    L'hôtel est très bien situé et très agréable. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa et particulièrement attentionné. Ils font tout pour que vous vous sentiez à l'aise et comblé. Top ! Je le recommande vivement !

    L'hôtel est super central, dans un bel endroit de Lisbonne…. Vous pouvez atteindre presque tout à pied si vous le souhaitez et que vous n'êtes pas paresseux. Le personnel est très sympathique et ne vous dérange pas pour avoir un pourboire, nous sommes arrivés tôt et avons pu déposer nos bagages et explorer la ville... Nous avons réservé en ligne directement avec l'hôtel et avons obtenu un super prix … La chambre était assez grande pour deux personnes, propre et spacieuse. On nous a proposé une bouteille de vin, mais nous l'avons déclinée car nous ne buvons pas d'alcool (cette époque est révolue 😂) Nous n'avons pas essayé le restaurant... La nourriture avait l'air très intéressante sur le menu.

    Je ne peux que recommander qu'il soit à quelques minutes du métro Centrum, bus, train, tout est accessible en peu de temps.

    pire personnel. Si je pouvais remonter le temps, j'irais dans un autre hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, je n'ai pas compris l'attitude de l'hospitalité qui n'accueillait même pas les clients même lorsqu'ils sont entrés, mais à mon arrivée, j'ai été très offensé par l'attitude du personnel. Je ne pouvais pas comprendre comment cela pouvait être un hôtel 5 étoiles à cause du soupir et de l'agacement uniques entre eux. Je suis allé dans plusieurs hôtels Marriott, mais le niveau d'hospitalité est pire que le Moxy et le Four Points à bas prix. L'emplacement n'est pas bon, c'est juste un motel de charme 3 étoiles.Le point positif est la literie.. Et je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils ne fournissent pas de service de chat alors que c'est un Marriott.

    Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Les chambres, le service et l'emplacement sont tous excellents, mais malheureusement, la climatisation du côté opposé à la rue est si bruyante que vous devez garder les générateurs fermés. Donc note globale seulement 4 *.

    The staff was truly the highlight of the stay. Great location for exploring and nice rooms - great shower pressure too and lots of hot water. Breakfast was wonderful and the piano man was a great touch. We will be back!

    The room was comfortable and the property was attractive, in a nice neighborhood convenient to the old town and city center. Staff was generally warm and hospitable. However, when we enquired as to the "arrival benefit" we'd receive as Bonvoy members, we were informed that our balcony room was an upgrade, and constituted our member benefit. This was factually incorrect, in that I had booked and paid for a balcony room through the Bonvoy site, and we had received the room I had booked. Further, when we checked out, the desk agent tried to charge us an upgrade fee, in contradiction to what we had previously been told about our "upgrade benefit." We protested, but the agent was adamant. After several minutes, a manager graciously resolved the conflict, asking us to please forget the attempted additional fee. This was the correct thing for her to do. Unfortunately, the desk agent's actions left us with a bad taste at the end of an otherwise fine stay.

    Three nights at the Fontecruz Lisboa was not enough time to enjoy this great property and the amazing city of Lisbon. From check-in and through every interaction every staff member was friendly, caring and attentive. Big shout out to Paulo (restaurant manager) and Goncales (bar manager) who did an excellent job of keeping us entertained and taking care of us whenever we stopped by the restaurant and bar. The rooms are lovely, with extremely high ceilings and elegant decor. Room Service meals were of the same high quality and excellent presentation as in the restaurant. Can’t wait that’s stay again soon. Thank you Fontecruz Lisboa!

    I like most anyone only stayed at this property because it was affiliated with Marriott and you need to be aware that they will deny you to use Marriott points or gift card and not tell you this till checkout. The manager could have easily resolved this but is very arrogant and has poor customer service .

    Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff was excellent, room was very clean and the food was good. On the downside, there was a horrible sewage smell in the lobby that deterred us from eating in the restaurant after the first day. Our safe stopped working after the 3rd day and our refrigerator never worked. For such a pretty hotel it had some major flaws

    This is a small boutique hotel. There are only a couple of rooms on each floor, so you get a lot of privacy. At the same time, you’re within walking distance of almost everything there is. Plus, there is a metro station right in front. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

    This hotel is the Rossio section of town, which is just perfect to walk to restaurants and shops. Close to the metro and the famous Rua Augusta. Beautiful hotel that has been renovated with very comfortable rooms.

