    Positive: Great apartment for a short retreat, easily fits 4 or 5 people.. Negative: The location is a bit far from the beach.

    Pozytywna: Świetne apartamenty, duże, przestronne i czyste. Od zeszłego roku widać kanapy wymienione na nowe. Duży plus! Bardzo dobre WiFi. Negatywna: Wszystko super.

    Negativ: Das ganze Apartment war sehr schmutzig! Bettwäsche und Hand und Badetücher konnte nicht benutzt werden. Haben so stark schlecht gerochen! Vermieter hat auf Reklamation nicht geantwortet! Habe den Vermieter vor Ort Telefonisch, per Sms Nachricht und per Email versucht zu erreichen! Er hat nicht darauf reagiert! Ich bin nach der 1 Nacht ausgezogen, durch das ich den Vermieter nicht erreichen konnte, habe ich den Schlüssel versteckt, wo habe ich dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, reagiert hat er nicht , aber wir haben festgestellt das er am 2 Tag in der Wohnung war und die Läden geschlossen hatte! Es kann nicht sein das man als Vermieter in keinster Weise in die Verantwortung geht! Ich erwarte immer noch mein Geld zurück!.

    Negativo: Após várias tentativas de contacto por chamada e mensagem antes da estadia o dono nunca nos atendeu nem ligou de volta. No dia de chegada tivemos que esperar pelo dono sem saber que horas chegaria visto nunca nos ter atendido. O quadro elétrico na primeira noite fez barulho toda a noite de 20 em 20 segundos. A limpeza da casa, e não apanhar wi-fi em todos os quartos são pontos a melhorar. Visto ser à beira da estrada ouvimos à noite os carros a passar..

    tout l'appartement est sale ! mais vraiment sale et sent mauvais! J'ai déménagé après 1 jour, le propriétaire n'est pas revenu pour prendre ses responsabilités ! Je veux récupérer mon argent, je n'ai pas encore reçu de réponse !

    Pozytywna: Zajmowaliśmy lokal na 1 piętrze. Dostępne 2 sypialnie i 2 łazienki plus salon połączony z kuchnią. Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament. Blisko miejscowe sklepiki i bary. Właściciel OK :) Bardzo polecam !!!. Negatywna: Spędziliśmy 3 noce pod koniec stycznia. W lokalu duża wilgoć która zaczęła ustępować pod koniec pobytu dzięki dostępnym grzejnikom. Widać że to nie sezon i niecodziennie tu mieszkają goście. Lokalizacja utrudniona, do nabrzeża kilka kilometrów, ale autem to niecałe 10 min..

    Kladný: Ahoj, mě se tam moc líbilo, krásná lokalita. Akorat tam bylo hrozny vlhko a zima, ale kdyz jsme si zatopily primotopem, bylo to lepsi. Pan byl ochotny, kdyz nesvitilo svetlo, rekly jsme mu to a hned jo opravil. Chyběl tam odpadkový koš, který po našem upozornění, taky hned donesl. Za mě hodnotím kladně. Klidně bych tam jela znova..

    Положительный: Цена,место хорошее, красивый вид на церковь и колокольню, каждый час громко звенит колокольня! С 8 до 22. Мы привыкли и не очень напрягало.Дали нам 2 обогревателя и одеяла.Спать было тепло.Парковка 50 м от дома бесплатно.. Негативный: Нас было 6 человек,а спальных мест оказалось реально 5!!! Диван поломан в комнате с кухней.Нам предложил хозяин матрас для 1 человека и спать на полу. В сан узле в спальне который,поломана крышка унитаза и течет душевая кабина.В доме без обогревателя холодно в январе,с вечера +15.В санузле на потолке похожие на грибок черные пятна.Освещение очень слабое в комнате,не хватает света.Небыло туалетной бумаги,но хозяин принес её позже..

