Très bon service, emplacement et service.

L'espace en lui-même est très agréable, il ne comporte que deux pièces, la "cuisine" et la terrasse commune. La cuisine pourrait avoir un peu plus d'équipement, mais c'est gérable. Dans la salle de bain, il devrait y avoir une sorte de radiateur pour les serviettes, car il devient très humide et il devient difficile de les sécher.

Positif: L’emplacement est parfait, proche des rues piétonnes et de la plage, au calme. Le lit est confortable.. Négatif: Étant resté 1 semaine il manque de rangement surtout dans la salle de bain. Le ménage n’est pas fait pendant notre séjour (payant si l’on veut que l’hôte s’en charge ou à nous de le faire)..

Pozytywna: Świetne miejsce na uroczy wypoczynek w Lagos w centrum Starego miasta. Pokój przestronny, wygodny ze świetnie urządzoną łazienką. Bliska odległość do pięknych plaż. Prosty proces zameldowania i wymeldowania. Blisko restauracje, puby i pastelarnie.. Negatywna: Nie było takiej rzeczy która mi się nie podobała..

Положительный: Исторический центр города, при этом очень тихо. Близко ко всем достопримечательностям и пляжам. Чистая, уютная и очень хорошо оформленная комната, ну и, конечно, изюминка - великолепная терраса с видом на город и волшебные закаты! Сюда хочется вернутся, спасибо Катарина!.

Positif: La propriétaire s'est montrée très sympathique et réactive à nos demandes, elle nous a imprimé nos billet d'avion chez elle. Sens du service au top ! Endroit parfait pour passer 3-4 jours à Lagos..

Positiva: La ubicación, la limpieza, la terraza y la tranquilidad. Negativa: El olor a caño en el baño y no tener algo para calentar agua..

Positive: Ottima posizione centrale, camera accogliente e vista dal terrazzino spettacolare! Host gentilissima!.

Positive: La camera è semplice ma molto pulita ed accogliente! La posizione ottima!. Negazione: La camera è un po’ troppo piccola, non c’è posto per mettere vestiti e si fa fatica a gestire 2 valige aperte!.

Positive: Perfect location. Close to the center but in a silent street. Everything was new and clean in the room. The host was very friendly and the communication with her very easy..

Pozytywna: Budynek jest po generalnym remoncie- wszystko bardzo czyste i nowe. Mieliśmy pokój z własna łazienka. Łóżko duże i wygodne, klimatyzacja w pokoju. Na dachu świetny taras z widokiem na miasto, ulicę dalej dużo miejsc parkingowych. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra- 5 minut pieszo do miejskiej plazy 3-5 minut do centrum miasta Na żywo pokój prezentuje się lepiej niż na zdjęciach- Polecam !!!!.

Positiva: Buena ubicación, muy limpio.

Positive: The place is very well situated, in the cute district with colorful houses and less than 10 minutes of walk from the main beaches. Whole place is a brand new, it’s a renovated traditional Lagos house, everything is spotless clean, modern and new. The room is much better then on the actual pictures, with several nice decorative features and big window. The bathroom is modern and with a window too. One of the best things in this place is it’s beautiful terrace on the top floor, you can enjoy view of Lagos while drinking your morning coffee. Catharina is a thoughtful host, she was reactive in communication, met me in person when I arrived and quickly solved a small problem during my stay. I think that it’s in overall a promising new place to stay in Algarve.. Negative: Nevertheless, as it’s an honest review, I’ll talk as well about several small problems and details to improve. The main thing that bothered me was a street lamp just in front of my window (room 1), which is so bright by night, that it’s like a broad daylight in the room. You can shutter the windows, but then you don’t have an air flow and you have to sleep with the AC on. Or, you can wear a mask for eyes. So, the solutions exist. There was a small problem of shower leaking outside (with the shower door closed off course) - it left each time some water in front of the shower door. Which dry fast by hot weather. But may be something could be mended with that shower door. Catharina offers coffee (which is great!)- there is a coffee machine with capsules. But, the plastic cups are tiny, they are smaller then coffee capsules! The bigger (why not normal reusable cups) would be very appreciated. At some point I was so desperate that I used a washed yogurt container to make me coffee. And just to help Catharina to make this place perfect, I would suggest to create a shade at her terrace, to be able to use it any time of the day and not just very early in the morning and late in the evening. Because the sun there is strong and hot and you can’t enjoy this very open terrace most of the day. Some cushions on chairs would be great too..

Positive: Ero titubante dato che la struttura non aveva recensioni, ma posso dire con tutta sincerità di aver fatto il migliore affare della mia vita. Struttura NUOVISSIMA e pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. Camera davvero bella, bagno privato eccezionale. Ma il vero punto di forza è il terrazzo accessibile al piano superiore, con vista su tutta la città di Lagos, dove puoi goderti un tramonto eccezionale. Un po' faticoso arrivare alla struttura (bisogna fare una piccola salita), ma in due passi si è al centro e la fatica viene ripagata dalla pace e tranquillità che puoi godere. Consigliatissima.. Negazione: Mancanza di un asciugacapelli, ma sono dettagli..

Positive: Perfect location!. Negative: No kitchen.