    Excellent experience, location and service. We arrived on Dec 25th really early , check in could have been a little better but overall we had an outstanding experience at this property. Fabulous breakfast service with music, attentive staff and only good words . The staff at the restaurant was really outstanding.

    Excellent location- steps always from luxury shopping, and a few blocks away from Rossio square. Very convenient. Modern decor but too musculine and dark for our liking. Room and area is clean. Not much service from staff. You’ll carry your own luggage. Staff did not even offer any assistance at check in nor at check out. Housekeeping kept the room clean but in our 4 night stay- they missed to replace our wash cloths at times.

    This hotel was very centrally located to sightseeing, museums, shopping (Louis Vuitton) and great restaurants. The staff could not have been any more accommodating; from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the people who cleaned the rooms. They were warm and friendly and very helpful with making reservations and providing guidance as to where to get the COVID test to return to the US. The room was large and the bathroom was very modern. The bed was comfortable and the lighting in the room was sufficient. This is a must stay in Lisbon.

    Beautiful hotel with all the amenities and very helpful and friendly staff. Be sure to include the breakfast in your choice of payment’s Also be sure to ask for a room with a stand alone shower as it is difficult to enter and exit tub/shower combo. Avoid the special and the very new suites behind the main building. Very little bathroom space and privacy. Floors are not carpeted so some comfort and noise issues are a factor to think about.

    The welcome at the reception was great and warm! The valet parking is perfect too. The room is nice. Not well insulated (noice from neighbours… we heard them talking and understood everything..). The service and a pushy ( nearly agressive)waiter at the restaurant was not pleasant at all. This is not what I expected and what I am used to from Marriott…

    The Autograph Collection is unlike all other Marriott properties. This hotel has more of a boutique type feel which is not very appealing to me personally. Moreover, when we arrived the lobby and entire hotel had a slight hint of septic gas permeating throughout. Also, the staff were not as polite as staff in other Marriott properties and we felt unappreciated during our stay. No acknowledgement when we exited or entered the hotel while walking past the main desk. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location, the room was very comfortable, and the room service was perfect.

    Hotel is in a great location, very nicely appointed, very comfortable, well maintained. However, check in process was very disappointing. The first two rooms I was given were already occupied when I opened the room door. I met one occupant as I walked in, and I could hear the shower running in the other, so I quickly left. Seemingly the hotel reservation system was playing up. Staff was apologetic but didn't really go out of their way to make up for it. I mentioned that I had booked 6 rooms for my team and felt that they needed to do more to compensate. Finally a room was found for me - no upgrade but at least on a higher floor. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant. I would stay again but the initial impression was not good!

    the location is fantastic, the service was about what is expected for a luxury hotel, the menu is limited, there were charges on my bill for services that were not explained, ordered or used. we had to catch a cab to the airport and did not have time to resolve them with the nite manager! the cab charge to the airport was double the charges to get from the airport to the hotel, so much for using the services of the hotel staff!

    The hotel staff were great, the hotel is a true 5 star hotel in downtown Lisbon. You can walk to the nearby areas of Alfama, downtown by the market by the water, Bairro alto, Principe real, and more. As a titanium elite, I felt like I was treated great. One of my rooms was upgraded with a suite night award, and the other was not, but I was able to get breakfast covered for both rooms. Thank you again for the stay!

    The hotel was cute, but the customer service at the front desk was mediocre. I requested an early check-in and an upgrade in my reservation and received neither. I didn’t find out until I was checking in. Not only that, but front desk staff weren’t in a hurry to find me a room until I called corporate directly. Within 5-10 minutes the manager comes from the back and calls me by name.

    It started off rough. We were given a room on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator. ( Our profile states we don't want to be next to the elevator.) We asked the woman at the front desk for suggestions to eat, and she said just walk around. I could go on and on. But then Veronica SAVED the day! It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we were staying for 5 nights, so we wanted it to be a pleasant experience. Veronica listened to our concerns and made us feel very appreciated and cared for. Marriott is very fortunate to have such a customer focused employee. She literally turned our experience at your hotel from being poor to wonderful. She is a true gem.

    The reception desk team was world class. No matter the challenge, they rose to the occasion: Covid tests, airport transportation, communicating with airline to retrieve lost luggage, helping with shopping, printing Covid documents for travel, sending a boxed breakfast for an early morning departure. All with a wonderful attitude in service of making our stay world class. The best I have recieved any where in the world. Bravo!