    Positif: On a aimé le logement (deux salles de bain mais une pas très propre !) bien situé sur l'île pour parcourir l'ouest de Madère. Petit village tranquille.. Négatif: Il manquait de produits ménagers comme indiqué : aucune poubelle dans aucune pièce, ni sacs poubelle, ni pelle ni aspirateur pour nettoyer ! On a dû demander pour avoir des sacs poubelles. Pas pratique. Logement en face de l'église qui sonnait toutes les 1/2 heures sauf de 22h30 à 7h30 bruyant ! Pour le check out, on avait convenu d'une heure précise mais on a attendu 1 heure PEDRO qui n'est jamais venu : aucune réponse à nos appels téléphoniques ni SMS on a eu aucune explication et on a dû partir comme des voleurs en laissant de notre propre initiative les clés dans la boîte aux lettres ! C'est la 1ére fois qu'on a eu personne et que l'on ne nous prévient pas ! Pas cool !.

    Pozytywna: Właściciel jest bardzo miły, przyjechaliśmy ok 2.00 w nocy i nie było żadnych problemów z zameldowaniem. Mieszkanie jest duże i przestronne. 3 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, obszerna kuchnia z salonem. Taras z widokiem na ocean. Bardzo blisko małe klimatyczne sklepy. Pod domem miejsce do parkowania.. Negatywna: Apartament z 3 sypialniami ma połamaną całkowicie kanapę w salonie co powoduje, że nie można na niej spać. Apartament więc jest tak naprawdę dla 5 osób, a nie 6..

    Positif: Superficie. Négatif: Les chambres sont remplies d'humidité et les murs de moisis. Les placards sentent le moisis et le linge dedans (couverture, oreillers) sont couverts de moisis. Il manquait beaucoup d'équipements (étendoir, panière à linge, poubelle, passoire, balai....) qu'il a fallu demander... Toutes les ampoules des lampes étaient HS Emplacement très bruyant.

    Positiva: La casa es mucho mas bonita y amplia que lo que se pueda ver en las fotos, mucha luz, y con balcon y terraza arriba. El anfitrion muy atento y puntual. Hay tiendecita y bares locales muy cerca para tomar unas cervecas y un picho, tambien pizzeria. Nos ha gustado mucho en general, calidad precio muy bueno. Recomiendo. Negativa: Relacion calidad precio estaba genial! Asi que los unicos pequeños detalles que se nos ocurre: La casa es para madrugadores, la campana de la iglesia suena ya a las 8. Las camas son duras, las vendria bien unos colchoncillos. A la cocina le vendria bien unas tijeras, tablas de cortar, escoba, fregona y sartenes nuevos =).

    Positif: Pedro était réactif à nos demandes. Appartement de bonne taille, propre. Négatif: Trop bruyant ( route, cloches...) un peu loin de Calheta et de la mer...Odeur de renfermé. Cuisine équipée du strict minimum Literie grinçante.

    Positif: L'appartement est vraiment bien, très propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Avec ses 3 chambres, sa buanderie, une salle de bain et une salle de douche c'est vraiment l'idéal. Pedro est vraiment gentil et disponible. Je le recommande sans problème!. Négatif: Petites suggestions : une chaise bébé et un étendoir à linge.

    Positiv: Großes Apartment mit guter Küchenausstattung. Toller Blick auf die Umgebung.. Negativ: Sehr laut, da direkt an der Straße gelegen. Leider kein Mülleimer oder irgendwelche Reinigungsutensilien vorhanden. Leider kein Geschirrspüler, der war auf der Webseite angegeben. Keine Bezüge für die Decken, sondern nur Laken..

    Kladný: Velmi příjemný pan domácí Pedro, výborná komunikace a vstřícnost. Doporučení pro případné zájemce - do navigace je nutné uvést název apartmánu nikoliv ulice. Trošku jsme bloudili, než jsme ubytování našli.. Záporný: vše v pořádku.

    Positive: Very nice place and very helpful and friendly host. There was a bit cold in the house but the host gave us a heaters for both bedrooms and bottle of wine :) We couldn't find a grate for the oven and some pans were a bit dirty but in overall I can recommend that place!!! There is a church next to apartment so you can hear the bells but there is also small shop about 5min walk and you can see the ocean from the window :) I would come back there :).
