. Pleine marque. Merci.

  Positiv: sehr gutes Frühstück; Lage "Beachouse" ist etwas irreführend - zum Beach muss man über den Berg wandern bzw. Fahrrad oder Auto nutzen; für Surfer ideal. Negativ: alles ok.

  Positief: Verwachtingen overtroffen! Zeer ruim ontbijt (verse eieren, jus d'orange, jams, koffie etc.). In de ochtend altijd het aardig personeel of eigenaren aanwezig. Schone kamers, comfortabele bedden en goede douche. Vanuit eigen terras trap omhoog naar het zwembad. Beschutte zonplekken, mooi uitzicht. Buiten seizoen en daardoor geen andere gasten :) Goede uitvalsbasis voor surf, Praia Ribeira d'Ilhas om de hoek. Parkeren langs de weg. Uber naar Ericeira of aangrenzend dorp voor een van de visrestaurants.. Negatief: Om dan toch 1 ding te noemen: een board-rek en betere mogelijkheden voor ophangen van wetsuits zou het helemaal compleet maken..

  Positiva: Espacios muy amplios y cómodos. Todo impecable, con detalles que marcan la diferencia. Muy amables, te sientes como en tu casa. Desayuno espectacular. Repetiré sin dudarlo.. Negativa: Nada. Quizás que se escucha el ruido procedente de otras habitaciones, pero en una casa es inevitable..

  Positiva: Buena ubicación, cercana a la playa de Ribeira d’illa. Muy buenas instalaciones, todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en la zona. Gran atención de los propietarios en todo momento.. Negativa: Nada. Fue todo como esperábamos.

  Alors c'est tout.. un endroit totalement cool, la propriétaire de l'appartement est vraiment sympa, elle était avec nous à chaque étape. Petits déjeuners parfaits. L'endroit est propre et entretenu.

  Positief: Echt heel erg genoten hier! Het huis is super mooi, ruim en gelegen in een prachtige rustige omgeving. Mooiste stranden om de hoek en het dorpje Ericeira ook erg dichtbij. We voelden ons erg welkom. Komen zeker een keer terug! Dank!.

  Positif: L'accueil était formidable! Diana, notre hôtesse, s'est montrée charmante et très serviable. Elle nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour dîner au village. La maison est parfaite, la piscine est toujours chaude, le jardin est très appréciable. Les chambres sont bien équipées et il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison Et le plus sympa, les chiens sont acceptés! Et le mien s'est fait particulièrement chouchouté!! Merci encore pour cet accueil et ces vacances :) On vous recommande chaudement cette location! Isa, Etienne & Nuggets.

  En tant qu'hôtel pour se reposer, il ne convient pas. Ce n'est bon que si vous êtes sourd. Etant à deux mètres de la route, le bruit des voitures qui passent devient insupportable, du moins je n'arrive pas à bien dormir et dès le matin on est déjà réveillé avec le flot de la circulation. Quant aux dotations du bichonnage ou des mauvais biens ; il n'y a pas de parking (sauf la route elle-même au dessus du trottoir), il n'y a pas de télé dans les chambres. Au contraire, le traitement est agréable. Sans plus.

  Malgré le fait qu'il soit indiqué qu'il dispose d'un parking, il est limité au stationnement dans le fossé de la route qui passe devant la maison.