    Hotel and rooms are really nice. Breakfast were a disaster as you were out of the most things in the menu. The reason might be covid. But then you have to print a new meny with things that you have. We had to have breakfast outside the hotel every day of our stay

    Property looks a little dated. Understandable with hotels strapped financially. Stayed in spacious 1 bedroom suite that was noticeably absent of much furniture, USB power ports, a wall clock that was on-time despite maintenance’s attention, a tv that continually shut off by itself (maintenance couldn’t help issue on last evening). Was asked by front desk on arrival what time I would like housekeeping and I informed around 12-13:00. I found them in my room at 9:40am and housekeeping supervisor tells me that they’re never informed. I could go on…

    The hotel is located in a very central setting in Lisboa, yet the hotel is very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (restaurant reservations etc). We liked the bistro patio for breakfast very well. We will come back.

    My husband and I stay here for vacation for 5 nights. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to most places. We took a cab to Belem for less than 6 euros. With so much walking we were tired to go out for dinner. We ate at the reataurant one evening. We shared salmon with risotto. Very good, maybe a little salty but we eat low sodium. The next few nights we got even lazier and order room service. Very fast. The only thing is the menu was a little limited. Although we managed to eat 3 different things every night. Lastly, the staff was great. Always available to help. At the restaurant they were also very flexible with our order. Will recommend and I would stay there again.

    Asked for a room on a high floor but was put on level 2. Normally the reception at least acknowledge it wasn’t possible to fulfil the request but she was too busy trying to sell us the valentines menu. Paid for an upgraded room but this turned out to be opposite the cleaners closet so every morning we are woken by chatting and laughing. (Everyone is entitle to chat and laugh at work, it was just annoying that it was by our room). Also near the lift so we got to hear that every time. The upgraded “king” room turned out to be 2 single beds pushed together. I know this is common in Europe, but honestly I would expect more from a 5 star hotel. To top it all off, it was my birthday on the Sunday (which we told reception on arrival) but there was nothing to recognise this. I don’t expect much but after staying in other 5 star hotels in the portfolio, they always bring a little something. I then see on Instagram, someone else staying in the hotel has the same birthday and they DID receive a little birthday cake!!!! On check out, I was going to tell them how awful the stay was but then they didn’t even ask how our stay was!! She Simply asked if I was paying with the same card as on the account and have a safe travel. I would NEVER stay here again. Terrible experience. I should mention, however, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job and the toiletries are very nice. Location also very convenient but these are really the only positives. There are some fantastic other 5 star hotels in the portfolio, stay there instead!

    Very pleased in all aspects with this Lisbon hotel, Marriott.com. We had a 'terrance' room with a large deck area overlooking the beautiful Lisbon rooflines. We didn't have the chance to "use" it per say due to February weather but it had a wonderful feel and added to the size of the room. Hotel staff are always trying. Location is perfect. We'll be back to explore more of Portugal and this will be the hotel of choice. / Hotel lounge offered great music. In particular, there was a piano player during breakfast. A nice touch!

    Everything about this hotel was perfect. It is in the perfect location and everything in the hotel is unique, modern and clean. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate you. We arrived early and they held our bags and even delivered them to the room before we arrived back. The bartender made some amazing delicious cocktails. We had a late flight on the day of our departure and the hotel allowed us to stay until 1600. We will never stay anywhere else while in Lisbon and will recommend the hotel to all our friends, colleagues, and coworkers.

    Small hotel but perfect location with absolutely amazing staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, always went out of their way to give a warm greeting at every interaction. No matter the time or how long we were out, our room was always cleaned to perfection by house keeping staff that seemed almost invisible. Room were large and bed comfortable. Breakfast offerings vast and Wi-Fi worked well. Rooms felt a little “vacant” decor wise & would have liked to see some USB power ports but other than that an absolutely perfect stay.

    I cannot heap enough praise on how wonderful my whole stay was. From the moment I was greeted at the door up until check out, everything was terrific. The front desk staff and restaurant/bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was great at arranging tours and transportation. Check in was very easy. The restaurant/bar staff also provided great information about the city and surrounding areas. The service was spectacular as were the meals and drinks. Also, entertainment that was provided was enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is any easy walk to many dining and shopping areas. Loved the whole theme!! I can't wait to visit again with more friends and family.

    Our stay was excellent! The hotel was beautiful, location was perfect, the staff was so friendly. The breakfast every morning was incredible!! loved the amount of choices we had. The concierge (Maria) was helpful in getting our plans sorted and making recommendations. We were on our honeymoon and they had a special treat sent to the room which was wonderful. Everything was very clean too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!! Thank You!

