  Positive: Banana trees all over, great roof view, Oscar's attitude. Lots of space inside, well organized, comfy.. Negative: Suggesting some insect nets to limit access inside the house to all those mosquitoes..

  Positive: The staff are super friendly people, who are willing to help you out with any question you might have about the apartment or Madeira in general. I got some very helpful tips about Levada walks from them. Because the place is located in the middle of a banana farm, the guest gets to enjoy fresh bananas for free. The WiFi was very fast throughout my stay. I also got a free upgrade to the deluxe villa from the deluxe two room apartment. The villa had great views of the sea, the mountains and parts of the city, and in addition to the large balcony, the villa had a large rooftop terrace. The bed was a proper double bed and it was always very quiet during the nights at the villa. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, cutleries, bowls, cups and other equipment for making food. There was a fridge, a gas stove, a toaster, an electric kettle and a microwave in the kitchen. There were at least two English books in the living room.. Negative: The apartment can get so warm during the Summer that sleeping gets uncomfortable. I would have liked to have had proper air conditioning in the apartment (there is a small mobile fan that one can use, but it's too noisy in my opinion to be able to sleep with it on)..

  Positiv: Super Aussicht dazu ein sehr netter Vermieter und ab und zu frische, leckere Bananen von der Plantage! Am Ende gab es noch Souvenirs als Abschiedsgeschenk. Die Unterkunft war sehr hübsch und in guter Lage, auch das Internet war gut brauchbar.. Negativ: Das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber das Bad müffelte etwas. Etwa so wie wenn ein Geruchsverschluss nicht gefüllt ist....

  Positive: The view is amazing, the apartment very clean and the host very kind. We recommend to have a car because it is a bit far from the centre. A shopping centre is 4 minutes by car from the property..

  La fazenda dispose de trois logements, celui sur la photo est le plus haut au milieu de la bananeraie. C'est un peu plus simple, mais très agréable. Au milieu de la nature et pourtant bien situé car il y a quelques bons restaurants et le centre commercial de Madère à proximité.

  Positiv: Die Lage mitten in einer Bananenplantage ist ungewöhnlich, ebenso ist es der Ausblick auf das Meer und die umgebenden Berge. Obwohl es recht ruhig gelegen ist, befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum Madeira Shopping in etwas über 1 Km Entfernung und ist leicht erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Verständigung mit Englisch ist unproblematisch.. Negativ: Wir waren anfangs etwas irritiert, weil die Bilder und die Beschreibung nur das revitalisierte Steinhaus abbilden. Es gibt jedoch noch zwei weitere Objekte. Im Oberen, das wahrscheinlich sogar etwas größer ist, waren wir untergebracht. Wenn man sich mit der etwas einfacheren Einrichtung abgefunden hat, ist für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet..

  Positiv: Die Lage ist hier Perfekt. Nicht im Zentrum, eher etwas ausserhalb. Alles mit dem Auto super erreichbar. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns gute Tipps fürs Abendessen gab. Wir durften sogar aus seinem eigenen Anbau Bananen und pimpinela kosten.. Negativ: In der Nacht sind die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sehr aktiv.

  Positif: Acceuil et disponibilités des propriétaires - malgré vol décalé (arrivée à 2h du matin). Localisation à l’abri des bruits mais proche du centre de Funchal Vue sur la mer Rapport qualité prix (nous logions dans la villa du haut qui est top avec un bébé !) Barbecue partagé avec la famille d’Oscar : au top !. Négatif: Pente un peu raide - pour accès voiture mais rien de grave ! La preuve nous avions réservé 3 nuits ailleurs et sommes finalement revenu à Fazenda Do Sousinha pour finir nos vacances !.

  Positiv: Lage toll, extrem ruhig bis auf die Hunde hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Gastgeber wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen :) Tip Top :) :) :). Negativ: Für mich persönlich war das Bett zu hart und das Kopfkissen zu klein/flach. Sauberkeit war ok könnte aber ein wenig besser geputzt werden. Es waren Haare von dem Vorgänger auf den Tagesdecke und Kopfkissen. Auf dem Fussboden auch. Aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau. Wir würden Trotzdem wieder da hingehen..

  Positiu: La ubicació és molt tranquila i té pàrquing per deixar el cotxe. El comerç està a prop. El millor ha estat l’atenció del Luis, el propietari, que ha cuidat cada detall de la nostra estada.. Negatiu: No poder quedar-nos més dies..

  Positive: Prezzo da hotel a 4 stelle pere una casa da contadini poco pulita. Negazione: la pulizia, scarsa, e farei miglioramenti alla struttura. Oppure abbasso molto il prezzo. 200 euro tre notti... no....