    Tout est parfait ou presque. L'emplacement, le service, la literie, la décoration, le petit déjeuner...seul bémol concerne l'insonorisation intérieure de l'hôtel. Notre chambre communicante n'était pas bien insonorisée avec la chambre voisine, idem concernant les bruits dans le couloir. La salle de bain mériterait également un meilleur éclairage, et une meilleure ventilation.

    This was my second stay at Fontecruz Lisboa. The location is perfect -- walking distance to downtown but away from the noise of downtown. Many fine shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is luxurious, the suite was spacious and the restaurant was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. A few minor complaints. First, the shower is poorly designed. It is not possible to shower without getting water all around the outside of the shower. Second, there were not enough drawers to put clothes. Two small drawers are too few for two people for a week. Third, it was annoying to be charged for the espresso capsules. I have not encountered that at other fine European hotels. Aside from those issues, we had a wonderful stay.

    This was my first stay at an "Autograph Collection" hotel. Overall I would rate it between an 8 and 9 on a scale of 10. Clean, sleek and modern hotel. Breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in years. They offer many choices including Gluten free and smoothies! One big negative for me was the room temperature (but I found this a problem at 3 out of 4 Marriott hotels I stayed in during this visit in Portugal and Spain). I was told my room temperature could not be lowered. The room was hot and very dark (black- everything including the bathroom). If you have trouble seeing and wear glasses get ready because it hard to see in these types of rooms. Only one window and still not enough light. The color makes the room feel much smaller. Having said that, the service was almost perfect and I would highly recommend you experience an "Autograph Collection" hotel.

    À l'arrivée bonne surprise avec une jolie façade un joli hall d'accueil. La réception a été cordiale. La chambre est de taille agréable avec une bonne literie. Le gros point faible sont les fortes odeurs de bois de santal dans les couloirs qui sonnent mal au crâne et le petit déjeuner qui est clairement sur estimé !!! 10eur par personne on s'attendait à beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup mieux!!!! Le personnel est en surnombre que ce soir à la réception ou au petit déjeuner. Si vous y allez surtout pas de petit déjeuner donc!

    This hotel was amazing. The staff were great during check in. The hotel was beautifully decorated in a unique style. The rooms were perfect size and the decor here was also uniquely upscale. Great modern bathroom. The bar theme was great and the staff here were very friendly. There is a nice outdoor patio out back. The hotel is situated on a main road with lots of food, shopping, and public transportation around. This hotel is definitely a must when staying in this area of Lisbon.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Fontecruz Lisboa, and would certainly stay here again if in Lisbon. The hotel is located on the main strip that leads to the downtown and historical areas so it is convenient for public transportation and sight seeing. The hotel is very modern and funky, and has that distinct feel that the autograph collection properties often have. Rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful if we needed anything One thing to note is that we traveled with an infant who was a gluten and dairy allergy. The daily breakfast included gluten and dairy free options, which just helped make each day much easier, as it is not always something that a hotel accommodates. Also when we had a really early flight out, the hotel staff packed up breakfast to go, which was awesome; as we did not have to search for food in the airport. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone going to Lisbon!

    Hotel 5 étoiles tres classe, bien situe. Chambre spacieuse, balcon -voir terrasse- si vous avez de chance. Le petit dej avec omette et rissolette de champignon est tres bon également.

    Hotel très bien situé dans la ville, original mais très agréable. Excellent lit, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Possibilité de boire un verre en terrasse extérieure, surtout le soir c'est très bien. La possibilité du parking dans l'hôtel est un plus.

    The hotel has a excellent locale expectantly since it is opposite the city metro line, with easy connection's to all parts. The hotel is quite clean and spacious and the garden in the center is a very tranquil place in a metro area. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. I felt like I was a guest in someones home ! It was that relaxing. The breakfast was also a positive experience. Don't hesitate to stay here, as you will be well satisfied if your seeking a well priced hotel with a good vibe.

    I travel to Lisbon regularly on business, and this hotel is much better than other hotels in the area. The location on the Avenida is perfect, and the staff were quite possibly some of the friendliest hotel staff I've encountered. They really wanted to make my stay special, not matter how big or small the gesture. My room was spacious and the shower in the bathroom was great. The bed was comfortable and the wifi of good quality. Modern decor, very clean, and overall great.

    Très bien situé et design mais certains aspects à améliorer (propreté des toilettes communes et compétences du service terrasse et petit déjeuner)
